The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a scale for measuring digital literacy by identifying the factors consisting of digital literacy and extracting items for each factor. Preliminary items for the Delphi study were developed through the analysis of previous literature and the deliberation of the research team. As a result of two rounds of the expert Delphi study, 65 items were selected for the main survey. The validation of the items was carried out in the process of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, reliability test, and criterion validity test using the data collected in the main survey. As a result, a 4-factor structure composed of 31 questions(factor 1: digital technology & data literacy- 9 questions, factor 2: digital content & media literacy- 8 questions, factor 3: digital communication & community literacy- 9 questions, factor 4: digital wellness literacy - 5 questions) was confirmed. Also, the goodness of fit indices of the model were found to be good and the result of reliability test revealed the scale had a very appropriate level of Cronbach's alpha(α=.956). In addition, a statistically significantly positive correlations(p<.001) were found between digital literacy and internet self-efficacy and between digital literacy and self-directed learning ability, which were predicted in the existing evidence, therefore the criterion validity of the developed scale was secured. Finally, practical and academic implications of the study are provided and future study and limitations of the study are discussed.

교사가 수업의 질을 높이고 학습자에게 양질의 학습 컨텐츠를 제공하기 위해서는 멀티미디어 리터러시가 꼭 필요하며 이의 향상을 위해서 시공간적 제약을 받지 않는 원격교육이 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 교사들에게 필요한 멀티미디어 리터러시 향상을 위하여 원격교육 시스템을 설계하고 구현하는 방안을 모색한다. 알맞은 교육내용을 선정하고 스토리보드를 작성한 후 멀티미디어 데이터를 제작하고 HTML문서로 저작, 서비스하는 일련의 과정을 구체적이고 체계적으로 설계와 구현 방안으로 나누어 정리하였다. 원격교육에서 소홀하기 쉬운 상호작용성을 증가시키기 위한 다양한 방법을 모색하였으며, 원격교육에 관심 있는 교사라면 누구나 쉽게 적용할 수 있고 개발할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

This study aims to analyze the causes of Internet hate speech, which has recently been emerging as a serious social problem and to seek for countermeasures. The experiences of hate speech are examined through the analysis of college students' essays and the causes and solutions of hate speech are suggested through the in-depth interviews with the experts. College students experience hate speech on the Internet on the basis of attributes such as age, gender, sexual orientation, and regionalism. Online comments on news, social media and online games are the main sources in spreading hate speech. On a personal level the lack of awareness of human dignity and the absence of media education are diagnosed as the reasons for online hate speech. The social reasons for online hate speech lie in the lack of human rights education and the problems of the media. In order to improve the problems of Internet hate speech, various suggestions are proposed on the legal, social and educational levels.

현재의 인터넷은 엄청난 속도와 흡수성을 가진 채로 우리들의 생활에 스며들어 왔다. 인터넷은 효율성과 생산성, 오락성의 편익을 제공하는 반면, 익명성과 비대면성이라는 매체의 특성으로 인해 이를 악용한 인터넷 윤리의식이 심각한 사회문제가 제기되고 있다. 이에 인터넷으로 인한 부작용을 예방하고 보다 인간중심의 인터넷 문화를 만들기 위한 인터넷 윤리교육의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 인터넷 윤리의식을 고취시키기 위한방법으로 미디어 리터러시를 제안한다. 기존에는 인터넷의 역기능들을 방지하기 위한 방법으로 차단을 시키거나 사용하지 못하게 하는 부정적 방법을 이용하였으나, 미디어 리터러시를 적용함으로써 인터넷을 올바로 이해하고 느끼게 하여 긍정적인 사고를 가지게 하여 근원적인 예방을 함으로써 인터넷 윤리의식을 고취시키고자 하였다.

Digital literacy is an important factor in the discourses on the knowledge sharing on the campus. This article analyzed the impact of digital literacy of knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university. As a result, digital literacy was found to significantly affect student knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university studied. Results show that video and animation literacy is the most influential factor and image literacy is the second-most influential factor for student knowledge-sharing. Those results can be used as a framework for developing digital literacy program.

This study is focused on the factors which would influence new media's utilization based on the university students' survey and literacy adjustment effect. Through this process, we would verify the composition of new media's utilization and the importance of literacy ability which are needed for the survey of university students and try to find the effect factors for career decision making. We surveyed about 150 students who were studying in University located in Incheon city and analyzed the data of qualified 120 students. SPSS 23.0 was used and frequency analysis was performed to analyze the general characteristics of the students. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to verify the contents of this study. The relationship, information and interest which were considered independent variables, were found to have a significant influence on the career decision making of the students. In addition, it was shown that the literacy adjustment effect also played a big role in career decision making of the students. Based on those findings, we discussed about the importance of contents in the utilization of new media, ways to improve the ability of literacy, the implications and limitations of this study.

The purpose of this study is to identify how teacher librarians perceive the importance of each job and the expected job of other teachers and students, and to obtain basic information on their job recognition and to derive their jobs to be improved. To this end, after modifying the 25 jobs selected by Lim Jeong-hoon et al.(2021), 210 librarian teachers were measured for their own importance by job, the expected importance of other teachers and students, and the level of evaluation of their own performance ability. As a result of the analysis, teacher librarians recognized 'reading education and literacy education' as the most important, but recognized 'library event' as the most important task expected of other teachers and students, and recognized that 'library usage guidance' was the most outstanding. In addition, there were nine jobs that needed to be improved.

This study seeks to investigate the factors influencing the utilization of online contents subscription services. In this study, the current number of online contents services subscribed to is set as the dependent variable. The independent variables include conspicuous product purchasing tendencies, personality types, experience with online contents consumption, and digital literacy. The research results indicate that digital literacy, agreeableness, and sociability among personality traits, as well as experience with online contents consumption, significantly impact the use of online contents subscription services. However, conspicuous product purchasing tendencies and personality traits such as openness and extroversion did not have a significant effect on the utilization of online contents subscription services.

시대적 변화에 따른 경력성공의 관점이 변화하고 있지만 다수의 연구들은 창업과 취업을 분리하여 연구되어 왔다. 또한 환경의 변화뿐만 아니라 개인 가치관의 변화에 따라 평생 직장의 개념이 사라졌으며 전 생애에 걸친 학습의 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 학습의 형태는 기존의 지식을 전달하는 형태에서 다양하게 변화해왔다. 교실 수업의 형태는 팀활동과 미디어 활용을 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 교실 밖 수업에서는 자율적인 동아리 활동이나 커뮤니티의 참여 등을 통해 역량을 향상시키는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 개인의 경력은 인생에 걸친 학습과 일에 관련된 경험 및 행동과 연관된 태도로부터 발생한다. 이러한 경력을 이끌어가는 태도는 새로운 환경속에서 즉각적인 요구를 받아들이는 적응학습과 새로운 행동 및 지식을 유발하는 생성학습, 그리고 상호작용 패턴 인식을 통해 새로운 시도를 하는 전환학습을 지속적으로 일으킨다. 또한 이러한 무형식 학습들은 취업과 연계 될 뿐만 아니라 창업의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 자기주도성과 가치지향성을 척도로 하는 프론티언 경력태도가 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 확인함으로서 기존의 취업역량과 연결시켜왔던 연구에 새로운 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 무형식학습 활동을 매개변인으로 투입하여 학습 과정에서 자연스럽게 발생하는 학습의 효과를 확인하여 변화된 교육형태의 중요성을 확인하는데 의의가 있다. 이에 더해 스마트미디어를 활용하는 능력인 스마트미디어 리터러시와 팀 학습을 지향하는 팀학습 선호도를 조절효과로 보아 분석함으로서 스마트미디어활용 학습과 팀학습의 형태로 변화하고 있는 교육 현장의 특성을 함께 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월부터 6월까지 교육과 경력 환경의 변화의 중심에 서있는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 분석하고자 한다.

Since the Media law recently passed, the media's influence has further enhanced than before. However, in reality, systematic media education can't catch up a trend of the fast growing media culture development. The new paradigm is much needed in getting rid of utilizing previous ICT training tool but rather using a creative and critical new role model. This study, media education in schools outside the school, as well as to the proper education of the active and systematic media education system as a way to create a top integrated media that is responsible for training new teachers to offer courses to train professionals. To change fragmentary and unsystematic media education system having been implemented to more professional, systematic and concrete, it is proposed that 3 systematic courses media literacy course, media story telling course and media production course should be implemented.
