This paper proposes an efficient transmission method for the panoramic multimedia contents. The panoramic video provides wide sight and various view-point to the user. The traditional methods of the panoramic multimedia content transmission has several limitations, as follow; A client suffers a long initial delay time to play a panoramic video when it is transmitted through a limited bandwidth network, because the panoramic video has larger data size than a general video. And if a client's display device has limited resolution, such as mobile phone, laptop PC monitor, etc. it can not display the entire panoramic video that has a wide view video sequence. So, in order to overcome the obstacles, this paper proposes an efficient transmission of panoramic multimedia contents. This method will increase the transmission efficiency throughout the technique of the scene description in MPEG-4 system. Also we demonstrated the efficiency of the proposed method by comparison with existing methods.

The relationship between Korean bank and customer are known as rigidity compare to other industry. The conservative organizational culture is often found in Korean banks. Today, Korean banks are facing dramatic change in digital world in that new wave in online intensifies the connectivity with bank customers and potentials. The introduction of social media would force to develop new marketing strategy in terms of the relationship oriented behavior. The case study presents the findings of a social media marketing strategy which was conducted in Industrial Bank of Korea in 2009-2011. More specifically, the study was designed to determine and evaluate the importance of social media marketing by retail bank in strategic instrument. Also it sets out to determine the perceived usefulness of the relationship oriented services offered by banks to their visitors and followers what these banks can do in order to improve bank services to improve competitive. Using the six relationship activity factors, the banks were examined in the study, a set of core activities (trusty worthy, empathy, shared value, emotional bonding, rich communication) are defined and described.

An aim of this study is to analyze status of information literacy and propose some ways strengthening its role as a cross-curriculum. Analyses show that information literacy is a basic competency of creative person composing the educational human figure under the national curriculum in Korea. In the school knowledge, its position is a procedural knowledge to create new ideas, also it is a interdisciplinary thinking skill under the instructional method. Therefore, information literacy instruction covering media and ICT literacy should exist as a main cross-curriculum to be a selective subject in the national curriculum. And finally, one of learning skills, its definition should be cleary stated such as information research and access, information analyses and interpretation, information synthesize and presentation.

In this paper, we propose a P4P based P2P system for live multimedia streaming services. In order to satisfy the strict requirement of delay in live multimedia streaming, in the proposed scheme, the P4P server of network provider provides the network status information related to delay and congestion links to P2P system in addition to the information to optimize the network resource utilization. The P2P system server, then, makes the peering suggestion based on the information from the network server. Also, we propose a playback synchronization mechanism that enable each peer to start the playback within the limited variation from the playback positions of source peer. Through the simulation results, it is shown that the proposed scheme not only deals with the original objective of the P4P framework, i.e., effective network utilization, but also the live multimedia streaming requirements. It enhances the playback continuity, and reduces the playback start-up latency and the control overhead. In addition, the proposed scheme reduces the variation in playback positions of the peers.

Along with increasing the renewable energy utilization, many researches have paid attention on the utilization and efficiency of energy storage systems. Especially, it is required an operational model in order to actively respond with each system's failure of sub-systems in the solar energy storage system. This paper proposes an energy management scheme by estimating the newly generated power based on the solar power generation samples. With comparing the estimated battery charging power in real time and the total charging power of the battery rack, a charge model is applied to adjust the charging power, As a result, the stability of energy storage system would be improved by suppressing the battery heat while maintaining battery C-Rate.

Social media has many advantages. It can gain latest information with real time, be spread rapidly, easily be reproduced and distributed regardless of its form. These advantages can result in real time predictions using the latest information, which is possible due to the increase in social demand for more quick and accurate economic variable predictions. In this paper we adopted ARIMAX and ECM model to predict the unemployment rate and as a social information we used the Google Index provided by Google Trend. Also we used News Index as a domestic social information. The process of fitting statistical model considered in this paper can be adopted to predict various socio/economic indices as well as unemployment rate.

As yet the use of 3D projection mapping facade has been limited to advertising and performance in the outside. And interactive elements are lacking. In this paper, propose a interaction system which control of projection mapping facade for multi-audience participation using smart devices. The system can be interaction for the multi-façade. And single or multiple can participate in the game. A user test based on the result confirmed an effectiveness of the proposed method. This research showed a practical method in which interaction of projection facade system can be used to user devices. The results of this study can be used as a base module for projection facade interaction system. In addition, It can be utilized for converged content development such as performances, games, education and various applications services.

From a research methodology perspective, the Digital Humanities is a tool that can be used as a convergence system for various information utilization such as storage, retrieve, share, and spread. In view of Information system, Digital Humanities has been constructed and used in a variety of systems. Among them, studies related to information visualization for the Digital Humanities have been actively conducted. To visualize data or information, various types such as images, multimedia, interface, and etc could be applied. In this paper, we analyze the cases of various information visualization in digital humanities systems, and propose a method to utilize them in the Humanities and Area Studies.
