  • 본 논문은 형태소 분석 및 품사 태깅을 위해 seq2seq 주의집중 모델을 이용하는 접근 방법에 대하여 기술한다. seq2seq 모델은 인코더와 디코더로 분할되어 있고, 일반적으로 RNN(recurrent neural network)를 기반으로 한다. 형태소 분석 및 품사 태깅을 위해 seq2seq 모델의 학습 단계에서 음절 시퀀스는 인코더의 입력으로, 각 음절에 해당하는 품사 태깅 시퀀스는 디코더의 출력으로 사용된다. 여기서 음절 시퀀스와 품사 태깅 시퀀스의 대응관계는 주의집중(attention) 모델을 통해 접근하게 된다. 본 연구는 사전 정보나 자질 정보와 같은 추가적 리소스를 배제한 end-to-end 접근 방법의 실험 결과를 제시한다. 또한, 디코딩 단계에서 빔(beam) 서치와 같은 추가적 프로세스를 배제하는 접근 방법을 취한다.

  • 우리나라는 국토면적이 작고 인구밀도가 높기 때문에 간척지를 조성해 농경지 및 대규모 공단으로 개발하여 사용하고 있다. 특히 서해안 지역은 조수간만의 차가 크지만 지형학적으로 간척지 개발의 적지가 많아 현재까지 방조제 설치가 가장 많이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 방조제 설치 후, 호내 매립은 홍수위 및 홍수유출량의 급변으로 인해 외수위 변화에 따른 유출 배제 가능량을 재산정하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 설계 홍수량, 시간별 외조위조건 그리고 유수지용량 등의 분석을 통하여 유역에서 홍수 발생 시 즉각적으로 대처할 수 있는 홍수배제용 배수갑문의 최적 규모를 결정하는 것이 목적이다.

A Study on Field Experiment and Numerical Modeling for Efficiency Analysis of Selective Withdrawal in Imha Reservoir (임하호 선택취수 효과분석을 위한 현장실험 및 수치해석 연구)

  • When a heavy rain brings flooding, a high turbid water is flowing into a reservoir. In this study, the effectiveness of the intake structures for the selective withdrawal from the various levels of a stratified reservoir was evaluated by the field experiments and the numerical modeling of the three-dimensional approaching flows. The temperature, the turbidity, and the velocity fields for the selective withdrawal were measured using both YSI6600EDS and YSI6600ADV, respectively. A threedimensional model, FLOW-3D, was used to predict the performance of the intake tower in Imha reservoir. The comparisons of the vertical velocity field showed a good agreement with the field measurements. The efficiency of the turbid-water elimination of the selective withdrawal method from low levels was higher up to 46% than that of the surface withdrawal. From the analysis of the numerical simulation, the efficiency of turbidity elimination increased by 10% for the selective withdrawal from middle levels, and by 30% from low levels. These results showed that the selective withdrawals from middle and low levels are more effective than the surface-water intake. The similar results were obtained by the one-dimensional model, SELECT, which is much more computationally time-efficient.

Estimation of risks for social exclusion in persons with psychosocial disabilities : a comparison between persons with psychosocial disabilities and those with other types of disabilities (정신장애인의 사회적 배제에 대한 위험 추정 : 타 장애집단과의 비교)

  • The purpose of the study was to conduct an empirical study on the scope and level of social exclusion experienced by persons with psychosocial disabilities. The Wave 6 data of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled were used to investigate the current status of social exclusion in life areas including income, education, work, housing, health, social network, social participation, and discrimination (N=4,161). A series of logistic regressions were executed, with the psychosocial disability(PD) group being the reference; the reverse odds rations of different disability groups were compared against the PD reference group (OR=1). The results showed that compared with all others, the PD group was about 2 to 11 times more likely to have risks in income, work, and housing; and that compared to other groups except for the autism/developmental disability group, they were about 6 to 10 times more likely to have risks in social network, social participation and discrimination. In conclusion, the authors urged the need for legal mandates to have community based mental health services and welfare services for the disabled more available to the PD groups and the necessity to eliminate various discriminatory legislations that are violating human and social rights of the persons with PDs.

  • 비트겐슈타인이 왜 "논고"를 포기했느냐 하는 주제는 비트겐슈타인의 철학을 조명하는 데 매우 중요한 문제이다. 그러나 이 글의 일차적인 관심은 비트겐슈타인이라는 한 개인의 실제 철학적 사유 과정보다는, 오히려 "논고"가 포기될 수 있는 모든 가능성들과 경로를 생각하고 추적하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 우리는 "논고"의 여러 근본 전제들을 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 한 부류는 직접적 논박 가능성이 희박한 것으로서, 여기에는 "논고"에서 정의에 해당되는 것, 모호한 개념인 "완전한 분석"과 관련된 것, 그리고 유아론과 관련된 것 등이 있다. 다른한 부류는 전자에 비해 어떤 직접적인 논박 가능성의 여지가 있는 근본 전제로서, 가장 중요한 것으로 요소 명제들의 상호 독립성을 들 수 있다. "논고"는 소위 "색깔배제 문제"부터 후자에 속하는 근본전제가 직접적인 타격을 입으면서 와해되기 시작했으며, "논고"와는 완전히 다른 패러다임에 서게 됨으로써 비로소 포기되었다.

  • This study examined the separation characteristics of some of the most commonly used disperse, reactive and acid dyes by nanofiltration membrane. The chemical characteristics of three major dye solutions such as chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen, total organic carbon, color, suspended solids, total dissolved solids, conductivity were investigated in this work. Experiments showed that the types of dye had a significant effect on both permeate flux and rejection efficiencies mainly due to the differences among their chemical structures and natures. Especially, the nanofiltration of reactive dye solutions showed higher permeate flux, lower total dissolved solid rejection efficiency and higher organics rejection efficiency than those of disperse dye solutions.

  • A general rainfall outflow in urban drainage has early time of concentration because urban drainage areas are most paved area. In general, rainfall outflow is flowed in drainage pump station and is discharged to rivers in urban areas. However it is excluded through drainage pumps about a heavy rainfall which exceed the design rainfall and the rainfall outflows increase the urban inundation risk. A current pump operation is control according to water level of collecting well or reservoir in drain pump station. But recently, the localized downpours are happened frequently in urban drainage and the current pump stations are frequently incapable of the heavy rainfall outflows. In this study, a real urban inundation was simulated and the drain capacity of drain pump station was evaluated by analysis about flood-factor in urban underground passage. Then the analysis about the inundation was done by the simulation about the real rainfall which cause the inundation. Also, in the simulation the inundation risk and the evaluation of flood-factor were analyzed according to change of the pump operation rule.

  • Objective : This study was to verify the effects of occupation-based training with errorless learning and spaced retrieval on task learning and satisfaction of elderly with mild vascular dementia. Methods : The subjects of this study were 3 geriatric individuals with mild vascular dementia, ABA' + follow-up design was used. Intervention period was provided occupation-based training with errorless learning and spaced retrieval. The dependent variable was converted to ability of task performance every session and satisfaction before and after intervention. Result analysis was suggested through visual analysis and bar graph. Results : After the occupation-based training with errorless learning and spaced retrieval, Ability of task performance and satisfaction improved for all subjects. Conclusions : From this study, occupation-based training with errorless learning and spaced retrieval training was found to be an effective mediation for improving independence of task and satisfaction for people with mild dementia. This study could provide evidence for clinical application for occupation-based training.

A Safety Evaluation of Detention Reservoirs at Seoul by New Pumping Criteria (우수배제 펌프의 조작기준에 따른 서울시 유수지의 안전검토)

  • Rapid change of urban area become a serious cause of disaster in existing drainage systems, and the practical alternatives in that situations are needed. The purpose of this study is to evaluate safety, one of drainage systems, detention reservoir and pumping station by new pumping criteria. New drainage pumping criteria, divided into two parts (rising limb and falling limb), which used in reservoir routing, shows more efficient flood prevention effect than existing criteria (based on the reservoir water level). To obtain the optimal range of flood prevention, sensitivity analysis of each inflow v.s. pumping capacity is tested. As a results, using 10 year design rainfall, 60% of detention reservoir and drainage pumping stations in Seoul are safe. In this results, there must be a fundamental and powerful counterplans to prevent inland flooding in Seoul metropolitan area.

An Intersection Validation and Interference Elimination Algorithm between Weapon Trajectories in Multi-target and Multi-weapon Environments (다표적-다무장 환경에서 무장 궤적 간 교차 검증 및 간섭 배제 알고리즘)

  • As multiple weapons are fired simultaneously in multi-target and multi-weapon environments, a possibility always exists in the collision occurred by the intersection between weapon trajectories. The collision between weapons not only hinders the rapid reaction but also causes the loss of the asset of weapons of friendly force to weaken the responsive power against the threat by an enemy. In this paper, we propose an intersection validation and interference elimination algorithm between weapon trajectories in multi-target and multi-weapon environments. The core points of our algorithm are to confirm the possible interference through the analysis on the intersections between weapon trajectories and to eliminate the mutual interference. To show the superiority of our algorithm, we implement the evaluation and verification of performances through the simulation and visualization of our algorithm. Our experimental results show that the proposed algorithm performs effectively the interference elimination regardless of the number of targets and weapon groups by showing that no cross point exists.
