In this paper, we proposes a method for recognizing the facial expressions using ICA(Independent Component Analysis)-factorial representation method. Facial expression recognition consists of two stages. First, a method of Feature extraction transforms the high dimensional face space into a low dimensional feature space using PCA(Principal Component Analysis). And then, the feature vectors are extracted by using ICA-factorial representation method. The second recognition stage is performed by using the Euclidean distance measure based KNN(K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithm. We constructed the facial expression database for six basic expressions(happiness, sadness, angry, surprise, fear, dislike) and obtained a better performance than previous works.

The ability to recognize human emotions by computer vision is a very important task, with many potential applications. Therefore the demand for emotion recognition using not only RGB images but also thermal images is increasing. Compared to RGB images, thermal images has the advantage of being less affected by lighting conditions but require a more sophisticated recognition method with low-resolution sources. In this paper, we propose a Divide and Conquer-based CNN training strategy to improve the performance of facial thermal image-based emotion recognition. The proposed method first trains to classify difficult-to-classify similar emotion classes into the same class group by confusion matrix analysis and then divides and solves the problem so that the emotion group classified into the same class group is recognized again as actual emotions. In experiments, the proposed method has improved accuracy in all the tests than when recognizing all the presented emotions with a single CNN model.

From the point of view of the law and public morals in Yi-dynasty, it is possible to discover new meanings in the love of Chunhyang and Mongryong-Lee, the conflicts between Chunhyang and Hakdo-Byeon, and the rescue of Chunhyang by Mongryong-Lee as a secret royal inspector. First, although the love of Chunhyang and Mongryong-Lee was against the law and public morals of Yi-dynasty, the narrator did not call to account, but he described the love as a romantic and new one conflicting with the ruling system. And it was an unprecedented case that Chunhyang asked a written contract as a legal guarantee for marriage when Mongryong-Lee courted her. Second, Hakdo-Byeon, the Namwon county governor, accused Chunhyang, a female entertainer of the Namwon county, of disobedience to his oder and contempt of him, and interrogated her with torture when she denied his demand for bed service which was prohibited by law. Chunhyang refuted against him and regarded his demand for bed service as the rape of a married woman. In this process, narrator sharply contrasted Chunhyang's claim for human rights with Hakdo-Byeon's legal administration. Characters such as people of Namwon county and king did not call Mongryong-Lee to account for that he, as a secret royal inspector, allegedly used his power privately to rescue his sweetheart Chunhyang from Hakdo-Byeon's illegal oppression. These different judgements on legal administrations of Hakdo-Byeon and Mongryong-Lee came from the legal emotion of characters and reading publics of . Namely, people who sympathized with Chunhyang's claim for love and human rights had the legal emotion that Mongryong-Lee's administrative order suspending Hakdo-Byeon's govenor's status could be approved as an legal and exciting one. Therefore the love of Chunhyang and Mongryong-Lee implied a new legal emotion which based on the sympathy with Chunhyang's human rights consciousness, and regarded the positive law of Yi - dynasty as one behind times.

Recent examples of abuse by black consumers (including air travellers) against emotional laborers have become a serious social issue in Korea in that they are likely to violate human rights of those laborers. Emotional labor is a form of emotion regulation that creates a publicly visible facial and bodily display, and also emotional management within the workforce that creates a situation in which the emotion management by workers can be exchanged in the marketplace. Example professions that require emotional labor are: nurses, doctors, waiting staff, and television actors. However, as the economy moves from a manufacturing to a service-based economy, many more workers in a variety of occupational fields are expected to manage their emotions according to employer demands when compared to the past. One of symptoms deriving from emotional labor is smile mask syndrome abbreviated SMS, which is a psychological disorder proposed by professor Makoto Natsume where subjects develop depression and physical illness as a result of prolonged, unnatural smiling. And higher degree of using emotion regulation on the job is related to higher levels of employees' emotional exhaustion, and lower levels of employees' job satisfaction. In most part, emotional laborers are more abused and hurt by so called black consumers who are raising complaints relating to products and services purchased against service providers for the purpose of maliciously getting compensation. Against this background, the Korean Government abolished "the Consumer Protection Act" and instead promulgated "the Basic Consumer Act" in September 2006 which stipulates that consumers are expected to have protection as well as responsibility and duty. The Aviation Security Act cites the examples of prohibited behaviors (unruly passengers) while they are travelling. In addition, human rights of emotional laborers could be more protected by the enhancement of etiquettes and cavalry and improvement of culture and working environment.

이 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 아파트경비원에 대한 감정노동에 대한 경비원들의 경험을 통하여 나타나는 문제점과 이에 대한 효율적인 발전방향을 제시하는데 있다. 심층면담 범주와 결과 크게 3가지로 나누었으며 첫째. 경비원들이 인식하는 감정노동인식은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주민들의 욕설 및 인격모독에 따른 스트레스 증가로 인해 의욕저하로 이어져 왔다. 둘째, 열악한 근무환경에 따른 휴게시간이 보장되지 않으며 경비업무 외적인 업무를 더 많이 수행하는걸로 나타났다. 셋째, 입주민들의 경비업무에 대한 이해도가 낮았으며 수평적 관계가 아닌 갑을관계로 인식하는 경향도 나타났으며. 또한 거기에 따른 부당한 업무지시로 인해 높은 노동강도를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 법 개정을 통하여 인권에 사각지대에 놓인 아파트경비원을 보호할 장치가 마련되어야 할 것으로 판단되며, 입주민들의 경비업무에 대한 이해도를 높이고 나아가 처우개선 및 근무환경개선이 필요하다고 사료된다.

Recently emotional labor is an essential situation for hospital employees in relation to surface and deep acting as the core of emotional labor strategies. This study empirically examines the relation between hospital employees' emotional intelligence and emotional labor strategies in the context of emotional labor. For empirical experiments, we conducted a questionnaire survey targeting hospital employees, and we employed the method of Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis. Major findings are as follows. Hospital employees' emotional intelligence including self emotion appraisal, others' emotion appraisal, regulation of emotion, and use of emotion, have a significantly positive effect on hospital employees' deep acting. And hospital employees' deep acting has a significantly positive effect on hospital employees' organizational attachment, knowledge sharing intentions, and innovative activities.

As information users seek multimedia with a wide variety of information needs, information environments for multimedia have been developed drastically. More specifically, as seeking multimedia with emotional access points has been popular, the needs for indexing in terms of abstract concepts including emotions have grown. This study aims to analyze the index terms extracted from Getty Image Bank. Five basic emotion terms, which are sadness, love, horror, happiness, anger, were used when collected the indexing terms. A total 22,675 index terms were used for this study. The data are three sets; entire emotion, positive emotion, and negative emotion. For these three data sets, co-word occurrence matrices were created and visualized in weighted network with PNNC clusters. The entire emotion network demonstrates three clusters and 20 sub-clusters. On the other hand, positive emotion network and negative emotion network show 10 clusters, respectively. The results point out three elements for next generation of multimedia retrieval: (1) the analysis on index terms for emotions shown in people on image, (2) the relationship between connotative term and denotative term and possibility for inferring connotative terms from denotative terms using the relationship, and (3) the significance of thesaurus on connotative term in order to expand related terms or synonyms for better access points.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional labor, job burnout and job satisfaction in instructors. The data were collected from 323 fitness center instructors using multistage stratified cluster random sampling method. With the collected data, factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, model fit tested, and structural equation model were performed by SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. The result of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the emotional labor(inner behavior) impacts negative influence on job burnout of fitness center instructors. Second, the emotional labor(surface behavior) impacts positive influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Third, the job burnout impacts negative influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Fourth, the emotional labor(inner behavior) impacts positive influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Fifth, the emotional labor(surface behavior) does not influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors.

The similarity of the software is extracted by the verification of comparing with the source code. The source code is the intellectual copyright of the developer written in the programming language. And the source code written in text format contains the contents of the developer's expertise and ideas. The verification for judging the illegal use of software copyright is performed by comparing the structure and contents of files with the source code of the original and the illegal copy. However, there is hard to do the one-to-one comparison in practice. Cause the suspected source code do not submitted Intentionally or unconsciously. It is now increasing practically. In this case, the comparative evaluation with execution code should be performed, and indirect methods such as reverse assembling method, reverse engineering technique, and sequence analysis of function execution are applied. In this paper, we analyzed the effectiveness of indirect comparison results by practical evaluation . It also proposes a method to utilize to the system and executable code files as a verification results.

In order to resolve a dispute over a medical accident, the court is in the process of appraising the medical records for medical professionals to report their medical expertise or judgments using that knowledge. The consequences of expert opinion about a medical accident are only one of the methods of evidence as a reference. Therefore, in principle, the court should not be bound to the results, but the court, which is not a medical expert, can not completely rule out medical expert opinion as to whether there is medical malpractice and causality. Therefore, it can not be denied that the proportion of expert opinion of medical records in the dispute about medical accidents is high and it has an important influence on the judgement of the court. In this paper, we examine the significance and function of expert opinion of the medical accident, examine the appraising procedure of the medical records in the court and the appraising procedure of the medical accidents of the Korean medical dispute mediation arbitrator do. In addition, I would like to examine what kind of attitude is being taken in response to expert opinion of medical records in Korea to court, to examine the implications of the case of Japan as a foreign system, and to suggest improvement points in the expert opinion procedure of medical record filing in Korea. In particular, I would like to suggest improvements on issues such as the fairness of the expert opinion of medical records and the delays in litigation due to delays in the process of expert opinion.
