It is an undeniable that cultural landscape of Korea is centered in Seoul, where all the cultural powers are oriented. From this aspect, a municipal theatre of Daegu (Daegu Municipal Theatre), where is considered an area somewhat isolated from the perspective of culture, has managed to develop theoretical programs serving public purposes through efforts on the diversification of performance programs, development of creative plays, acceptance of open direction, classic, modern and experimental plays, foreign exchange, musicals and non-verbal, development of modern and post-modern history of the region, aggressive exploration of subjects, and characterization of the theater through citizen-participated programs and communication with citizens. With such efforts on diversification of public benefits and communality conforming to its purpose, it has been recognized for its contribution to the recovery of popularity of performance art and plays in Daegu. The Daegu Municipal Theatre, celebrating the 20th anniversary of establishment this year and having Choi Ju-Hwan as its fifth art director, has managed to conduct various experimental attempts to gain popularity and these include the exploration of the region and its historical figures, development and promotion of creative musicals, and promotion of communication between citizens and performance culture and of participation of audiences, in turn having a stabilized operation system. Such changes are seemed to be attributable to the maturity of performance production and roles of senior members. From this aspect, this study aims at investigating the changes in the Daegu Municipal Theatre and 'roles and popularity of national/public theatre companies.

산수실경 뮤지컬 왕의 나라는 지역문화콘텐츠 경쟁력과 가능성 확보를 위한 문화콘텐츠 제작사업이다. 기존 문화자원 재생(Regeneration)을 통한 장소성 콘텐츠 제작에 따른 일자리 창출과 문화산업화를 위하여 지역모델사업으로 기획되었다. 있는 이야기, 있는 사람으로 제작된 왕의 나라 공연결과는 약 300여명의 문화적 일자리 창출과 지역경제 활성화, 48,000명의 관람객 등 지역문화콘텐츠의 가능성을 엿 본 작품이다. 향후 역사, 인물, 스토리를 중심으로 한 산수실경 뮤지컬 왕의 나라는 문화관광산업 발전에 기여하는 경상북도 대표 문화콘텐츠 아이콘이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the transformation and characteristics of the Verse-Chorus form. The musical form of a musical song is a structural mechanism for expression to effectively convey the dramatic situation of the characters to the audience. This study identified four types of representative forms that can be used to explore the transformation with the verse-chorus form and examined their characteristics. First is the Verse-Chorus form which repeats the description of simple situations and characters in the early stage of the musical. Second is the Verse-Bridge-Verse form which is used to evoke the atmosphere and escape boredom through a slight transformation of the bridge while explaining a simple character. Third is the Verse-Prechorus-Chorus form, which sits just before the chorus, connects the verse and the chorus, and promotes the emotional rise of the characters by smoothing the drama and the harmonic progression. Lastly, this study examined the expanded Verse-BG dialogue-Chorus form used to represent the situation in which conflicts about the complex feelings of the characters and the decisions about them coexist. As such, musical songs use various types of verse-chorus forms. Through the formality and transformation of the verse-chorus, the logic of the music and the logic of the drama are balanced so that the development of the music and the drama does not enter the state of imbalance. Based on this study, further progressive research can take place on the correlation between musical form and dramatic structure, beyond the transformation of musical song form.

In this paper, we analyzed audience satisfaction procedures in performing art, specifically in musical, in terms of Expectation Disconfirmation Theory. We analyzed one's expectations and outcomes over time; we first classified audience expectations and outcomes about environmental elements as 'the first expectation'/'the first outcome' and about watching situation & content itself as 'the second expectation'/'the second outcome', then analyzed by comparing those two. Through surveying and analyzing the result, this paper serves that the ultimate fact which affects on the final audience satisfaction is 'the second outcome', which is the outcome about watching situation & content itself. This paper also shows that audience expectation toward physical quality of environment affects to 'the second expectation', then 'the second expectation' affects to 'the second outcome', so then affects to the final satisfaction. However, 'the first outcome' doesn't affect to 'the second expectation'; in other words, the physical environment does not affect much to the audience final satisfaction. We expect that our study provides clues for venue management in performing arts.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the elements and meanings of the performative scenography which has been revealed through the new directorial interpretation and deconstruction process of the musical 『All Shook Up』. The performative scenography characteristics after postmodernism aim to create individual active perceptions and various social meanings through audience's voluntary and particular emergence. To this end, the theoretical foundation of scenography was examined by periods in advance. Based on this, I attempted to establish performative scenography for synthesized scenic and media design through the reconstruction process for the 『All Shook Up Travelers』. As a result, I set up visual narrative based world of 『All Shook Up Travelers』 which was produced by text-based intense images for a direct medium in order to expand actors' inner narrative and established unique performative scenography of its own: 1. enhancing the adapted one's narratives for the actors' and audience's co-existence and detachment, 2. delivering its own independent meanings which have double meanings, 3. encouraging audience's critical and active perception experiences through collage and montage of media.

This research suggests video solutions and efficient implementations for low-budget performances. This study adopts Millumin as a mapping server, which reflects the character of small theatres with a lower budget that doesn't use more than four projectors in a show. By comparing pros and cons of media servers, the study discovers how to employ an appropriate server as well as to participate in a pre-video production stage, which increases the artistry of directing and reduces unnecessary graphics. Meanwhile, with the participation of an interpretive programmer, this study suggests a way to manage the rehearsal time and to increase the artistry of directing. In addition, this study analyses the relationship between the video's visual motive source in the story's development, crisis, climax, twist and the provided narrative based on "Trace U the musical (2018)", by this analyzation, the relationship between storytelling and the video is fully shown. A visual motive is related to the action of actors, the movement of dancers, the music, the lyrics and the lines. Furthermore, the provided narrative confirms that the existence of an actual relationship with the turning point of the plots, characters' emotion, suggestions of sub-plot and the twists of own story. In conclusion, it implies a video of small theatres can not be separated from the probability of the narrative.sh an efficient ad execution strategy that reflected the characteristics of mobile devices.

The reason to research the musical is it has a lot of useful things for the various studies department not only Korea Musical Theatre own although it has been a successful musical theater on the Off-Broadway by Reboot culture era. Even though does not release on Korea, the popular of the show and powerful results of environments have delivered through the international magazines and Youtube channels to Korea. To study of Musical will be lead us to the world which adopted to the social problems as the youth school violence, family communication hurdle, and religion missing by script not only the musical drama but the interpretation for Teen-agers social problem. There are many kinds of Neo educations are proved by smart learning as STEAM. The students who have been studied with the smartphone, I-pad, personal computer, or laptop as smart tools for class are familliar as feedback processing speedly. It would make them learn the skill for their knowledge of a digital age, but it should not let them how to understand other people's emotion as real although STEAM has emtion part. Besides they have communicated on the social network not the ordinary man but the special ego by themselves, as mention or retweet as like their amusements and make the gossip group. This study would show the perspective for understanding Teen-agers Social Problem and who is the victims today's juvenile problems though the musical based on Jim Taulli's directing.

The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for stage planning by analyzing current state of major theaters' stage space and understanding feedback from directors belonged to theaters. Each room in total 18 theaters' stage facilities was measured and their usage and requirements were analyzed on the spot. In addition, each director provided their experiential knowledge about appropriate stage composition for musical performance. The findings are as follow: under stage machinery is not needed for musical. Tour teams prefer to use their own show-deck for set conversion. On the other hand, over stage flying system needs to be able to deal with dense, fast, and accurate scene change. The size and location of the motor room needs to be carefully considered. The number of set battens is directly linked up with the size of the motor room, which should be located lower than the gridiron. As stage sets get bigger and complicated, the number of works at the gridiron is also increasing. The grating floor has to have enough strength coping with machines lifting heavy sets. Most sound control for musical performance is being done at F.O.H. these days rather that in the sound control room. It should equip enough work area and related infra especially for tour teams. 1st gallery needs to have enough effective width, power infra for lighting fixture, and strong guardrail. Lastly, the whole process of parking-unloading-transporting equipments and sets from loading dock to stage and vice versa needs to be efficient, and this has to be carefully considered from early stage of planning.

In this paper, we designed a multi humanoid robot control method for performing an exhibition that will maximize the efficiency and user convenience and implementation. In recent years, an increasing number of case and to take advantage of the robots in the field performances and exhibitions, plays, musicals, orchestra performances are also various genres. In concert with the existing small humanoid exhibition to source from outside by using a computer and MP3 player and play, while pressing the start button of communication equipment for the show to start the robot began performing with the zoom. Thus, due to the dual source and robot operation and synchronization does not work well is the synchronization of the start of the concert sound starting point of the robot and robot motion and sound are reproduced separately were frequently occurs when you need to restart the show. In addition, when the center of gravity or lose the robots who were present during the performance problems such as performance or intervene to restart the show. In order to overcome this, in this paper, Multi-small humanoid robot was designed to control the efficiency and the user of the GUI-based human interface S/W to maximize convenience, Zigbee communication to transmit a plurality of data in al small humanoid It was used. In addition, targeting a number of the small humanoid robot demonstrated the effectiveness and validity of the user's convenience by gender actual implementation.

In case replacement in existing halogen luminaires to LED luminaires, to energy savings of about 80% appear around. Get the advantages of the various functional properties a device chip of the LED itself, Forward will be referred to as easy to replace the halogen luminaires and LED luminaires.
