일본 애니메이션을 중심으로 발전한 오타쿠 문화는 일본에서 약 20여 년의 역사를 지니고 있다. 일본 애니메이션 작품이 해외에 소개될 때 이따금 해외의 현지에도 그와 비슷한 문화가 형성되곤 한다. 본문은 중국과 일본의 오타쿠 문화 비교연구를 통해 중국의 오타쿠 문화가 대중에게 올바르게 인식될 수있도록 중국과 일본의 오타쿠 문화를 분석하는데 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study was to find whether national identity, value orientation, cultural sensitivity influence Multi cultural competence of secondary school students. The significant result out of this research was that Multi cultural competence were different by its concerned variables. The results of hierarchical regression analysis reveal that changes to each of the models were checked by introducing a new group of variables in each stage. Then the influences of the concerned variables including national identity, value orientation, and cultural sensitivity on multi cultural competence were tested through the influence and significance of the variables and the changing explanatory power of the entire models.

The Aim of this study lead to facilitating schemes of cultural program in public libraries. In order to present schemes, We analyzed status of operating cultural programs in domestic and outside the country. Research methods are literature investigation, survey and case analysis. As a result of this research, facilitating for cultural programs in public libraries is presented five schemes. We would like to use the result of this research as basic data for supporting policy of cultural program in public libraries.

This study analyzed social effects of participating in living culture activities for Daejeon citizens. The social effects were set to creativity and self-esteem at the individual factor and community involvement and exchange at the social factor, this effects were tested by the method of participation in living culture activities. We used SPSS 22 to analyze this effects, factor analysis, analysis of variance, and logistic regression analysis were used. The results showed that participation in lecture programs increased the effects of community involvement and exchange at the social factor. Participation in the club activities showed a decrease in creativity, and further analysis of the club activities was necessary. Participation in cultural art events increases self-esteem. Participation in performances and exhibitions of cultural art events increased creativity. Through these analysis results, first, development of living cultural programs to improve the characteristics of local residents and community of village culture. Second, revitalization through support of various community club activity programs. Third, support for the formation of village cultural community through exchange and cooperation between local Culture and Art Activists and local residents. Fourth, development and expansion of living-oriented and generation-integrated living cultural programs for young and old generations.

This paper examines the relationship between innovative culture, participation of employee, turnover intention and organizational performance. Data were extracted from the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training(KRIVET)'s human capital corporate panel survey(HCCP) from 2015, and the analysis used 411 companies. To test the research model, structural equation model employed. The model shows that innovative culture was positively related to participation, organizational performance. And turnover intention was a negatively related to innovative culture, participation, organizational performance.

This study analyzed a textbook published for Korean culture education in a trend of communicative teaching methods, and suggested the ways for the integrated diversity of culture education with expression activities. This study set up the final goal of strengthening 'cultural competence' which is the next stage of 'cultural awareness' and 'cultural literacy' in the goal hierarchy for culture education, and analyzed not only the theme distribution but the patterns of expression activities in the textbook. It assumed that one of the most effective ways to achieve the goal is the convergence with expression activities in order to strengthen 'cultural competence' which aims to the creative culture production as well as the simple comparison between learners' mother culture and the target culture. This textbook is characterized by abundant visual materials, focus on the behavior culture and the information culture rather than the achieved culture. and media reading materials in diverse levels for utilization possibly in any proficiency levels. Also, it found out by analyzing the patterns of expression activities that the question forms inducing learners' speech and writing are restricted to a few patterns. Lastly, this study proposed the ways to achieve the goal "cultural competence" as follows: diversity of question forms, extension of expression activities and creative application in integrating the related activities.

The recent social atmosphere has been a preference for wood utilization and woodworks. The general public does not have many opportunities to enjoy wood culture, so there is a lack of awareness and foundation of wood culture. In this study, classification and case analysis of wood culture were conducted as basic research for establishing a promotion strategy for the general public to enjoy wood culture. The specificity of wood culture and cultural resources was analyzed to establish the concept of wood cultural resources. Through the analysis, wood cultural resources were defined as products created as a result of human activities that implied the cultural value of wood and wood use in terms of conservation, discovery, and utilization. The types of wood cultural resources were classified into seven categories using the classification examples performed on cultural resources: cultural heritage, cultural facilities, cultural festival, wood architecture, culture contents, culture education, and wood products. In addition, cases were searched and proposed for each type of wood cultural resources.

This study aimed to examine the effect of bicultural acceptance attitudes in Korean culture and mother's countries, which are sub-factors of multicultural adolescents' bicultural acceptance, on their intention of school dropout through self-esteem. For the analysis, the 1,105 subjects were selected from the 8th(2018) the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study(MAPS). The data collected were analyzed by various research methods including correlation analysis, regression analysis and sobel test. The main results are as follows. First, bicultural acceptance of multicultural adolescents reduced their intention of school dropout. Second, self-esteem had a partial mediating effect in the causal relationship between multicultural adolescents' bicultural acceptance in Korean culture and intention of school dropout. Third, the effect of bicultural acceptance in mother's countries of multicultural adolescents on intention of school dropout was completely mediated by their self-esteem. On the basis of the findings, practical programs to decrease the intention of school dropout and to enhance self-esteem of multicultural adolescents were suggested.

본 연구에서는 GIS(Geographic Information System : 지리정보시스템)을 활용한 문화재 유형 및 위험요인 분석을 통해 문화재사고 위험성 분석 지역을 선정하였다. 선정된 지역의 문화재 방재 시스템 구축현황 분석, 체크리스트 평가 모델에 의한 문화재사고위험성평가를 통해 도출된 결과로 문화재 관리에 대한 문제점과 종합적인 대책 및 사고 예방을 위한 개선방안 제시로 사고발생을 최소화 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, Seongbuk-dong historical & cultural resources of the surrounding landscape were analyzed by the visual characteristics of the landscape adjective analysis. Research was investigate to the relationship between visual characteristics and preferences and Research in the following way. Selected historical and cultural resources in the surrounding area are located in Seongbuk-dong 30 slices the survey was conducted. Landscape preference factors to identify the scale of 16 adjectives and then factor analysis was conducted. Lastly, Analysis of variance and regression analysis were conducted in order to determine the impact of the last image factors on visual preferences. Firstly, The results can be summarized as follows. Officer for 30 pictures appear in Seongbuk-dong in the historical and cultural resources, and distributed around the target preference for the 16 adjectives analysis yielded an average result of overall preference were analyzed and that is a 3.72 average. In these photos, VP8, VP9, VP10, VP12, VP15; 4.5 points more than one order higher. The reason is limit of altitude by the Seoul landscape plan for the historical and cultural resources around. It also judged important reason that history and Culture are in harmony with the surrounding cultural property in the conservation area. Secondly, Important factors are factor 1(aesthetic factors), factor 2(cultural factors), factor 3(physical factors) and three factors could be identified. Results of the analysis of variance and regression analysis about factors for visual preference and image shows value of psychological factor is most significant to explain for nearby history &cultural resources of Seongbuk-dong of scenery around. As a result, the state can not view historical and cultural resources for analysis will be located in a residential area near the historical and cultural resources for aesthetic factors. Third, the negative side of the argument is a residential area which is not arranged surrounding landscape maintenance of historical and cultural resources has emerged. Historical and cultural resources in harmony with the phenomena of the physical, cultural, and aesthetic characteristics of the three areas is a positive factor in the high incidence. Factors from that are expressed in this study by analyzing multi-dimensional analysis to derive a factor to be considered important in the management of historical and cultural resources, landscape around is required.
