The object of this research is to know the characteristics of design for stage costume design through experiencing production of costume design of Mascani's opera "Cavalleria Rusticana" and to know the effect of stage costume at real performance. Background of times and characteristics were reviewed by analyzing opera. And reference regarding Mascani's opera "Cavalleria Rusticana" and script, and image data analysis and interview with director were also done. Ethnic costume in Sicily in southern Italy was reviewed at conception step. and design was embodied by analyzing character of each person based on this analysis. Form of character. motion and vocalization were considered at actual production step, and stage effect was analysed by considering lighting, stage background, and combination of color on costume between characters through real performance. The above conclusion could present professional and systematic methodology in designing opera and other stage costumes. And this research can also be a contribution in these days when interest for theatrical art. along with importance of stage costume, plays a key role in modern art. role in modern art.

Maize is one of the most cultivated cereals as a staple food in the world. The harvested maize is mainly stored after drying, but its quality and nutrition could be debased by fungal spoilage and mycotoxin contamination. In this study, we surveyed mycotoxin contamination fungal infection of maize kernels that were stored for almost one year after harvest in 2015. The amount of deoxynivalenol and zearalenone detected were higher than the other mycotoxin, such as aflatoxin, ochratoxin, fumonisin and T-2 toxin. In particular, level of deoxynivalenol was detected as $1200{\pm}610{\mu}g/kg$ in small size kernels, which was four to six times higher than the large and the medium size kernels. Moreover, the amount of deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, and fumonisin were increased with discolored kernels. 10 species including Fusarium spp., Aspergillus spp. and Penicillium spp. were isolated from the maize kernels. F. graminearum was predominant in the discolored kernels with detection rates of 60% (red) and 40% (brown). Our study shows that the mycotoxin contents of stored maize can be increased by discolored maize kernels mixed. Therefore elimination of the contaminated maize kernels will help prevent fungal infection and mycotoxin contamination in stored maize.

The purpose of this study is to understand the principles of Balletfit and its program structure and to establish Balletfit's effects on body shape change and postural correction. Interview, the most commonly used method of qualitative research, was chosen as the research method. Ten Balletfit class participants, who have attended private lessons twice per week, for three to six months period of time, were selected. These participants were chosen from participants of private lessons instead of group lessons for in-depth insights. The research was limited to a small group of participants and therefore, it is difficult to standardize the result. Also, because this study is based on the opinions of the participants, not by a posture measuring device, the accuracy of the result is limited as well. The followings are the conclusion of this research. First, the participation motive was either internet research or acquaintance's recommendation. Secondly, the effort to change the body shape. After experiencing Balletfit classes, the participants became aware of their body and made an effort to recover their posture by holding the stomach tight and sitting up correctly. Thirdly, their posture became ideal. Most participants became aware of what an ideal posture is and as their body became ideal, the participants also recovered their health by becoming aware of their inner and outer body. Lastly, they tend to prefer beautiful body line. After the experience, all participants became interested in the body line and preferred to build a beautiful body line with correct postures. The most significant effect of Balletfit was the body line. Therefore, the experience of Balletfit develops the inner and outer body awareness and also can be consider to effect the change of the body shape. Balletfit will become a satisfying exercise for modern people, who desire a beautiful, healthy body.

In this review, the mycotoxin contamination of Korean cereals and their products is analyzed by crop based on scientific publications since 2000. Barley, rice, and corn were investigated heavier than the others. The common mycotoxins occurred in all cereals and their products were deoxynivalenol and zearalenone. Nivalenol was detected in all samples analyzed but more frequently or mainly in barley, rice, and oat. Fumonisin was commonly detected in corn and sorghum but also in adlay, millet, and rice. Adlay and millet were similar in the contamination pattern that fumonisin and zearalenone were the most frequently detected mycotoxins. Zearalenone was the most commonly detected mycotoxin with concentrations higher than the national standards (maximum limit), followed by deoxynivalenol, and aflatoxin. However, most occurrence levels were below the maximum limits for respective mycotoxins. This result shows that barley, rice, corn, sorghum, millet, and adlay are more vulnerable to mycotoxin contamination than other cereals and therefore continuous monitoring and safety management are necessary.

Currently, there is a lack of research that directly applies and integrates science and technology in the field of dance and translates it into creative work. In this study, the researcher applied motion capture to creative dance performance 'Youth' and described the process of incorporating motion capture into scenes for the performance. The research method involved utilizing practice-based research, which derives new knowledge and meaning from creative outcomes through the analysis of phenomena and experiences generated on-site. The creative ballet performance "<Youth>" consists of a total of 4 scenes, and the motion-captured video in these scenes serves as the highlight moments. It visually represents the image of a past ballerina while embodying the meaning of a scene that is both the 'past me' and the 'dream of the present.' The use of motion capture enhances the visual representation of the scenes and plays a role in increasing the audience's immersion. The dance field needs to become familiar with collaborating with scientific and technological advancements like motion capture to digitize intangible assets. It is essential to engage in experimental endeavors and continue training for such collaborations. Furthermore, through collaboration, the ongoing research should extend the scope of movement through digitized processes, performances, and performance records. This will continually confer value and meaning to the field of dance

Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) obtained by the saponification of poly(vinyl ester) is a linear semicrystalline polymer; these polymers have been widely used as fibers for clothes and industries, binders, films, membranes, medicines for drug delivery system, and cancer cell-killing embolic materials. PVA fibers have high tensile and compressive strength, tensile modulus, and abrasion resistance because of the highest crystalline lattice modulus. (omitted)

전 세계가 디지털 혁명을 통해 새로운 미래로 향해가며 많은 콘텐츠들이 디지털화되고 있는 실정이다. 최근 케이팝과 같은 한류문화콘텐츠들이 국제적인 콘텐츠시장을 겨냥하며 새로운 콘텐츠들을 개발해 나아가고 있다. 또한 힙합, 발레, 비보이, 현대무용 등 다양한 무용콘텐츠들이 공연콘텐츠에서 영상콘텐츠로 범위가 확장되며 소셜미디어를 통해 수요가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 디지털무용 콘텐츠들의 수요 현황을 살펴보고 이에 따른 디지털무용콘텐츠의 산업화를 전망하여 본다.

본 논문에서는 광학식 모션 캡쳐를 이용하여 얻은 한국인의 발레 동작에 대한 모션 캡쳐 데이터를 사용하여 다른 모션으로 변형함으로써 새로운 형태의 동작을 생성하거나 원래 데이터의 에러가 생긴 경우에 보정이 쉽게 수정 가능하도록 하였다. 즉, 모션 캡쳐 데이터의 구조는 다양한 포맷들로 되어 있는 스켈레톤 구조로서 관절의 각도나 위치에 대해 변형을 가하기 힘들다. 그러므로 모션 수정에 관련된 기술을 이용하여 선택된 조인트(joint), 엔드이펙터(end effecter), 마커(marker)들을 보여주고, 오일러(Euler Angles), 쿼터니언(Quaternions), 지수 맵(Exponential Map) 보간이 가능하여 실시간에서도 재생 되도록 구현하였다.

This study is focused on main performers' stage costumes in the 'Swan Lake', a masterpiece of classical ballet, which Is newly represented by Matthew Bourne, a choreographer. The objectives of the study is to help understand a trend of costume in modern public performance and art. First, this paper is attempted to describe the concept and the elements of ballet costume, secondly, to consider the performance generally, and finally to analyze main performers stage costumes. This study was performed by two processes; The first was to visit theaters to view the performances in person: the classical ballet by the Bolshoi Theater Ballet, the performance by Korea national ballet academy and the Matthew Bonne's modernly redefined ballet. The second was to review the regarding literatures and DVD. There are two apparent characteristics of main performers' stage costumes in modern-style ballet compared with classic-style ballet. First, there is an approach to gender identity; the character of swan with the classic tutu that has been the culmination of femininity in the classic-style ballet, used to be represented in an established idea on ballet costume, is now substituted by a creative idea, male ballerina and trouser-style ballet costume. Second, there is an approach to breaking the convention on the purpose of emphasizing popularity arousing real sympathy and art value. Also, modern-style ballet introduces bare body and ffot rather than tutu and toe-shoes, and adapts items from casual outfit fitted in earh performer's character with a present-day life.
