Performance Analysis by utilizing a Determination Method of Usenet News Groups (유즈넷 뉴스 그룹 결정 방법을 활용한 성능평가)

  • 않은 양의 유즈넷 뉴스 중에서 사용자가 찾고자 하는 정확한 정보를 빠른 시간 안에 검색하고, 원하는 정보만 필터링 하는 것은 중요하다. 그러나 뉴스 문서는 이메일과 달라서 미리 자신에게 맞는 뉴스그룹을 등록해 주어야만 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 뉴스그룹들 중에서 사용자의 취향과 유사한 뉴스그룹들을 코호넨 신경망을 이용하여 추천해주는 방법을 제시한다. 신경망을 학습시키기 위한 뉴스 문서의 키워드들을 선택하기 위해 예제 문서들로부터 후보 용어들을 추출하고 퍼지 추론을 적용하여 대표 용어들을 선택한다. 하지만 신경망의 학습 패턴을 관찰해 보면, 많은 부분이 비어있는 희소성 문제를 발견할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통계적인 결정계수를 도입하여 불필요한 차원을 제거한 후 신경망을 학습시키는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 모든 차원을 활용할 때 보다 클러스터내 거리와 클러스터간 거리의 척도를 이용한 클러스터 중첩도 면에서 우수한 분류 성능을 보여줌을 확인하였다.

  • 고도의 지식정보사회 속에서 논리적 사고력과 창의력, 문제해결력을 길러주는 프로그래밍 교육의 필요성은 더욱 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학생들에게 적합한 교육용 프로그래밍 언어인 JavaMAL을 활용하여, 프로그래밍의 함수개념 형성을 위한 학습모형을 구안 적용하고 일반화 가능성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 먼저 기초적인 프로그래밍 요소 중 함수개념과 관련된 학습요소를 추출하여 차시별 지도계획을 수립하였다. 또한, 프로그래밍의 함수가 수학적 함수의 모방이라는 것에 착안하여 수학의 '규칙성과 함수'지도 단계를 LOGO의 문제해결력 수업모형인 안내된 발견식 교수법(guided discovery teaching method)에 강화한 후, 인터넷을 활용한 문제해결 수업모형을 구안하였다. 기본명령어와 변수개념을 이미 익힌 계발활동 부서 6학년 아동들을 지도 대상으로 한 달간 웹 기반 JavaMAL 환경에서 학습할 수 있도록 하였으며, 게시판 활동 및 활동지를 통해 함수개념 형성 여부를 측정하였다.

  • Secure coding is a technique that detects malicious attack or unexpected errors to make software systems resilient against such circumstances. In many cases secure coding relies on static analysis tools to find vulnerable patterns and contaminated data in advance. However, secure coding has the disadvantage of being dependent on rule-sets, and accurate diagnosis is difficult as the complexity of static analysis tools increases. In order to support secure coding, we apply machine learning techniques, such as DNN, CNN and RNN to investigate into finding major weakness patterns shown in secure development coding guides and present machine learning models and experimental results. We believe that machine learning techniques can support detecting security weakness along with static analysis techniques.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and problems of an independent research program. The researcher has collected and analysed data from 99 teachers and 825 students who participated in the 'Book Writing' program of Daegu Metropolitan City Board of Education. As an way to improve teaching and learning methods of schools, the 'Book Writing' program is evaluated to be effective and relevant. In conclusion, the researcher suggested several ways to improve the program.

  • 본 연구는 형태소 분석에 필요한 언어 지식과 품사 태깅에 필요한 확률 정보를 별도의 언어 지식 추가 없이 학습 말뭉치를 통해서 얻어내는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 품사 부착된 학습 말뭉치로부터 형태소 사전과 결합 정보를 추출한다. 그리고 자주 발생하는 어절 및 해석상 모호성이 많은 어절에 대해서는 학습 말뭉치에서 발견된 형태소 분석 결과를 저장하여 형태소 분석에 소요되는 시간과 형태소 분석의 정확률을 높인다. 또한 미등록어의 많은 부분을 차지하는 인명, 지명, 조직명에 대해서는 정보 추출 분야에서 사용하는 고유 명사 분류법으로 해결한다. 품사 태깅을 위해서는 품사열 정보와 품사열 정보로는 해결할 수 없는 경우를 위한 어휘 정보를 학습 말뭉치에서 추출한다. 품사열 정보와 어휘 정보는 정형화 과정을 거쳐 최대 엔트로피 모델의 자질로 사용되어 품사 태깅 시스템을 위한 확률 분포를 구성한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법은 학습 말뭉치를 기반으로 한다는 특성에 의해 다양한 영역에 사용하기 쉽다. 또한 어휘 정보로 품사 문맥 정보를 보완하기 때문에 품사 분류 체계와 형태소 해석 규칙에 영향을 적게 받는다는 장점을 가진다. MATEC '99 데이터 실험 결과 형태소 단위로 94%의 재현률과 93%의 정확률을 얻을 수 있었다.

An Analysis of Korean Word Spacing Errors Made by Chinese Learners (중국인 한국어 학습자의 글쓰기에 나타난 띄어쓰기 오류 양상 및 지도 방향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze, through questionnaires and interviews, spacing errors in Chinese students' Korean writing and to propose changes for the teaching methods used for Chinese learners by analyzing the causes of errors. By analyzing the learners' writing samples, a total of 148 space errors were found. The rates of errors (77.6%) that were made by combining separate words is much higher than the errors (22.4%) that were made by placing a space within a compound word. Among the error types, "noun + noun," "observer (type) + dependent noun," and postpositional particle errors occur most frequently. In this paper, we propose the direction of spacing starting from the deductive side and the inductive side for nouns and investigations.

Learning Model for the Appropriation of Mathematical Knowledge (수학적 지식 점유를 위한 학습 모델)

  • Mathematics students must appropriate their mathematical knowledge which has the definition and theorem of mathematics, algorithm, reasonable thought, heuristic, and mathematics language, and so on. That is, students should construct, use, and apply their own knowledge during learning. Appropriation of mathematical knowledge is practicable when mathematics language is in charge of many functions that Vygotsky cited. To reach the potential development level with mathematics language, students need the zones that they interact themselves and peers, as well as teacher. On that ground, this study presented the interactional zones of IZPD, ZPP, and ZAD, and modeled mathematics learning. By the case of 2 students, we found that ZPP and ZAD were necessary and important.

  • In a distributed machine learning system, sharing gradients was considered safe because it did not share original training data. However, recent studies found that malicious attacker could completely restore the original training data from shared gradients. Gradient Leakage Attack is a technique that restoring original training data by exploiting theses vulnerability. In this study, we present the image transformation method based on Discrete Cosine Transform to defend against the Gradient Leakage Attack on the federated learning setting, which training in local devices and sharing gradients to the server. Experiment shows that our image transformation method cannot be completely restored the original data from Gradient Leakage Attack.

The Roles of Learning Orientation and Market Orientation in Driving Marketing Capabilities and Firm Performance (학습지향성과 시장지향성이 마케팅역량과 기업성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The previous studies found the importance of market orientation (MO), learning orientation (LO), and marketing capabilities (MC) in driving firm performance (FP), but respectively. This research attempted to integrate the rather separate research streams of MO, LO, and MC in explaining FP. How MO and LO, as two critical constructs of organizations' cultural values, affect FP was examined with the mediating role of MC (composed of marketing planning capability (MPC) and marketing implementation capability (MIC)). Specifically, we derived specific conceptualizations on the effects of LO on FP through MO, MPC, and MIC as well as the effect of MO on FP through MPC. Accordingly, we empirically tested a process of how LO, MO, and MC translate into FP, using survey data of 146 respondents from Korean companies. The results successfully supported our model. It is worth noting not only that LO and MO are found to have synergistic effects on FP through MC but also that LO fosters MO. The relevant implications of our findings are presented with limitations and further research directions.

  • This research aimed to develop problem creating worksheets as a teaching & learning material for problem solving activities and assess its effectiveness. Activity worksheets for creative problem development were established. The effectiveness of the problem-creating classes taught to gifted students in invention was evaluated. In addition, effective strategies for encouraging problem creating and question making in teaching & learning processes were explored. The creative problem identification activity consisted of 5 steps, which are idea creation, convergence, execution, and evaluation. The results showed that elementary and middle school students taught in the classes using this problem-identification worksheet were highly satisfied with the program. This study concluded that it requires an educational environment, government level collaboration, and support to create a mature social atmosphere and educational environment motivating students to keep asking questions and identify problems. Through continual modification, additional ongoing efforts to increase the credibility and the quality of the worksheets as a creative problem solving and learning tool will be needed.
