Cultural heritage teaching and learning, which uses cultural heritage as educational content, has not been sufficiently analyzed and studied based on clear educational theories so far. Among educational theories, constructivism is a theory in which learning is a process of constructing learning contents determined by learners' individual experiences and interests, and the result is evaluated as a confirmation of whether or not they have the ability to carry out the process. Cultural heritage is a lively and interesting social and cultural product, and it is an educational content that has sufficient educational function and meaning for a textbook. It is considered to be a very meaningful study to apply the constructivist educational theory to the educational contents of cultural heritage with these characteristics. Based on this awareness of the problem, this study examined the characteristics and principles of constructivist teaching and learning, the characteristics of cultural heritage, and the principles of constructivist teaching and learning on a theoretical basis. In addition, from the perspective of constructivism, the current cultural heritage teaching and learning was analyzed and problems were derived. Based on this, the direction of cultural heritage teaching and learning is that the cultural heritage teaching and learning process should be learner-centered, the teaching and learning principle should be cognitive conflict, the teaching and learning content should be in the form of task solving, and teaching and learning activities should be cooperative. presented. In addition, an example of a program was presented to specifically show the actual state of teaching and learning of cultural assets from the perspective of constructivism. Cultural heritage teaching and learning research from the perspective of constructivism will be an opportunity to discover new meanings of cultural heritage that we have not yet found, and it will also serve as an opportunity to present and establish the direction of cultural heritage teaching and learning, which has been barren until now.

This study was purposed to explore the learning culture through the related literature and research review in Jewish Havruta which has interaction, critical reflection, and the driving force creating a better world. The prior researches on Havruta mainly tend to as ways to increase learners' interest in learning and studies as curriculum or teaching methods such as creativity, understanding, and problem-solving skills. However, Havruta is not just method to study subjects, but rather a process of developing thinking through dialogue and discussion. Therefore, Havruta's essential meaning as a lifelong learning should be explored. Studies showed that Jews embody the thinking process from interpreting, analyzing, setting up logic, questioning, discussing, and debating Talmud with others anytime, anywhere, and anyone throughout their learning culture. It develops basic skills for life, forms an integrated personality in relationships with others, and continuously conducts lifelong learning to shape one's own beings. Therefore, lifelong learning culture would be sharing information that one has in the process of discussion through dialogue between two or more people, and supporting and encouraging the other's failure or fear rather than attacking them. The embodiment of thinking process in which people teach and learn eachother, accept the difference, and expand thought would be significant foundation to create lifelong learning culture.

This paper adopts a present basis of research on the Chinese characteristic culture of enterprise, phenomenon of learning, learning attitude and transferring of learning attitude, and forms a research model and hypothesis. There are three different types of Chinese enterprises basined on the research of Chinese intellectuals: legalistic organization, the ethic organization culture and seeking development organization culture, from which the legalistic organization culture has positive influence on the people level learning and structure level learning by the test of hypothesis. Ethnic organizational cultural has positive influence on the organization level; however, it never has any contributions to the people leanings. Seeking development organization culture benefits a lot to the people leanings, but it never has any positive influence on the organizational cultures.

The purpose of this paper is to study of improve the organizational performance and survival with the changes of the circumstances or in pursuit of improving the organizational effectiveness through the learning organization, the organizational culture was inspected with the condition precedent of the learning organization. The result of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, the learning organization has a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. The knowledge and experience accumulated by the learning organization improve the official satisfaction. Second, in the organizational culture of the learning organization, developmental and rational culture has positive effect on the learning organization, but hierarchical and group culture has no effect. on the learning organization. Therefore, to establish the learning organization through the organizational learning, all managers realize the importance of developmental and rational culture because the organizational effectiveness is significant when the organization change is new.

The purpose of this study analyzes the cultural identity, learning motivation, learning strategies, and second language acquisition trends of Chinese students living in Korea to reveal the structural relationship between these four variables, thereby revealing the cultural identity, learning motivation, and learning strategies of international students in the Korean language learning process. The purpose is to provide basic data to promote . This study verified reliability and validity through a preliminary survey targeting 200 people. This survey was conducted on 1,006 Chinese students studying abroad at six universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Busan, and Chungcheong-do from May 28 to June 15, 2023. As a result of the study, first, the structural relationship between variables was that cultural identity had a positive effect on learning motivation, learning strategies, and second language acquisition. Second, learning motivation had a positive (+) effect on learning strategies and second language acquisition. Third, learning strategies had a positive (+) (+) effect on second language acquisition. Fourth, learning motivation and learning strategy between cultural identity and learning strategy were found to play a positive (+) mediating role and multiple mediating roles. Therefore, in order to promote international students' cultural identity, learning motivation, and learning strategies in the Korean language learning process, it is necessary to increase opportunities for international students to directly experience the formation of cultural identity and to organize and teach a multifaceted curriculum centered on practice.

In this study recent trends of research about beliefs in physics education were discussed and cultural approaches were suggested. Cultural aspects in the contexts of science education were discussed and diverse aspects of beliefs in physics education-beliefs about nature, physics, learning physics, value and expectation, and learning physics-were analyzed considerating cultural aspects. Finally, directions for future studies about beliefs and cultural approaches in physics education were suggested.

본 연구에서는 시각장애 학습자를 위한 새로운 형태의 인터랙티브 웹 AR 시스템을 제안했다. 궁중 기록화를 3D 프린팅 과정을 거쳐 시각장애가 있는 학습자들이 활용할 수 있도록 웹 AR를 접목하여 저시력 학습자에게는 시각적 효과를 더해 미디어 기기를 활용한 학습방법을 개선하고자 하였고, 전맹 학습자에게는 회화의 선묘를 살려 프린팅하여 구성을 자세히 알아볼 수 있도록 제안했다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the diversity of French learning materials and suggest a learning method to increase the efficiency of learning. In the first part, we explore the linguistic characteristics of the proverb. In the second part, we present the examples that can be utilized in actual learning. In terms of teaching methods, sharing a common cultural consciousness is important for language and communication between interlocutors. In view of this point, the proverb has an extremely important value in the linguistic dimension. It means that the proverb can serve as a very useful material for the comparison of the morphology and phonetics of French. The efficiency of learning can be increased if we can apply an adequate learning plan using proverbs in accordance to the learner's level and the learning contents.

본 연구는 서로 다른 문화간에 e-Learning과 같은 학습 시스템을 제공할 때, 학습 제공자의 문화적 차이에 의한 비언어적 행동이 학습자에게 미치는 영향에 대해 다루고 있다. 지금까지 사회언어학적인 관점에서 서로 다른 문화간의 언어행동에 관한 연구는 있었지만 비디오 학습이나 웹과 같이 원거리에서 이루어지는 학습 지원 시스템에서의 언어행동에 관한 연구는 없었다. 본 연구에서는 행동언어학적인 관점에서 이루어진 연구를 바탕으로, 한국인과 일본인을 대상으로 하여 실제 강의가 이루어지는 동안 언어행동의 문화적 차이가 미치는 영향과 그 결과를 검증했다.
