  • In spite of the element that tourism contents are importance for tourism activation attract attention that I took the culture sightseeing contents development strategy that utilized Ginseng. A basic course of contents development is the element which is well-being to be able to let you increase health and high value-added article development. A development strategy must be accompanied with a story in representative well-being and must develop the contents that can be full of character of multipurpose not a story for an article and in consideration of a last article form and develop feasible contents. Lastly, direct profit and participation must be guaranteed by local inhabitants.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the entrepreneurs with positive entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship education that meets the needs of founders related to cultural tourism products. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy of founders was verified in the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention. For the empirical analysis, this study conducted a survey on founders of cultural tourism products in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The results of the study are as follows: First, entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on self-efficacy and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, self-efficacy confirmed the mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data for stable and sustainable development of the culture and tourism industry.

  • Since the introduction of the Foreign Patient Assistance Law in 2009, more than 300,000 foreign patients are visiting Korea each year due to the efforts of overseas patient attraction organizations, host companies and governments. Despite these achievements, however, the company is confronted with limitations in product development and the rate of patient population growth is slowing. Therefore, this study suggests the importance and meaning of various product development through the hierarchical analysis (AHP) on the major factors of product development of medical tourism services, and suggests direction of product development in domestic medical tourism industry in the future.

A Study of the Development of Tour Commodities for '98 Kyongju World Culture Exposition (`98 경주 세계 문화 엑스포를 중심으로 한 관광상품 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to make a plan for the development of new tour routes for '98 Kyongju World Culture Exposition. The result of this study is as follow: First, over 40% of tourists from Kyongsang-buk-do Province vote for Kyongju Area as the most favorite tourist-oriented city in this province. And they are visiting Kyongju mostly in April(22.6%) and in May(17.8%). Second, cultural assets in Kyongju area are located at Inkyo-dong(16.8%), at Bohwang-dong(9.4%), at Topjong-dong(8.1%). at Mt. Namsan area(11.8%, 6.9% for Naenammyon, and 4.9% for Dodong-dong), and at the vicinity of Kyongju City(53.9%). Third, tourism enterprises in Kyongju Area are located mostly at one place-Pomun Lake Resort area. This fact have had bad influence on the influx of tourists. Lastly, current tour routes are limited mostly to the heart of Kyongju City. So, other attractive tour routes must be developed also in other tourism circles such as the East Sea Tourism Circle and the Northern Province Tourism Circle, which belong to the 6 tourism circles designated by Kyongju City but are now excluded from the current tour routes. In conclusion, this study proposes "98 Kyongju World Culture Exposition with Themes" related to the 6 tourism circles. The themes proposed are as follows: (1) The exploration of the historical places of the Shill a Kingdom in the heart of Kyongju City including Mt. Seoak area and Pulkuksa Temple area. (2) Smile with a new millenium in Pomun Lake Resort area. (3) The exploration of the Buddhist culture in Mt. Namsan. (4) The harmony between nature and culture in the East Sea Tourism Circle and the Northern Culture Circle.

  • The purpose of research is to suggest the direction of rural tourism and food products by looking at the relevance of the intrinsic motivation and food preference. Through the analysis, factors of 'leisure oriented', 'family oriented', 'relationship oriented', 'health oriented', and food preference 'cooking health', 'material function', 'local resource' and 'consume experience' were extracted. Through the correlation analysis, 'leisure and health oriented' was found to be significant with cooking health, 'relationship and health oriented' was significant with material function, 'leisure, family and relationship oriented' was significant with local resource and 'relationship oriented' was significant with consume experience. Therefore, tourists who want rest, healing and health need to provide healthy dishes, tourists who want family and leisure provide local or special dishes, and tourists who want to have a relationship with people need to provide functional foods or herbal medicine dishes. Food products that meet the needs of tourists will induce revisit by increasing tourist satisfaction and bring economic revitalization of the region through the expansion of rural tourism.

  • Chungchong-namdo area is place that Baekje cultures are straggling. Many ruinses of grant exist and is having special quality of seeing area such as Muryeongwangreung, Busosanseong, Gongsansung as Baekje cultural areas' center with Kongju of Buyeo. More than goods that equip the area's color if see culture goods been selling in tourist resort that there are many resemblant goods that can see in any local and goods development is insufficient misgovernment.   • The studies of souvenirs in korea are mostly limited to the development of souvenirs as tourism resources. The purpose of this study are as fellows. First, to develop the model of souvenir purchasing behavior and to segment a market. Second, To emphasize the value of a souvenir as cultural goods centered around it? authenticity. Third, To establish an integrated concept through reviewing various definitions of souvenir. An extensive literature review was conducted in order to become familiar with salient issues in the authenticity and of souvenir? and question are method was used and the collected data ware analyzebby means of SPSS/PC+. The major findings of the study may be summarized as follows: First, Tourism style, the congnition of a souvenir? authenticity and souvenir purchasing behavior are different according to Tourists(equation omitted) nationality. Second, souvenir purchasing behavior is affected by the tourism style, tourist(equation omitted) of a souvenir? authenticity and these three factors are interrelated.

  • The purpose of this study is to a study on the development of the DMZ tourism merchandising which use storytelling. also this study is to develop DMZ tourism imagery using the storytelling structured the subject matters based on DMZ. storytelling tourism is the oldest and the best factor of tourism activity among induced factors in these days. As a life of human being is upgrading, the importance of DMZ storytelling tourism merchandising will be magnified. Even tourism commercialization is able to make an achievement as an economical effectiveness to a developing country. Data were collected from 205 members of leading tourism business and job performance in travel agency. data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Findings from this study suggest that local government and DMZ tourist business operators consider the storytelling for vitalizing authenticity to improve tourists' satisfaction. also this study is about DMZ tourism commercialization to achieve various opinions of several scholars.
