Cyber-Physical System for Energy Management (에너지 관리를 위한 가상-물리 시스템)

  • Recently, the effort of enterprises are visualized to correspond for 4th industrial revolution and climate change. Reaching the operation of industrial facilities are one of these efforts and is actively progressing under identical condition between real and virtual world through introduction of cyber-physical system (CPS). However, the problem on no unified definition for CPS still exists. Thus, in this paper, we review the previous concept of CPS. We propose new concept of CPS with four sections such as real world section, communication section, virtual world section and management section. We also propose definite concept by classifying the layer of each section. In order to confirm the possibility of application for proposed concept of CPS, we applied simple motor. We compare the result for torque between real motor and virtual motor. Finally we confirm that the applicability of proposed concept of CPS is very high.

Study on Multi Parameter Measurement and Analysis of Distribution High Voltage Cable Connection Part (배전용 특고압 케이블 접속재의 다변수 측정 분석 연구)

  • High voltage CV cables have been widely installed underground due to their convenience and urban aesthetics. However, cable accidents have occurred frequently owing to poor construction and natural degradations. This paper proposes the method to measure the multi parameter measurement for optimum diagnostics of high voltage cable connection parts and verifies its technical usefulness. This measurement is intended to diagnose degradations of cable connection parts by using simultaneous vibration and thermography as well as partial discharge(PD). The experiment in a shielded laboratory was carried out to verify the usefulness of the multi parameter measurement. The experiment defined the degradation of the cable connection part as 12 types, and produced each degradation sample. As a result of experiment, it was possible to check the correlation of vibration signals with regard to progress in some defects. In the case of thermography, the coherence with regard to the progress of some defects was found. We figure that the proposed method would be useful also in the noise environment.

우리 나라의 감자재배 중심지

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은, 우리나라 감자재배지역의 분포 특징과 그 중심지를 밝혀 보는데 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 위하여 감자가 외국에서 우리나라에 전파해온 경로와 한국 내에서 의 전파경로를 알아보고, 7개 지역의 감자재배지역의 특징, 우리나라 감자재배의 생산량, 재배면적, 재배농가, 각 시기별 감자 재배지의 중심지와 남한의 감자재배 중심지를 구하였다. 이와 같은 연구내용은 주어진 자연환경에 인간이 어떻게 적응해가면서 살아가는지를 공부하는 지리학의 전통적인 개념인 자연과 인간과의 관계를 이해하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 초 중등학교 및 대학에서 공부하는 한국지리 교육과정의 학습자료로서 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 연구방법은 문헌연구과 1970년부터 1995년까지의 전국의 시.군별 감자재배지역의 입지계수를 구하여 연구하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 감자가 한국에 처음으로 재배된 것은 1824년(조선조 순조24년) 인데, 전파과정을 살펴보면, 안데스산지의 페루(1500년대) $\longrightarrow$ 에스파냐(1532년) $\longrightarrow$ 중국(1650년) $\longrightarrow$ 한국(1824년)순으로 전파되어온 북방전래설과 영국의 감자가 1832년 충청도의 서산으로, 일본 감자가 1920년에 수원으로 전파되었다는 남방전래설이 있다 2. 감자는 한국 전 지역에서 재배되는 중요 농작물이다 그러나 우리나라의 지형이 남북으로 깊게 뻗은 반도국이므로 위도와 지형 차이에 따라 기온과 고도가 다르게 나타나는데, 이러한 자연적인 요인의 영향이 가장 큰 요인이 되어 고랭지 여름재배지역.중산간 봄재배지역.중부평야 봄재배지역 남부평야 봄재배지역 남부해안 2기작 재배지역.남부 겨울재배지역.제주 가을 월동재배지역 등 7개 지역으로 구분되어 재배된다. 3. 우리나라(남한)의 감자 재배지의 중심지는 강원도 고랭지 여름재배지역과 제주도 가을 월동재배지역, 소백산맥과 진안고원이 만나는 부근 산지지역의 남원군.구례군 거창군.고령군과 남해안의 밀양군.양산군이다. 강원도 지역과 제주도 두지역이 전테 재배면적의 52%를 점유하여 감자 재배지의 핵심지를 이룬다. 4. 한국 감자 재배지역 중심지의 지리적 특징은, 높은 산지지역의 산록완사면에 밭작물로 재배된다는 점과 교통이 불편한 지역으로서 도시화와 산업화 지역의 그늘 지역이 대부분이다. 강원도의 감자 재배지는 감자재배에 적합한 자연환경과 화전농업의 전통, 감자 재배기술의 전파, 중앙정부와 지방정부가 지원하는 각종 연구소 분포와 영농지도, 씨감자 생산과 협동조합의 판로 개척, 도로 개설과 포장 등의 인문지리적 요인이 영농조건을 개선하고 감자 판매를 위한 시장접근을 용이하게 하여, 남한 최대의 감자 재배지역을 형성하였다. 제주도는 산지지형과 따뜻한 기온으로 2기작이 가능하고, 감자가공 공장설립과 교통발달에 따른 육지 시장과의 접근이 용이해졌기 때문에 남한에서 2번째로 큰 감자재배지역이 되었다.(요약 및 결론에서 발췌)

  • The Military Demarcation Line(MDL) divided the two Koreas when armistice agreement was signed in 1953, July 27 but there was no regulation for the sea border. Since then, The North has constantly denied the legitimacy of the sea border, which has remained the inter-Korean maritime border. But the armistice agreement has been virtual maritime demarcation line for the avoidance of hostilities on the Korean Peninsula and maintain and manage the armistice system peacefully. Therefore we should strengthen the Korea's sovereignty over the NLL by tightening the effective control.

Foreign Language Education of Korean Peninsula: Insights from Nogeldae (『노걸대』 분석을 통해서 바라본 우리 반도의 외국어 교육)

  • This paper aims to investigate the value and resilience of Nogeoldae which was written at the end of Koryo dynasty and has been used as the most important foreign language education materials throughout the 500 years of Chosun dynasty. To this end, 106 volumes of dialogues, 12 of meeting, 17 of lodging, 21 of Daedo bound, 34 of Daedo lives and 11 of return in Nogeoldae are analyzed by an average length of the sentences, an average length of words, type-token ratio, number of words before main verbs and number of words before nouns to identify the progressive degree of the complexity. The result of the analysis shows that Nogeoldae presents a desired progressive complexity found in modern foreign language textbooks.

A Study on the Correlation Between Crystallinity and Dispersion Characteristics of Eco-Friendly Semiconductive for Power Cable (전력케이블용 친환경 반도전 컴파운드의 결정화도와 분산 특성의 상관관계에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper, we study the correlation between the crystallinity of semiconductive compounds for eco-friendly power cables and the dispersive properties of carbon black. The crystal structure of the polymer material is advantageous for mechanical properties and heat-resistance. However, the polymer acts as an inhibitor to the dispersibility of carbon black. The purpose of this study is to develop a TPE semiconductive compound technology. The high heat resistance and ultra-smoothness characteristics which are required for high voltage and ultra-high voltage cables should be satisfied by designing and optimizing the structure of a non-crosslinking-type eco-friendly TPE semiconductive compound. The application of excess TPE resin was found to not only inhibit the processability in the compounding process, but also reduced the dispersion properties of carbon black due to higher crystallinity. After the crystallinity of the compound was identified through DSC analysis, it was compared with the related dispersion characteristics. Through this analysis and comparison, we designed the optimal structure of the eco-friendly TPE semiconductive compound.

Design and Operational characteristics of a Heat Pipe Heat Sink for Cooling of Power Semiconductors (전력변환 반도체용 히트파이프식 냉각기의 설계와 작동특성)

  • A heat pipe heat sink device which is to evacuate maximum heat of about 1800W from a powersemiconductor was designed and manufactured One set of cooling device os composed of an Aluminum block (130${\times}$160${\times}$35mm) 4 PFC heat pipes $(d_0 22.23mm)$ and 126 Aluminium fins (250${\times}$58${\times}$0.8mm) Experimental data obtained at a power of 1~2kW revealed that the total thermal resistance of the device varied 0.02~0.018$^{\circ}C$/W along with increasing air velocity from 2m/s to 3 m/s. The result represented a good satisfaction of requirement condition to maintain temperature rise of semiconductor lowe that $40^{\circ}C$ at 1800W and air velocity of 3 m/s Some important resistance such as convective resistances at both fins and heat pipes showed good agreement between mathematical predictions and measurement data.

  • This study was conducted to find ways to expand investment and seek cooperation measure in Cambodia. It is located on the Indochina Peninsula in East Asia, and has historically suffered a lot from social systems and politics. It is a politically constitutional monarchy and shows a neutral tendency in the form of a non-alliance of pro-Westernism. Cambodia recently recorded a high growth rate due to the economic liberalization promoted since the mid-1980s. It is also emerging as the next generation production base in Southeast Asia. The diplomatic relationship, which had been temporarily suspended with Korea, was resumed in 1997. Since then, it has been conducting mutual trade and exchange. Therefore, this study which is as unfamiliar and infrequent looked at Cambodia's economy, trade trends and support plan. In addition, various development possibilities were considered. In particular, in-depth research was conducted on local entry methods and participating projects. First of all, it was devised various ways to expand investment and human exchange, diversify public-private relations, and enter the logistics, distribution, and infrastructure projects directly. As such, this study was developed to serve as a basis for contributing to a part of the research on Cambodian economy and trade in the future.

  • Since the process gas that is essential in the semiconductor process is a harmful gas, it is an essential task to solve it in an environmentally friendly manner. Currently, the cleaning technology used in the semiconductor process is mostly a wet cleaning based on hydrogen peroxide developed in the 1970s, and the SC-1 cleaning liquid for removing particles on the surface uses a mixture of ammonia and hydrogen peroxide. Therefore, environmental problems are caused, and economic problems caused by excessive water use are also serious. For this reason, the products developed through this study are used to decompose the process harmful gas from the chamber outlet into a harmless gas before entering the vacuum pump, or by incineration and the gaseous components are deposited on the pump. I want to solve the problem. In this paper, CPS (Confined Plasma Source) is proposed to save environment and improve productivity by replacing harmful gases (N2, CF4, SF6⋯., Etc) which are indispensable in semi-contamination process with innocuous gases or incineration with plasma, to study.

Study on Predictable Program of Fire.Explosion Accident Using Poisson Distribution Function & Societal Risk Criteria in City Gas (Poisson분포를 이용한 도시가스 화재 폭발사고의 발생 예측프로그램 및 사회적 위험기준에 관한 연구)

  • The data of city gas accidents has been collected and analysed for not only predictions of the fire and explosion accidents but also the criteria of societal risk. The accidents of the recent 11 years have been broken up into such 3 groups roughly as "release", "explosion", "fire" d 16 groups in detail. Owing to the Poisson probability distribution functions, 'careless work-explosion-pipeline' and 'joint loosening & erosion-release-pipeline' items respectively have turned out to record the lowest and most frequency among the recent 11-years accidents. And thus the proper counteractions must be carried out. In order to assess the societal risks tendency of the fatal gas accidents and set the more obvious safety policies up, the D. O. Hogon equation and the regression method has been used to range the acceptable range in the F-N curve of the cumulative casualties. The further works requires setting up successive database on the fire and explosion accidents systematically to obtain reliable analyses. Also the standard codification will be demanded.
