Many countries throughout the world have enacted laws on terrorism in the light of the changes that time has brought to them, geographical features, cultural values, and environmental elements. Especially some advanced European nations prescribe the definition of terrorism, the purpose of terrorism, the behavior of terrorism, and the types of crimes related to terrorism and so on for the following reason that it is more vital for the authorities concerned to investigate and punish terrorists after the rise of terrorism. In this regard, this paper analyzes legislative countermoves against terrorists of advanced countries such as France, Germany, and England and through this sheds light on the need of future anti-terrorism bills. The legislative basic guidelines directly to manipulate future terrors based on theories derived from this study could be summarized as follows. In the first place, providing laws on direct investigative power and harsher punishment to those involved in terrorism is a prerequisite for social security and thus the presidential directive of the state anti-terrorism action guidelines just deals with administrative measures without any effective response to terrorism. Hence it is urgent to make anti-terrorism bill concerning investigation and punishment of terrorists. In the second place, it is associated with the objectives of terror. The expression "all sorts of" stated in Korean law is so quite unclear that it can not fulfill the required conditions for naming it "crime". Comprehending provisoes of the crime that meets the purpose of the terrorists is necessary in order to investigate and inflict punishment on them. Therefore, it is advisable to establish specific and precise principles such as political, social, ideological, and religious purpose of terrorists in the bill. In the third place, to meet the flow of times of technicalization, informatization, such provisoes as destruction of electronic data system, crimes related to nuclear materials, purchases of weapons by terrorists, tax administration for prohibition of sale, and arson should be considered in terror bill. In the fourth place, nonselective attack toward unspecified individuals has become a serious issue in our society. Terrorists leave poisonous foods or beverages to crowded place or dump toxic chemicals into river intentionally. Therefore more strict regulations must be included in terror bill to prevent possible terrorist attacks.

Mr. Cho OO, a famous ex-delinquent who has already spent 27 years in prison for his hardened stealing habit and escape, was recently again arrested by Japanese police for housrbreaking in Japan. Every Korean people would have believed that he had abandoned his habit for good, because, since his liberation in 1998 , he showed himself as a man perfectly cured. He became a believer more than ever, married a well-to-do beautiful woman, got a son from her, had a good income from his job as homme security counsellor and from several other occupations, and after all worked a lot for homeless and unfortunate. Now, his case is given as an important subject to approach for criminologists. As well as we are concerned, we thought, to explain his case criminological, it's primarily necessary to skim through the main criminological theories, and that in behalf of this case. After that, we will be able to decide which theory is mostly appropriate to explain his inveterate disease. The one we chose is the social learning theory. But this theory alone won't allow us to understand all aspects of his crime. This is why we will have to turn to several other theories to complete our explanation. But theoretical understanding alone of a criminal case is useless if it cannot suggest a remedy for it. And, we finish our study by making some suggestions on this case.

With the increase of social crime rate, the interest on the intelligent security system is also growing. This paper proposes a detection system of monitoring whether abnormal behavior is being carried in the images captured using CCTV. After detection of an object via subtraction from background image and morpholgy, this system extracts an abnormal behavior by each object's feature information and its trajectory. When an object is loitering for a while in CCTV images, this system considers the loitering as an abnormal behavior and sends the alarm signal to the control center to facilitate prevention in advance. Especially, this research aims at detecting a loitoring act among various abnormal behaviors and also extends to the detection whether an incoming object is identical to one of inactive objects out of image.

Recently, negative emotional responses by drivers are a growing problem, which leads to not only a traffic accident but a crime so called 'road rage' in countries with heavy traffics including South Korea. Under such a circumstance, measuring stress- and fatigue-induced emotional responses by means of wireless communication and a wearable system would be useful. The purpose of this study is to implement a system that measures various signals from a driver, derives and monitors his emotional responses from the measurements and verify its derivations with reliability. This paper, as a first part of the research, describes how the system has been implemented with experimental methods.

For this reason, in this paper we review the building plans and its application and its application Province pros and cons of intelligent video surveillance analysis system for social security, the future proposed service is the safety of people while performing a comprehensive urban traffic control functions as a video monitoring system for social security and to ensure, to prevent crime and accidents, it is to crack down on criminal offenses in advance expected to protect the property of citizens and public facilities.

In crime, sexual harassment is acts arouse sexual shame to the other man by the physical body contact in order to obtain sexual gratification. One of sexual abuse, molestation, means indecent assault. The different point of indecent assault and sexual harassment is 'Harassment' as means of 'assault or intimidation'. In this paper, these incidents of sexual harassment to women in elevators extract by ${\chi}^2$ histogram.

미국 선물시장에서는 1934년 증권법과 1974년 선물거래법 그리고 1982년 Johnson-shad 협상안 이후, 증권은 SEC에서, 선물은 CFTC에서 규제하는 현선분리원칙을 지켜왔다. 그러나 최근의 상품선물현대화법과 애국자법(The Patriot Act)의 제정으로 인하여 미국선물시장은 다중규제(Multi-layered Regulation)의 도입이라는 변화를 겪고 있다. 상품선물현대화법은 새로 도입된 증권선물상품(Security Futures Products)을 선물이자 동시에 증권이라고 정의함으로써, CFTC와 SEC가 공동으로 선물시장을 규제하게 되었다. SEC와 CFTC의 위원장간에 교환된 양해각서에서는 특별히 두 정부규제기관간의 신속한 정보교환과 긴밀한 업무협조를 다짐하고 있다. 공적규제기관의 협력적 관계는 민간 자율규제기관에도 영향을 미쳐, NASD와 NFA는 회원등록업무와 감리업무 그리고 회원사 교육 훈련 등에서 상호협력적인 공동의 노력을 기울이고 있다. 2001년 9-11 테러사건을 계기로 입법된 애국자법은 선물중개업자들의 현금거래 보고의무를 추가하였다. 선물중개업자들을 금융기관으로서 고객확인의무(Know-Your-Customer Rule)를 지고, 선물거래고객이 1만달러 이상을 현금으로 납입할 경우에는 Currency Transactions Report를 작성하여야 하며, 입출금조작행위나 그러한 의도가 보이는 경우에는 Suspicious Activity Report를 작성하여 금융범죄수사국에 보고하여야 한다.

This study examined how news has covered games since the decision to include gaming disorder in ICD-11. Data were 694 news article on games in five major newspapers. The results indicated the following: While the proportion of reports on game industry was high, those reports were mainly straight news announcing industry status and corporate management status. Reports on game policy focused on regulations, particularly game addiction or disorder. Reports on game uses and effects showed very low rates, but they have followed the existing practices of reporting games as the cause of extreme crimes and deviant behaviors.

A blockchain system developed for crypto-currency has attractive characteristics, such as de-centralization, distributed ledger, and partial anonymity, making itself adopted in various fields. Among those characteristics, partial anonymity strongly assures privacy of users, but side effects such as abuse of crime are also appearing, and so countermeasures for circumventing such abuse have been studied continuously. In this paper, we propose a machine-learning based method for classifying smart contracts in Ethereum regarding their functions and design patterns and for identifying user behaviors according to them.

Because of portable storage device's technical improvement, it's speeding up the conversion of mass storage. It means it's easier to move and save data. Generally, USB is using for portable storage device and forensic perspective, it's possible us to study data drain through portable storage device under securement of using vestige of USB. If we can secure using vestige of USB from boot domain it's possible to investigate data drain & prove criminal act. This thesis is suggesting Key/Thumb drive & USB Drive Enclosure's confirmation of using or not and division way though Disk Signature analysis.
