This paper addresses the installation and modification design of airframe structures for new and modified equipment installations that are essential for aircraft performance improvement. Typical performance improvement equipment mounted on the exterior of the aircraft include antenna, radar, electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR), and self-protection system equipment, which require structural reinforcement, modification, and mounting design of the green aircraft for operation. In the interior of the aircraft, console and rack structures are modified or added according to user operation requirements. In addition, this is accompanied by the installation design of equipment to be replaced and added for performance improvement, and the according modification of environmental control system components for internal cooling. The engineering process and cases in which airworthiness was verified through the detailed design of airframe structures with structural integrity, operability, and maintainability of performance-improved aircraft are presented.

An environmental radiation monitoring system based on high pressurized ionization chamber has been used for on-line gamma monitoring surrounding the KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute), which transmits the dose data measured from ion chamber on the site via radio frequency to a central processing computer and stores the transmitted real-time data. Although communication using radio frequency has several advantages such as effective and economical transmission, storage, and data process, there is one main disadvantage that data loss during transmission often happens because of unexpected communication problems. It is possible to restore the loss data by off-line such as floppy disk but the simultaneous process and display of current data as well as the backup data are very difficult in the present on-line system. In this work, a new electronic circuit board and the operation software applicable to the conventional environmental radiation monitoring system are developed and the automatical synchronization of the ion chamber unit and the central processing computer is carried out every day. This system is automatically able to restore the backup data within 34 hours without additional equipments and also display together the current data as well as the transmitted backup data after checking time flag.

Recommender systems enable a user to decide which information is interesting and valuable in our world of information overload. As the recent studies of distributed computing environment have been progressing actively, recommender systems, most of which were centralized, have changed toward a peer-to-peer approach. Collaborative Filtering (CF), one of the most successful technologies in recommender systems, presents several limitations, namely sparsity, scalability, cold start, and the shilling problem, in spite of its popularity. The move from centralized systems to distributed approaches can partially improve the issues; distrust of recommendation and abuses of personal information. However, distributed systems can be vulnerable to attackers, who may inject biased profiles to force systems to adapt their objectives. In this paper, we consider both effective CF in P2P environment in order to improve overall performance of system and efficient solution of the problems related to abuses of personal data and attacks of malicious users. To deal with these issues, we propose a multi-agent framework for a distributed CF focusing on the trust relationships between individuals, i.e. web of trust. We employ an agent-based approach to improve the efficiency of distributed computing and propagate trust information among users with effect. The experimental evaluation shows that the proposed method brings significant improvement in terms of the distributed computing of similarity model building and the robustness of system against malicious attacks. Finally, we are planning to study trust propagation mechanisms by taking trust decay problem into consideration.

The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between exposure index (EI) and dose factors related to radiation dose optimization in digital radiography (DR) system. Two phantoms with built-in regional test object for quantitative assessment of images were used to produce image signals that acquired in chest radiography background. EI and entrane surface dose (ESD) increased proportionally with rise of radiation dose (kVp, mAs) in both DR and CR systems. Especially, DR detector was effective to form good contrast and hence, reached easily to improvement of image quality with minimal dose changes. It made operators possible to expect the accuracy of EI values deeply related to absorbed dose of the detector. The evaluation of images was obtained specially employed calculation of noise to signal ratio (NSR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR). These measurements were performed for how exposure factors affect image quality. NSR was inversely proportional to kVp and mAs and low NSR represented high signal detection efficiency. Consequently, EI values was the measure of the amount of exposure received by the image receptor and it was proportional to exposure factors. Therefore the EI in a recommended range from manufacturer can offer optimal image quality. Also, continuous monitoring of EI values in the digital radiography can reduce the unnecessary patient dose and help the quality control of the system.
The low dose radiation is done for a long period, thus researchers have to know the exact dose distribution for the irradiated mouse. This research has been conducted in order to find out methods in transmitting an exact dose to mouse in a mouse irradiation experiment carried out using $^{137}Cs$ irradiation equipment installed in the DIRAMS (Dongnam Institution of Radiological & Medical Sciences) research center. We developed a single mouse housing cage and shelf with adjustable geometric factors such as distance and angle from collimator. The measurement of irradiated dose showed a maximal 42% difference of absorbed dose from the desired dose in the conventional irradiation system, whereas only 6% difference of the absorbed dose was measured in the self-developed mouse apartment system. In addition, multi mice housing showed much difference of the absorbed dose in between head and body, compared to single mouse housing in the conventional irradiation system. This research may allow further research about biological effect assessment for the low dose irradiation using the self-developed mouse apartment to provide more exact doses which it tries to transmit, and to have more reliability for the biological analysis results.
As the Internet developed, various and complex cyber attacks began to emerge. Various detection systems were used outside the network to defend against attacks, but systems and studies to detect attackers inside were remarkably rare, causing great problems because they could not detect attackers inside. To solve this problem, studies on the lateral movement detection system that tracks and detects the attacker's movements have begun to emerge. Especially, the method of using the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is simple but shows very good results. Nevertheless, previous studies did not consider the effects and relationships of each logon host itself, and the features presented also provided very low results in some models. There was also a problem that the model could not explain why it predicts that way, which resulted in reliability and robustness problems of the model. To address this problem, this study proposes an interpretable RDP-based lateral movement detection system using page rank algorithm and SHAP(Shapley Additive Explanations). Using page rank algorithms and various statistical techniques, we create features that can be used in various models and we provide explanations for model prediction using SHAP. In this study, we generated features that show higher performance in most models than previous studies and explained them using SHAP.
NtMEK2, which is the tobacco MAPK kinase that is upstream of SIPK and WIPK, was identified using the dexamethasone (DEX)-inducible gain-of-function transgenic system. Expression of $NtNEK2^{DD}$, a constitutively active mutant of NtNEK2, leads to HR-like cell death, which indicates that the NtMEK2-SIPK/WIPK cascade controls defense responses in tobacco. However, little is known about the downstream target substrates or defense-related genes that are regulated by the NtMEK2-SIPK/ WIPK cascade. In this study, ACP-based differential display RT-PCR was used to isolate the downstream effectors mediated by the NtMEK2-SIPK/WIPK cascade in $NtNEK2^{DD}$ transgenic plants. The results identified 6 novel differentially expressed genes (DEGs). These included pathogen induced protein 2-4 (pI2-4), monoterpene synthase 2 (MTS2), seven in absentia protein (SINA), cell death marker protein 1 (CDM1), hydroxyproline-rich glycoprotein (HRGP) and unknown genes (DEG45). The induction of these genes was confirmed by RT-PCR of samples obtained from $NtNEK2^{DD}$ plants. Additionally, when compared with other isolated DEGs, the pI2-4, CDM1 and HRGP genes were significantly up-regulated in response to treatment with salicylic acid and tobacco mosaic virus. Taken together, these results suggest that three novel DEGs were regulated by the NtMEK2-SIPK/WIPK cascade involved in disease resistance in tobacco.

Recently High-Definition Reference Korean-Man (HDRK-Man) and High-Definition Reference Korean-Woman (HDRK-Woman) were constructed in Korea. The HDRK phantoms were designed to represent respectively reference Korean male and female to calculate effective doses for Korean by performing Monte Carlo dose calculation. However, the Monte Carlo dose calculation requires detailed knowledge on computational human phantoms and Monte Carlo simulation technique which regular researchers in radiation protection dosimetry and practicing health physicists do not have. Recently the UFPE (Federal University of Pernambuco) research group has developed, and opened to public, an online Monte Carlo dose calculation system called CALDOSE_X(www.caldose.org). By using the CALDOSE_X, one can easily perform Monte Carlo dose calculations. However, the CALDOSE_X used caucasian phantoms to calculate organ doses or effective doses which are limited for Korean. The present study developed an online reference Korean dose calculation system which can be used to calculate effective doses for Korean.
Different Different from a single attack, in DDoS Attacks, the botnets that are distributed on network initiate attacks against the target server simultaneously. In such cases, it is difficult to take an action while denying the access of packets that are regarded as DDoS since normal user's convenience should also be considered at the target server. Taking these considerations into account, the DDoS botnet detection system that can reduce the strain on the target server by detecting DDoS attacks on each user network basis, and then lets the network administrator to take actions that reduce overall scale of botnets, has been implemented in this study. The DDoS botnet detection system proposed by this study implemented the program which detects attacks based on the database composed of faults and abnormalities collected through analyzation of hourly attack traffics. The presence of attack was then determined using the threshold of current traffic calculated with the standard deviation and the mean number of packets. By converting botnet-based detection method centering around the servers that become the targets of attacks to the network based detection, it was possible to contemplate aggressive defense concept against DDoS attacks. With such measure, the network administrator can cut large scale traffics of which could be referred as the differences between DDoS and DoS attacks, in advance mitigating the scale of botnets. Furthermore, we expect to have an effect that can considerably reduce the strain imposed on the target servers and the network loads of routers in WAN communications if the traffic attacks can be blocked beforehand in the network communications under the router equipment level.
