Currently, despite having active movements related to port logistics security, there is lack of awareness, education, and security systems related to port technology. Before implementing port logistics security, a mutual authentication agreement should be reached through the establishment of an integrated network that can share port logistics security information in real time. In order to achieve port competitiveness and strengthen logistics service, establishment of national strategy for logistics security is necessary. However, there is an urgent need to raise the security consciousness among the port logistics organization members and enhance the information security ability which is a crucial feature of the port logistics organization. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the information security capacity of port logistics organization members. Even though the analysis rejected the hypothesis that security regulations affect security awareness, the security activities and security awareness were significantly correlated. It also has a positive impact on the relationship between security norms and security abilities, and security awareness and security abilities.

The reason why NCS education is conducted in college is because students are expected to improve their skills through practical education. In addition, NCS education is expected to have a positive impact on job competence and competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to explain the necessity of NCS education, and to analyze whether the education transition and practical performance are manifested. For this purpose, the research model was composed of "NCS Education ${\Rightarrow}$ Educational Transition ${\Rightarrow}$ Practical Results" and surveyed about 300 college students in the metropolitan area. If NCS education is necessary in practice, colleges and other educational institutions should plan to make NCS education operate efficiently. As a analysis result, it was confirmed that the internal consistency was secured and both the intensive validity & discriminant validity were confirmed in the validity. As a result of using the structural equation model, this research model was found to be suitable. As a result of the hypothesis test, it is analyzed that the standardization coefficient of the research hypothesis is above the appropriate level and the correlation is highly formed.

In this study, AHP-based production management job training was developed for MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry. The AHP model was designed with upper and lower classes. Purchase management competency, material management competency, process management competency, and SCM competency were selected as factors of the upper class of production management job training. Lower class evaluation factors were selected for each upper class. As a result of AHP analysis, the relative importance of the upper class evaluation factors was found in the order of SCM competency (0.322), process management competency (0.314), material management competency (0.201), and purchase management competency (0.163). Among the upper classes, it was analyzed that the importance of SCM competency and process management competency was high. The final priority of evaluation factors for the development of the production management curriculum of MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry was analyzed as follows. First, supply chain performance management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, was analyzed as the top priority factor, and the priorities of evaluation factors were derived such as facility preservation management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain production operation, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, process quality management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain transportation management, and supply chain supply plan, which are the lower layers of SCM competency

The aim of this research is to identify the competencies required by logistics managers or supply chain managers in China. And this research also attempts to show their relative importance and key knowledge areas that require improvement. Using a survey questionnaire, data was collected against forty three logistics and supply chain management skills or competencies, which were then grouped into four categories and analysed. The Analysis revealed that supply chain awareness, ability to make decisions, analytical skill, communication skill, supply chain cost, people skill, and integration of internal or external information flow which belong to logistics planning group are considered the most important Competencies for effective and efficient logistics functioning. On the other hand, reverse logistics and IATA regulations from environmental awareness group show little influence on logistics managers for improving their logistics performances. The results have implications for a variety of parties including prospective logisticians, students, teachers and companies considering expanding their business to Chinese market. For example, the results permit companies to employ appropriate logistics managers who are qualified with sufficient skills and competencies suggested in this research. In the case of practitioners, the results provide a benchmark for comparison with their current level of abilities and suggested competencies.

The rapid growth of mobile-based online shopping and the appearance of untact business initiated by COVID-19 has led to an explosive increase in demand for logistics services such as delivery services. In order to respond to the rapidly growing demand, most logistics and distribution companies are working to improve customer service levels through the establishment of a full-filament center in the city center. However, due to social factors such as high land prices and traffic congestion, it becomes more difficult to establish the logistics facilities in the city center. In this study, it has been proposed the way to choose the candidate locations for the shared distribution centers among the space nearby the tall-gate which can be idle after the smart tolling service is widely extended. In order to evaluate the candidate locations, it has been evaluated the centralities of all candidates using social network analysis (SNA). To understand the result considering the characteristics of centrality, the network structure was regenerated based on the distance and the traveling time, respectively. It is possible to refer the result of evaluation based on the cumulative relative importance to choose the best set of candidates.

The start of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought about various changes in the domestic industry in general, and smart factories have spread to companies in the fields of production, manufacturing and logistics, and they are using automation equipment. Especially in the field of logistics automation, AGVs are widely used, and most of them use the line guidance system, which is the traditional AGV drive system. In addition, the demand for AGV system developers, system operators and managers, and maintenance personnel is increasing, and the installation of systems for education is expensive and requires a large space to utilize. It is a situation where systematic education is difficult. In this paper, we propose a virtual simulation-based AGV distance education model for smooth practice of trainees. The proposed model consisted of a model that can drive the AGV by analyzing video information, instead of the line guidance method that is the conventional technology. As a result of self-diagnosis evaluation, it was confirmed that the experimental group through online education had an average satisfaction level of 0.65 higher than the control group using existing equipment, and that it could be used in an online education environment.

These days business logistics has become one of the very important factors of logistics cost reduction and customer service satisfaction. In order to control business logistics more effectively, many companies must be concerned about logistics performance.This study aims at analyzing information system characteristic and logistics performance. The information system characteristic variables are considered IS resource, IS strategic role. The logistics performance variables are considered logistic cost, customer service.For data on the 301 sampled company, a mail survey using a questionnaire was conducted in this study. The following results were obtained.First, IS characteristic variables were significant for logistics performance. Specially, efficient management of IS manpower and IS planning, present IS were significant for logistics performance. Second, there also were IS manpower and IS planning, present IS that indentifing high logistics performance group and low logistics performance group.

The transportation and logistics industries, the constructions of a green transport methods for logistics systems are presented. They aims the greenhouse gas emissions 37% savings compared to BAU(Business As Usual) for a green growth of national strategy by 2020. An eco-driving training for truck drivers is a typical way. However there are few studies such as the integrated data collection automatically and the diagnostic Assessments and monitoring methods of logistics network status to show the effects of the eco-driving. To solve this problem, this paper provides previous research on logistics network diagnostics assessments and monitoring service and eco-driving. Then this paper shows developments of the logistics network diagnostic assessments and monitoring service business flow to promote eco-driving behaviors for truck drivers based on a smart phone application. Also, it shows an efficiency through an application results in field test.

Countries around the world, including the U.S. are actively researching to commercialize the logistics services using drones. In Korea, telecommunications companies as well as logistics companies are researching and developing the logistics services using drones. However, there's an environmental difference for last-mile delivery between the U.S. and Korea. In Korea, more than 77% of the population lives in apartments and the population density is the 4th highest in the world. Accordingly, in terms of the logistics services using drones, it is necessary to research it with the Korean suitable environment. In this paper, a precision positioning method of drone last-mile delivery in urban areas using short-range wireless communication and barometer is proposed. The experiment results show that the proposed method can detect a window within 2.5 meters. It is expected that the proposed method will help improve the logistics services using drones in urban areas.
