The purpose of this study were to analyze youth leadership skill of rural youth and to suggest implication for rural youth development. The study was carried out questionnaire. To analyze youth leadership skill of rural youth, the data were collected from 196 rural youth by stratified random sampling. The SPSSWIN / ver12.0 was used for analyzing data with t-test, ANOVA, and factor analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; 1) Average of youth leadership skill is 91.42, minimum is was 61, maximum is 130, 2)When it comes to youth leadership skill, it is higher in highly educated youth and higher economic status, 3)When it comes to youth leadership skill, it is higher in farming size, extending in three years, promise of farming successor. Conclusionally, the study suggests community youth should be offered more educational experience for developing youth leadership.

본 연구는 탐지대상물체의 형상인식이 가능한 비접촉, 원격 탐지장치의 개발에 관한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 2극 또는 4극의 정자기장을 인가할 때 탐지대상 물체에 의한 자기장의 자계 왜곡을 홀 센서로 감지하여 탐지 대상 물체를 인식하는 원격 감지 시스템을 설계하고 제작하여 특성을 분석한 결과 2극과 4극 시스템 모두 비 투자율의 변화를 감지 할 수 있었고, 특히 탐사물체의 위치 파악에는 2극 시스템이 4극 시스템에 비하여 좋은 특성을 보였다.

Recently the industry high-speed machining has been applied to the automotive, aircraft, electronics parts machining because the effect of cost savings, machining time reduction and productivity improvement. In this study recently the aircraft structural aluminum alloy 7075 used in cutting the ball end-mill on the surface roughness terms most affect the parameters of the spindle speed and feed rate on the surface roughness of the work-piece according to the cutting depth is to investigate. Cutting depth at 0.3 mm has the lowest surface roughness.

Rearing community youth has been main factors of sustainable agriculture and rural community. The purposes of this study were to analyze the leadership skill and organizational commitment of community youth and to investigate the relationship between leadership skill and organizational commitment. The data were collected from 196 rural youth by stratified random sampling. The study was adopted t-test, ANOVA factor analysis and correlation analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, community youth married, wealthier, and expanded farming area were more likely to have leadership life skills than others. Second, community youth wealthier and expanded farming area were more likely to have organizational commitment than others. Third, group activity, being leader, teaming skill, communication self understanding, decision making, language skill among leadership skills have positively correlated with organizational commitment.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the realities of community participation of young farmers and to suggest measures to activate community participation. The data were collected from 234 young farmers from rural Korea. With SPSS 13.0 program for Windows, Frequency, t-test, ANOVA, LSD for post-hoc interpretation and Factor Analysis were employed to analyze the data with statistical significance level of .05. The main results of the study and suggestions were as follows: 1) Young farmers were more likely to participate in watching television on community, discussion with others and internet search for community, while, rural youths were less likely to participate in contacting government and parliament. 2) Difficulties of community participations of young farmers were lack of time and insufficient information about participatory activities. The study suggested that young farmers should get more opportunities to participate in diverse types of active opportunities and practical information.

The objectives of this study were to analyze characteristics and role performances of rural leaders and to verify leadership difficulties in organizing rural society. The data were collected from 273 rural leaders selected by stratified random sampling, and the SPSSWIN 10 was used for analyzing data. The major findings of this study were as follows; 1) Leadership role performances of rural leaders were higher than the average scores of non-leaders. 2) Men's leadership role performances were higher than women's except in facilitator role. 3) Leaders in city/county level were more successful in doing leadership performances than community level leaders. 4) Rural leaders were seeking other leaders for discussing problems in leadership. 5) The most difficulties of rural leaders were unconcerns and disinterest of rural people for community development.

In clinical trials, it is important to have well designed case report forms (CRF) in order to obtain good quality of data. If CRF design at the first stage of your study goes wrong, after all efforts have been made, you may find practical difficulties in data analysis at the final stage of your study because of incomplete or wrong information. In this paper, the following rules fundamental to CRF design are introduced: rules in general, rules of format or style, categorized responses, forms with multiple records per subject, and international studies. Investigators are well aware of research goals, however sometimes they do not know how to express it on CRF. If they understand the rules fundamental to CRF design, time for CRF development will be saved and CRF completeness will be enhanced.

The purpose of this study was to analyze vocational competencies of rural youths. The study was carried out by focus group interview and questionnaire. The data were collected from 200 rural youths by stratified random sampling. The SPSSWIN / ver13 was used for analyzing data with t-test, ANOVA, and factor analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; Firstly, rural youths showed higher competencies in handling and fixing machines, selecting seeds, where as rural youths showed lower competencies in goal setting, envisioning, acquiring agricultural policy information, management evaluation. Secondly, rural youths predicted optimistic future of their own farming even though the future of national farming should get smaller. Lastly, rural youths who are higher education, extending farming size, establishing farm had higher vocational competencies than other youths. Conclusionally, the study suggests adult-farmers give rural youths an opportunity to participate in decision making and farming.

우리 나라가 본격적인 국가개발계획을 추진한 이래 지난 40여 년간 급속한 경제성장과 산업화의 영향으로 농촌인구의 급격한 도시 유입이 이루어지고 이에 따라 도시지역은 비대해지고 농촌지역은 과소화되는 등 농촌 내외의 상황변화에 따라 일반적으로 변화의 속도가 늦은 농촌사회도 많은 변화를 경험하게 되었다. 그런데 이러한 농촌의 변화에 대한 미시적이고 횡단적인 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있으나 장기적이고 생활 측면에서 접근한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 '93∼2002년까지 10년 동안 대구ㆍ낙동강권역의 사례지역인 대구시 달성군 다사면 이천리(도시근교), 경북 상주시 사벌면 원흥3리(평야지), 의성군 봉양면 사력1리(중간지), 문경시 동로면 생달1리(산간지) 4마을에 대한 실태조사를 실시하여 농촌생활의 장기적인 변화를 분석하고, 2000년대 바람직한 농촌 미래상 정립을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 이루어졌다.

WTO 농업협상 이후 농촌지역의 새로운 소득원발굴을 위해 농촌관광에 대한 수요가 증대하고 있다. 이를 위해 '02년부터 정부의 정책적 지원하에 농촌관광사업이 전국적으로 추진되고 있으며, 공급주체인 참여 농업인 및 지역주민에게는 민박운영, 체험프로그램 운영 등의 새로운 시장환경에 적응하기 위한 다각적인 경영활동이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부 정책사업 또는 자생적으로 농촌민박 경영에 참여하는 농가들을 대상으로 민박 경영활동이 적절한 수익모델을 갖추고 지속가능한 구조로 정착될 수 있도록 농촌민박의 실태를 분석하여 정책적 지원과 관리운영에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 실태조사는 “02년도의 정책사업 시범마을 10개 마을과 일반 민박마을 12개 마을 계 22개 마을을 선정하여, 해당마을의 민박농가, 내방객, 지역주민을 각각 4∼5명 계 312명 대상으로 설문 조사하였다.
