A Comparison of Influential Factors for Media Selection: Personal Banking Transaction Context (매체선택 영향요인에 대한 비교 분석적 접근: 개인의 은행거래를 중심으로)

  • 본 연구는 금융거래를 위한 매체 특성과 금융 업무처리를 위한 개인의 매체 선택에 미치는 영향 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 매체간 특성을 고려하여 차이점에 대하여 실증적 검증을 시도하였다. 아울러 금융 채널의 사용에 영향을 미치는 매체의 특성들이 반영된 상황 발생시 상황에 얼마나 부합되는 금융 채널을 선택하는지에 대해서도 실증 분석하였다. 정보 기술의 발전으로 금융거래를 위한 채널이 다양화 되었으며, 최근 인터넷 뱅킹에 이어 모바일 뱅킹이 도입되면서 금융 채널의 다양화와 급속화가 진행되고 있다. 이는 차별적 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하며, 고객의 특성 및 거래액, 고객이 느끼는 각 채널별 특성을 고려하여 고객 만족 전략을 전개할 수 있음을 시사한다. 연구결과, 오프라인 거래채널인 은행 창구와 ATM은 입지에 민감한 금융 매체임에 따라 편리성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 온라인 매체라 할 수 있는 폰뱅킹 , 인터넷 뱅킹 , 모바일 뱅킹은 입지나 위치와는 상관없는 기술적 안전성이 보장되어야 하는 신뢰성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 금융 매체별 사용량에 영향을 미치는 특성을 파악함으로써 금융 기관의 차별적 고객 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

  • It is Study Service Model for Case Study of Internet Bank. With most major full service banks having launched transactional Internet banking, attention is shifting to the realities of managing the Internet channel as a profitable component of an overall delivery strategy. In addition to examining Case Study and Internet Bank Model. Services of Internet Banking available through the Internet are as follows. 1. credit card loans, personal loans. 2. high-yield financial products. 3. insurance products. 4. securities products. 5. Case study of Foreign Internet Banking(ING, BNP, HSNC, City Bank). The study reviewed fields, including financial services, customer service, Website formation and design, convenience of use and system safety, Internet Banking Model, and many related areas. Internet Banking earned high marks in most fields. This Study review focuses on the following: Understanding and meeting consumer expectations for us ability, site performance and functionality. Integrating the Internet channel into overall marketing, product delivery and customer service strategies. Security and Trust on Non-Contact Financial Transaction (금융보안과 신뢰가 비대면 금융거래에 미치는 영향)

  • The pandemic age came to us after the COVID19 broke out in the early of 2020, which resulted in many changes in our everyday life. One of the changes is non-contact transactions in economic activities, especially contact-free financial transactions are ever-increasing activities in the pandemic age. In non-contact financial transactions, security and trust are important issues that users are concerned about the most. So the paper examines how security and trust have effects on the attitudes of bank customers who use mobile banking applications on their smartphones. The study conducted factor ananlysis to extract research constructs using survey data gathered during Nobember of 2020 through February of 2021 across the nation. After extracting the constructs, the study checked validity, sampling adequacy, and internal reliability with KMO, Bartlett's test, and Crombach Alpha respectively. To make sure the purpose of the study, I do regression analysis. All factors of attitude had impacts on willingness on both of transactions and purchasing financial products. The results could give guidelines banks which want to attract more customers in open-banking environment through ever-more secure and trusty mobile banking application.

  • Internet Banking Offers Major Advantages for Both Banks and Customers. However, Not All People have equal Access or Skills to use such Services. The Main Objective of this Study is to Understand the Fctors Influencing Internet Banking Usage we Developed a Research Model Drawing from the UTAUT and Digital Divide Research. The Model was Tested and find more than 90% of Variance of Internet Banking Usage was Explained by the Model. Results Demonstrate that the Strongest Factor Influencing the Intention to adopt Internet Banking Services is the Degree to which an Individual Believes that it is Safe to use such Services. In the Paper, all the Hypotheses Except for the Hypothesis on the Effort Expectation are Accepted with Statistical Significance.

  • The importance of Internet banking has been emphasized due to the spread of Internet and the potential advantages of Internet banking. In case of Korea, Internet banking users have been risen dramatically since 1999 after its introduction. The purpose of this study is to draw the antecedent variables that affect the adoption of Internet banking and show their effects empirically. In this paper, influencing factors are proposed to distinguishing Internet banking users from non-users. And nine hypotheses are empirically tested using logistic regression. The results show that most of hypotheses are supported except for complexity and IT innovativeness. And compatibility was found to have a strong positive effect on the adoption of Internet banking. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

  • Banking and financial areas are facing on social upheavals by a rapidly advanced Open Network such as Internet, and the crest of a digital boom in the economic side for the 21th century. Electronic banking services has been remarkably changed from the Closed Network into the Open Network which is motivated by the low-cost internet services. This Open Network leads clients to choose banks that offer the best services and goods on the basis of the internet market. Therefore, capability of coping with clients' needs will be rising as one of the main strategies for competitive internet banking system in the near future. For this reason this thesis focuses on issues for banking services that internet influences, internet banking strategy of a developed bank, and expanding services and goods marketing through the internet.

  • The number of people who perform their banking business on Internet has been increasing drastically during the recent period and the trend still continues. Banks and other types of financial institutions are now competing intensely with each other in attracting customers to this new innovative banking service. The marketers in charge of formulating and implementing the strategies for this new banking business need to understand the behavioral factors as well as the technical factors in order to succeed in attracting more customers to this new service. products. A deep understanding as to why and how the customers are adopting the new service developed on information technology is a prerequisite for a successful marketing effort. The purpose of this dissertation is to find out what factors are playing important roles in the customers'decision related to the adoption of the Internet banking services. The focus of the research is threefold. First. by testing the hypotheses proposed by the Technology Adoption Model, a well-known theory in the IT-related behavioral science, an analysis was made as to which factors are more important in affecting the attitudes and adoption of the Internet banking on the part of customers. Secondly, an analysis was made as to whether the three criteria of the Technographics- -the attitude toward new technology, level of income, and the motivational factor- -are useful as the criteria for segmenting the Korean users of the online banking. Thirdly, an analysis was made as to whether each customer group segmented by the criteria of the Technographics reveal a differential decision process and thus requires a differential approach strategywise.
