The purpose of this study is to analyze the growth factors of foreign private security and to propose a successful activation method through collaboration between Korea private security guard and Korean private security guard. The results of this study are as follows. First, we need to acknowledge the need for Korean - Chinese security activities in Korea. Secondly, analysis and research should be conducted to find out why Korean - Chinese security activities are needed in Korea. Third, it is necessary to improve the language ability as one of the efforts to escape the limited domestic security activities by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the Korean - Chinese security activities it is difficult, it should be possible to select talented people who can speak language and to be able to work as a security guard. Fourth, it is urgent to improve the perception of Korean - Chinese in order to promote Korean - Chinese security activities and domestic security activities.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze domestic private security activities through experiences of Chinese people who have been thought to be very necessary for the development of domestic private security and to suggest measures for the customization of foreigners and Chinese people for Korean private security companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychological satisfaction of Korean civilian security activities through the experiences of Chinese Koreans who are using Korean civilian security services and to discuss ways to improve domestic civil security activities not only for Chinese Koreans but also for Koreans visiting Korea. And conducted in-depth interviews with limited data and insufficient prior research. First, we should not judge the scale of Chinese visit today as a separate industry that is not related to our private security. Second, it should be carried out confidently with a prepared marketing attitude that makes the choice of the security guard excellent. Third, a company management is necessary. Fourth, communication should be done. Fifth, it should become a loyal 'butle'.

The suggestions that follow are about the effectual operating device for private security service. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develop the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

본 논문에서는 시큐리티 민간경호경비 현장의 현실적인 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 찾아내기 위한 조사를 위해 민간경호경비의 개념과 특성, 다양한 경비원의 고용형태를 알아보고, 경비업법상 민간경호경비현장의 효율적인 운영과 경비산업의 질적 향상을 위해서 민간경호 경비현장과 가장 직접적인 법률인 경비업법 내에서 정의하는 경비업, 집단민원현장의 개념, 경비업의 개정이유, 경비업허가, 배치 및 폐지신고, 경비원 교육의 내용을 연구할 것이다. 또한 현장에서의 기준성의 법적, 절차적 문제점 등을 관할하는 관할 경찰관의 경우 개인의 법적 해석 기준과 실정법에서 정하는 처벌의 해당요건에 따라 업무를 처리하고 있어 유관기관 협력체계가이루어지기 어려운 상황에 처해있다. 또한 관련된 선행연구를 통하여 각 학자들이 제시하고 있는 문제점과 이유, 개선방안의 타당성 등을 검토 하고, 나타난 문제점과 개선방안들이 현실성을 반영하고 있는지 기관, 학계, 협회 등 다양한 관점에서 이를 연구할 것이다.

This study (research) has been done on the job, job-satisfaction and job dedication of body guards from many sectors in Korea. This research is focused on the relationship of job, job-satisfaction and job-dedication in diverse aspects in order to build up a detailed theory, As a result, teams of body guard can enhance their systematic efficiency through the theory. Therefore in this chapter, it will re-examine the result of this research and discuss about the theoretical and practical aspect of the result. This study(research) will be the outset(start) for the organizational behavior study of the body guards in Korea. Especially, this research tries to distinguish the duty aspect and the general feature of the body guards, satisfaction along with the level of dedication. Therefore it will give the persons concerning the bodyguards many theoretical and practical points to consider. But there is a limitation as crossing research that in this research we didn't research in compensation for all internal body guards and accomplishment of research has achieved in a short-time. Though it will be necessary to accomplish in henceforth research, if at all possible, in compensation for all body guards and much more diverse security service classification, also for a long time extended vertical research.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a development method of current Korean security system by analyzing the problems shown in the performance of security work in relation to the terrorism, which is enlarging in the word, from various aspects. In order to perform the study, the researcher considered the basic theory concerned to current Korean law concerned to security, principle and methodology of security, terror and new terrorism. The researcher performed the study by selecting qualitative case study focused on Park Geun-Hye case. Through the study, the methods to develop Korean security system are as follows. First, from the legal aspect, it is necessary to establish the law concerned to terrorism prevention and important person security. Moreover, it is necessary to search for the development of private security by revising Security Industry Act, which is a legal ground of private security. Second, it is necessary to improve and reinforce education & training program, which is not still divided in detail from the aspect of private security cultivation. Moreover, it is necessary to activate personal protection work and enlarge market through Security Industry Act and make an effort to change social recognition over security, which is devaluated in the society. From the viewpoint, national license about private security shall be adopted. The department of president security, which is a representative of official security, shall transfer the advanced technology to private security organization. Third, from the aspect of operation, the operation of security based on SCE principle, human shield principle, the nearest person's protection principle, body extension principle, linear protection principle and evacuation priority principle is required. Therefore, the priority shall be given to preventive security and thorough security plan shall be made for the operation.

This study is designed to contribute for development of Private Security Business by fact-finding in instruction and training of private security guard serviced in this realm and domestic and foreign guard service and modeling effective and rational instruction and training program based on drawn problem. For this study, basically I collected and analyzed documents, theses, and papers of the inside and outside of the country. For practical use of data, I used materials of private security related institutes and police agency. And for private security educating training programs of the inside and outside of the country, I collected materials on internet, and with the help of police agency and interpol. For korean private security company's educating training programs, I made a study with the interview of private security company's businessmen. This study's conclusion is as follows. In a domestic private security enterprise, when set theory instruction minimize instruction and training program and must set up instruction and training program as practical affairs center enemy instruction, and theory instruction must be composed for instruction me that it is connected to practical affairs instruction too. The instruction course of private security guard instruction and training program composed with a security outline, a security plan, an information-gathering, civilian expenses, a security way, terror and terrorism, a related law, security trial, electronic security, a security analysis technique, company introduction, instruction and training program about a professional tube with theory instruction. Practical affairs instruction composed with the selection and a preventive security, close contact attendance security, vehicle security, security driving the security martial arts and self-protection liquor, first aid, security equipment, a gun and shooting, a security protocol, customer satisfaction, facilities security and expenses, a fire fighting instruction, teamwork training, explosive and a dangerous substance, physical strength, a documentation practical affairs, service, instruction and training program about foreigh language instruction.

The department has established a variety of studies and training courses and has tried to nurture talented people for security companies. However, the research is marginal, and each university department of security guard education, curriculum falling due after graduating students. Moreover, even if students are occupied an employment exceptional adaptability has occurred. Therefore, each university of private security department will need to collaborate with competitive private security company for reinforce and employment rate in center of experienced field. Then, the security's society will be placed in professional occupation, elevate the phase and will decrease the turnover rate. Qualification system of private security have been indicated in distrust, moreover the system have to be adjusted because not enough effort, control system, cooperation system with training center, one-sided emphasis and private inquiry by adding in private security law.

This study aims to propose efficient way to operate the security guarding system from the perspective of administration, policy, law, institution and operation as to the private security guarding system as the Korean security guarding system needs multifaced analysis and measure to ensure efficient operation. The growth strategy has to be restructured and segmentation market needs to be driven in order to cope with the changing conditions of company from the perspective of administration. And private security guarding service companies must refrain from excessive competition while improving the contracting method such as minimum price bidding, etc. From the perspective of policy, the functions of relevant organizations such as the National Police Agency, security association, etc, and mutual cooperation must expand. Also, the profit generation event needs to be privatized and the more positive perception toward the private security guarding service is necessary. In addition, security exhibition and seminar can be expanded to lay the groundwork for the advancement of private security system. From the legal and institutional perspective, the security guarding service related law must be revised and the certification system must b introduced to cope with the changing requirement. The security guarding instructor system must be strengthened to ensure a faithful and earnest implementation of duty to instruct, supervise and educate security guarding personnel. From the perspective of security guarding system's operation, professional security technique must be introduced and applied, and the volunteer application system must be established. In addition, standard 'security guarding manual' must be crafted, and the equipment for security guarding must be modernized to ensure an efficient operation of private security guarding services.
