In order to study the effects of Chungsimgangwhawhan on blood pressure in normal rats and rabbits, and hyperlipidemia induced by 1% cholesterol diet, triton WR-1339, and 75% fructose in mice and rats, the amount of total cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid and blood pressure were measured. The results were as follows : 1. After per os medication of Chungsimgangwhawhan, blood pressure in rats were increased but were not significant. 2. Chungsimgangwha-Whan showed strong effects on decreasing blood pressure, depending on the concentration in blood vessels of rabbits. 3. In the model of hyperlipidemia induced by 1% cholesterol diet in mice, Chungsimgangwhawhan showed decreasing effects on total cholesterol level in serum significantly (p<0.05) depending on the concentration, and on triglyceride (p<0.01) and phospholipid level (p<0.001) in serum. 4. In the model of hyperlipidemia induced by triton WR-1339 in rats, Chungsimgangwhawhan showed mild decreasing effects on total cholesterol level in serum, but was not significant. 5. In the model of hyperlipidemia induced by 75% fructose in rats, Chungsimgangwhawhan showed decreasing effects on total cholesterol and triglyceride level in serum significantly(p<0.01) depending on the concentration. According to the above results, Chungsimgangwhawhan showed significant decreasing effects on blood pressure and hyperlipidemia, and it is considered that it is appropriate to apply for hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
Although there are a few reports concerning the hepatic injury of herbal medicine in western medicine, there is no reports concerning the hepatic injury of herbal medicine in oriental medicine. We experienced one case of the hepatic injury suggested toxic hepatitis (drug induced hepatitis) in the treatment of oriental medicine for cerebral infarction. We make a reports for the progress of treatment. One patient of Rt hemiparesis diagnosed cerebral infarction in Brain MRI was administered Taeumin Yuldahanso-tang, treated with physical therapy and improved in the state of Rt hemiparesis(Gr 2/3,4). In the course of treatment, the patient intermittently complained of general weakness, dizziness, pericephalic discomfort(頭不淸), nausea, both leg weakness so we changed Taeumin Yuldahanso-tang to Soyangin Dokwhaljiwhang-tang. Alter that, the patient complained of general weakness, abdominal discomfort, heat and fever($38.4^{\circ}C$). We recognized the elevated total bilirubin(1.7mg/dl), serum transaminase(AST534U/L ALT720U/L), serum gammg glutamyl transpepridase (GGT106mg/dl) and Alk phosphatase124U/L. In the abdominal ultrasonogram there is hepatomegaly (16.5cm). We supposed hepatic injury suggested toxic hepatitis(induced hepatitis) of herbal medicine. After we administered Saeng gan gunbi-tang for 2days and Alk phosphatase and GGT inadequately was elevated. After that, we stopped administering medicine and the serum transaminase, total bilirubin, serum gamma glutamyl transpeptidase and Alk phosphatase level was decreased. In the abdominal ultrasonogram there was no signal. In the case, we supposed that the changing Sasang constitution and Sasang herbal medicine may induce hepatic injury. We are suggesting the necessity of a test for the hepatic injury of herbal medicine.

This article aims to clarify the significance of nature's silence in sijo by comparing with the works taking misunderstanding and lie as poetic materials. Sijo poets praise the silence of nature with correlating the false of the mundane language. This is the natural consequence in which they arrive by denying both 'mundane' and 'language'. In mundane world people struggle for their interest and distinguish between right and wrong. Therefore the silence of nature is not the principle of life but counter-pair of mundane politics. Sadaebu[사대부], the sijo poets praise the silence of nature to realize needs to rise above the boundary of right and wrong. Then they don't recognize the nature as pure scenary. As Confucianist, they recognize the nature in connection with mundane world. Because they have two persona, the scholar [사] and politician[대부]. In Confucianism the naturalization of moral and moralization of nature is pursued simultaneously.

(MOSEE; Management Of allSelves' Enlightenment and Empowerment)의 새로운 과학적 학문연구를 통해 새로운 실현성 영역을 추구하는 동시에, 깨달음경영의 새로운 5차원 요소인 영적 자원 및 자산(SRA: Spirit Resource and Asset)과 본질적으로 무(無)에서 유(有)를 창조하는 창조경영(MOC: Management Of Creation)에 대한 연구 및 인간의식 성장 방법론에 대하여 발표 하고자 한다.
Bernard $Dadi{\acute{e}}$ expresses virtue, justice, and goodness by mixing reality and fiction through the life of the spider Kacou $Ananz{\grave{e}}$ in The Black Cloth (le Pagne noir). In Black Africa folktale, especially $Co{\hat{o}}te$ d'Ivoire, virtue, justice, and goodness are important factors. The spider's life is full of imagination and tricks that reveal a variety of lessons: i) material abundance and frustration in the 'Spider and the Tortoise', ii) an autistic life that refuses to separate from the mother in the 'Spider's Hump', iii) leaving a trace of violating the taboo on the sheep in the 'Spider's Ox', iv) the failure of a ploy by hurting others to satisfy individual desire in 'The Dowry'. These diverse stories enable us to understand human characteristics and imperfections by questioning customs of society and value of customs, reinterpreting folktale, and clarifying instructional intentions.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to collect and evaluate evidence of herbal medicine treatments for the residual effects of COVID-19. Methods: Nine electronic databases, namely PubMed, Science Direct, CINAHL, CNKI, Wanfang, J-STAGE, CiNii, OASIS, and Science ON, were searched with the following keywords: 'COVID-19'; 'sequelae'; 'Convalescence' for 'P (Population)' and 'Medicine, Chinese Traditional'; 'Korean medicine'; 'Herbal medicine' for 'I (Intervention)'. For the selected studies, various clinical data were extracted including patient symptoms, pattern identification, herbal medicines prescribed, and treatment results. Results: A total of nine clinical studies were identified (two case control trials; one case series; and six case reports). Various residual symptoms had been detected in the recovery stage of COVID-19 with the most commonly used pattern identifications being deficiency in both lung and spleen and in both qi and yin. Any herbal medicine prescriptions were written using these patterns. We found several reports of the positive effect of herbal medicines in that it improved symptoms, lung function, and lung inflammation. No adverse events were reported. Conclusions: The results indicate that treatment with herbal medicines has a possible therapeutic effect on the residual symptoms of COVID-19. Large-scale studies are necessary to confirm the effectiveness of these approaches.
Objectives: Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the treatment of herbal medicine for patients with COVID-19 asymptomatic infections. Method: In English, search engines such as 'PubMed', 'Science Direct', and 'Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL)' were used. In Chinese, search engines such as 'China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)' and Wanfang were used. The keywords for the search engines were 'COVID-19', 'asymptomatic infection', 'Korean Medicine', 'traditional Chinese medicine', 'herbal medicine', and etc. Only clinical studies using herbal medicine for patients without fever or respiratory symptoms were selected. We excluded the cases that do not fit the research topic. Results: A total of 5 studies were finally selected. Among them, four of them used integrated herbal medicine and Western medicine, and one of the studies treated exclusively for herbal medicine. There were a total of seven prescriptions for herbal medicine used in the study. Outcome variables were used as following: lab test, nucleic acid conversion time, hospitalization period, chest CT, and etc. In the RCT study, herbal medicine and Western medicine decreased nucleic acid conversion time, average hospitalization time compared to the control group, but it was not statistically significant. No other adverse reactions were reported in all studies. Conclusion: According to the results, integrated herbal medicine and Western medicine might be an effective treatment for patients with COVID-19 asymptomatic infection reducing hospitalization period, time of nucleic acid turning negative. No severe adverse effects were reported. However, it is thought that better-designed research will be needed in the future.

Korean society has begun to transition toward a multicultural society, and the rate of change is increasing. If so, is our society ready to meet this change of society? It is true that Korean society has been dominated by the paradigm of 'monoethnicity', and traditionally has been regarded as a virtue to maintain this view. However, it is worth noting that isolated single cultures have historically met a disastrous end. On the contrary, people who have adapted their culture and style have enjoyed prosperity. Korean society has hovered between embracing and rejecting the flow of change, and has finally accepted them to choose the way to go on a multicultural society living together. However, it seems that the changes in policy have not kept pace with recent changes in society. Despite the fact that the most efficient way to change perception is to establish and implement appropriate educational policies promoting multiculturalism, most education in Korean society has focused on the closed form of education, for the influx people, not having been made proper education for most of Korean people who should actually accept them and get along with them. Therefore, they have been striving for an assimilated viewpoint that simply get it transformed into Koreanized, not understanding and accepting them as they are. However, this type of education cannot lead a Korean multicultural society in the right direction. We objectively examined the reality of Korean society facing this crisis and presented policy changes regarding multicultural education through examining the case of France, which experienced a similar crisis prior. We are going to present the direction of change in multicultural education through the case of France which has experienced similar crisis before us by examining the reality of Korean society facing the crisis like this.
