본 연구의 목적은 ERP시스템의 성공요인들을 분석하고 기존기업에서 도입한 ERP시스템을 새로운 조직에 도입을 하게 될 경우 조직의 문화와 조직의 규모에 따른 성과변수가 무엇인지를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 동일한 IT를 받아들이는데도 조직의 성과에 차이가 있는 것은 조직의 특성과 IT의 특성이 적합성(fit)을 가질 때 최고의 성과가 난다는 것을 유추해 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 ERP 시스템과 같은 정보기술을 도입하는데 있어서 조직의 문화와 조직의 규모에 따라서 우선시 되는 성공요인이 달라질 것이다. 본 연구의 결과 조직의 문화와 규모에 따라 적합한 성공요인의 우선순위가 달라지는 것을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 근대호텔에 대한 지금까지의 문헌연구를 체계적으로 분석하여 정립하고, 전문가의견조사와 관광객 설문조사를 바탕으로 근대호텔의 관광산업적 활용방안을 제시하고자한다. 첫째, 근대문화유산과 근대호텔사에 대한 기본 토대를 제시하고자 한다. 둘째, 근대호텔에 대한 새로운 조명을 통해 한국호텔산업발전과 관광산업발전에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 셋째, 근대문화유산을 활용한 지자체의 호텔산업과 관광산업발전을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine about PBL implementation strategies employed by faculty members who have successfully managed PBL class. By adopting the inductive content analysis, this study has analyzed the contents related with the strategies about PBL implementation in the course result reports and best practice presentation materials made by 6 professors selected as a PBL best practicer of B university from the 2017 to the 2018. After the analysis, it is revealed that PBL best practicers have used 13 strategies in domain of classroom culture, learning facilitation, and assessment. The following further studies and supports have been suggest: First, a study on PBL best practice faculty member's implementation strategies should be further expanded. Second, a comparative study on the PBL implementation strategies between PBL best practice faculty members and general faculty members should be launched. Third, an organizational system to share PBL best practice faculty member's implementation strategies should be supported.

After the Russia-Ukraine War, NATO broke away from the peacekeeping strategy that it had maintained and declared that it would strengthen the multilateral security consultative body, pursue strategic stability, expand armaments, cooperate security, and strengthen dialogue and cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region. Changes in NATO's strategy directly and indirectly affect Korea's security environment. Only by clearly analyzing this and establishing policies and strategies to respond to it can the threat be suppressed and national interests protected. NATO designates China and Russia as threats. By using cooperation and solidarity with NATO as an opportunity, we will be able to strengthen security cooperation and alliances, develop and expand the defense industry market, and expand opportunities to participate in the Ukraine reconstruction project.

This study investigated Korean TV advertising's creative strategy and trend. To achieve the goal, we conducted content analysis for prime time TV advertising messages (KBS, MBC, SBS). We found that Korean TV advertising contents showed more direct messages than indirect messages, much relationship between ads messages and product, more brand in advertisements, little humor, relatively many celebrities in ads. and much importance on the reputation of the firm. The findings will be a significant source regarding promotion strategy for global company who plans to enter into Korean market.

This study proposed a system that can improve the employment rate and maintenance employment rate by filtering information related to employment in analyzing big data for students who want to find employment. The subject was a two-year female university, the existing employment strategy participated in the job search with simple information such as school grades and personality. As a result, the maintenance employment rate was relatively low due to the decrease in the satisfaction of students seeking employment and the incompatibility with the post-employment aptitude. In order to solve these problems, we propose a system that determines and filters whether the input data in the process of analyzing big data such as employment-related information to improve employment and maintenance employment rates.

The importance of high-definition video has increased by increase in consumer demand for realistic content. Therefore, this study presented the UHD strategy of terrestrial broadcasters for global competitiveness. First, as a practical strategy, to secure domestic market, it should secure an ecosystem through cooperation among departments, create synergy, and prioritize the UHD field to gain global competitiveness with close cooperation with expertised countries in the field. Also, after securing the domestic market by developing UHDTV focusing on cost-effectiveness on socio-cultural situation of Korea, it should utilize the finance and technology for global market. government should support global competitiveness as a control tower, strengthening global content, composing a long-term roadmap, supporting related materials, and creating and exporting our own UHDTV model

With the Russia-Ukraine war ongoing, the war broke out due to a surprise attack by Hamas on October 7, 2023. Israel and Hamas had a conflict with similar causes and aspects in 2021, which was immediately resolved with a peace agreement. It is no exaggeration to say that 'human history is the history of war.' War accounts for a significant portion of human history. According to Kenneth Waltz, the violent and selfish nature of humans, the nature of nations pursuing their own interests, and the international system act simultaneously as causes of war. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of the Israel-Hamas war using Kenneth Waltz's three image theories to derive implications and provide implications for Korea's military strategy.
