The volume of electronic banking service via smart phone is expected to increase dramatically under smart convergence environment. Under such circumstances, the effort to establish the mobile electronic banking culture which took a major step forward from the conventional electronic commerce method is essential. It is necessary to standardize the mobile payment infrastructure in order to resolve the initiative conflicts between financial institutions and newly launched non-financial institutions. Furthermore, a domestic and international strategy is required as the number of NFC technology based smart phone transaction business is increased. As various types of business enter the electronic commerce field, efforts to resolve the dissatisfaction of the customers are critical. Additionally, security is one of the significant issue due to the conversation process to open-type operating system. This study surveyed and analyzed the current domestic and foreign status, the problems in Korea, and suggested an effective counterplan and policy, which could be helpful in governments' preparation for electronic commerce policy.

This study is concerned about activation factor and characteristic of street design through survey that in Tokyo, Japan. The factor is largely distinguished form physical and non physical factors, these are institution programs, circulation of goods, space programs as culture and history, and they are form of city, structures, street, open spaces, trees, street furnitures. The investigation about sites that Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Ueno, and Ikebukuro, is resulted in dose-by public transportation, concerned with historic relationship, and increased in special experience of life. It is caused from controlling the law and rules, and making the sufficient infrastructures, and protecting a policy, and specializing with brand effect and place-marketing. This paper begins with investigation of the race to unlock human DNA, and investigates the emergent areas of bio-technological innovations. This paper draws upon basic ideas from the research traditions of the diffusion of innovations in the competitive situations. To achieve the succesful diffusion of bio-technological innovations, following issues are suggested; clusters, alliances competence, core competence, consumer resistance, chasm phenomena, qualitative research, social network, and cross-culture. The better understanding of the diffusion of bio-tech innovations with empirical studies can complement research on the diffusion of bio-technological innovations and help in the development of a universal model for diffusion of high technological innovations.

According to arriving convergence environment which can create new value-added converged between industry and ICT technology, It has made economic growth and improve the quality of life. However this convergence environment provide not only advantage but also various security problems resulting from generating converged security threats. For resolving this security problem, we need to approach to security problem in the integrated view not the fragmentary view which cover only technical approach. So This study developed security governance framework which can manage trustful security governance in multidimensional view which cover strategy, managerial/operational and technical view. Therefore this framework can construct trustful security management system which can help top management team to engage in security management directly and organizational member to perform security activities and have responsibility for themselves as suggesting single standard for security management.

The purpose of this study is to describe the problems. which academic libraries in the V.S., U.K., Australia, and Canada have faced since the 1990s. These problems are mostly caused by environmental changes in higher education. In this study, only discussed are the problems that academic libraries in various countries have commonly experienced. but not unique ones libraries in each country has due to its own national, societal, cultural, academic or informational situations. Major problems include continuing decrease in library expenditures, changing role of libraries themselves. changing nature of library collections, development of information technology and technological Infrastructure on campus, steep increase in prices of scholarly journals, and relative decrease in purchasing powers of libraries. These Problems are all closely inter-related, and seem to require more comprehensive and systematic strategic solutions carried out by the national or government intervention, rather than individual libraries.

The purpose of this study is to examine in depth the personal experience of Pre-Service Librarian Teacher during Student Teaching Practice. This helps us understand the overall process and diverse environment of Student Teaching Practice. We conducted in depth interview with participants who had recently experienced. and data analysis was undertaken using the phenomenological method devised by Giorgi. The significance of Pre-service Teacher Librarian experiences during Student Teaching Practice can be summarized in five categories as follows: 'the formation of Pre-service Librarian teacher's awareness about library and librarian through growth process', 'concretization and Strategy Implementation about Career Planning', 'Self-growth Need through experience of student teaching practice', 'Understanding of Organizational Culture Perception of Communication', 'Face reality about library and librarian'. These constituents can be understood in the context of time sequence. The result of this study may contribute for improving the overall environment at Student Teaching Practice.

The general or separate reading room in domestic public libraries is a space that represents Korea's unique characteristics that are rarely found in advanced cultural countries. If it is an indispensable space for residents of the community, all public libraries should install and operate it. Otherwise, the general reading room of existing public libraries should be reduced or improved and the new library needs strategic thinking about its installation. Therefore, this study analysed the operation status and major issues of the general reading room, and then suggested the direction based on the survey and comparison of the recognition of the general reading room for the staff (librarian) and the users. The results can contribute not only to the ongoing debate on the general reading room, which is the central theme of discussion of local public goods, but also to find desirable alternatives.

This study examined the health status of female foreign spouses of multicultural families in Korea. More specifically, this study examined whether within-group difference exists depending on their country of origin in health status as well as determinants of their health status. For the analyses, data from the 2012 National Survey of Multicultural Families was used and a total of 165,451 spouses from China (both Korean-Chinese and Han Chinese), Vietnam, and The Philippines were included. The result showed that Vietnamese and Filipino women were healthier than Korean-Chinese and Han Chinese. The determinants and their size of the effect also varied across four groups of women. The results of this study highlight the importance of understanding immigrant women in the context of their ethnic background for interventions of their health. In addition, understanding their status and experiences in Korea must be in place for immigrant health studies, and potential differences by their country of origin must be considered in the development of health policies and practice.

The purpose of this study is to derive HRD programs for the government's priorities and HRD policy direction in the field of green technology to create green jobs. AHP methodology was employed by looking into "green job creation and HRD programs" announced by government. The empirical results showed that the most important one among 37 HRD programs was green education and research capacity building in engineering college and graduate school. And fostering green social enterprise, green education and research through university-research collaboration, green workers transition training, strategic partnership for green job are presented in order in terms of the importance. It suggested green creativity(0.384), green Industry growth (0.277), s정ustainable development (0.125), green technology spill-over effect (0.089), a global collaboration (0.084 ), and green cultural diffusion (0.042) as a green technology and HRD policy direction.

In the Knowledge-based economy, it is inevitable for companies to implement knowledge management(KM in short) to improve management performance. In order to better understand the KM, it is necessary to examine the relationship between success factors of KM and KM performance in agribusiness sector. This study empirically analyzes the impact of success factors of Knowledge Management on companies' management performance in agribusiness cluster. From the survey data of 43 companies located in Sunchang fermented soybean products Industrial cluster, the study finds that four factors- learning culture, network, knowledge sharing and knowledge creating- influence management performance in a positive way. It also examines whether Industrial cluster strategy functions as a moderator between KM success factors and companies' performance. Furthermore, this study concludes that Sunchang fermented soybean Industrial cluster has not reached to the final stage of KM and suggests elements for further improvements.
