The Development of a Technology.Home Economics Teacher-Training Program (기술.가정과 교사 교육 프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a teacher-training program to improve the Technology Home Economics teacher's educational activity effects. To accomplish this goal, this study developed a training program for the Technology Home Economics teacher through the literature study and the research. The conclusion drawn from this study is as follows: First, it needs to develop a systematic teacher training program to raise the professionalism related to the Technology Home Economics teacher's instruction. Second, the developed program for the Technology Home Economics teacher organizes the 46 subjects and 121 educational contents, and this educational program is worthwhile to be facilitated when a teacher-training institution like the Ministry of Eduction, Science and Technology, local education offices and universities organizes a teacher-training program. Third, as the result analyzing teachers' training demands about the educational contents of a Technology Home Economics teacher-training program, it was appeared that the most demand was 'development of professional activities for the Technology Home Economics teacher', and following demands were the 'production of various evaluation tools', the 'effectively epilogue strategy', and the 'technology to increase the learning motivation' in order. Therefore a training program for the Technology Home Economics teacher should deal these educational contents importantly, and a future teacher-training program developer need to refer to them.

College Students' Gambling Behavior: Mediating Effect of Self-Control and Multiple Group Analysis (대학생의 도박행동: 자기통제력의 매개효과 및 다집단 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model for college student's gambling behavior. A structured questionnaire was completed by 246 college students to analyze the relationships between perspective factors(irrational gambling belief), psychological factors(depression, anxiety), social factors(parental monitoring, parental support, friend support), self-control and gambling behavior. The moderating effects of gender, friends and family's gambling behaviors were examined. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21,0 and AMOS 20.0 programs. Self-control and psychological factors directly affected the college student's gambling behavior, while perspective factors and social factors affected it indirectly. The model fit indices of the modified model were suitable for the recommended levels. The overall study findings suggest the need to develop a gambling prevention program for college students that reinforces self-control, parental monitoring and support, and friend support while reducing irrational gambling belief, depression, and anxiety. An approach that considers gender and a development of a group counseling program for family or friends are also required.

  • This study aimed to analyze the influence relations by applying Q methodology to five-star hotel restaurants' culinary staffs through the research on the subjectivity of five-star hotels' restaurant menu promotion on culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion. This paper largely suggested two research questions like following. Research Question 1: How is the acceptance type of culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion regarding five-star hotels' restaurant promotion? Research Question2: What are the homogeneous characteristics and the implications shown in the acceptance type of culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion regarding five-star hotels' restaurant promotion? In the results of typological analysis based on such research questions, total three types were drawn. In detail, the type1(N=13)(Active personal development type), the type2(N=10)(Normal menu pursuit type), and type3(N=2(Enterprise development pursuit type) showed distinctive characteristics to each other. Researching five-star hotels' culinary staffs' subjective cases, this study could not comparatively analyze diverse cases. Also, in the future, the follow-up research aims to gradually conduct more diversified and objective analysis by developing more detailed questions and analysis method of Q methodology.

A Subjectivity Study on the Satisfaction of Intensive Major Course in Bachelor Degree Major College -Focusing on hotel culinary department enrolled student- (전문대학 학사학위 전공심화 교육과정 만족도에 관한 주관성 연구 -호텔조리학과 재학생을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of the satisfaction of the undergraduate curriculum in the college undergraduate degree. The purpose of this study is to classify the structure of satisfaction of major curriculum, and to describe the characteristics of types of curriculum satisfaction in the major curriculum. The results of the type analysis are as follows. The first type (N = 5): In-depth major curriculum teaching method satisfaction type, the second type (N = 4): Practical learning class satisfaction type, the third type (N = 3) 4 types (N = 3): Employment Establishment centered class satisfaction type, 5th type (N = 3): Theory centered class satisfaction type, 6th type (N = 2) It is analyzed that there are various features for each type. In the future, we will revise and refine it with detailed Q methodological questions and analytical techniques, and analyze various opinions of respondents more concrete and objectively.

A Study on the Effect of Customers' Experimental Recognition of the Omni-Channel Brand on the Relationship Quality (옴니채널 브랜드에 대한 경험적 인식이 관계품질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study reviews the literature related to the omni-channel and derived structural relationship between experiential perception of omni-channel brand and consumer-brand relational quality. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to university students, workers, and consumers in Busan, Korea, who had experience using SSG.com. 210 questionnaires were used for final validation of research model. The hypotheses set in this study was validated through SPSS18.0 and LISREL8.3 based on the research model. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted, except for 2 hypotheses(Hypothesis 2-3, Hypothesis 2-4). Findings of this study suggest the following:First, the consumer's experience with the omni-channel brand was found to be an important factor influencing consumers' cognitive and emotional responses formed by the transfer effect of experiential factors through senses. Second, the relationship between consumers and the omni-channel brand was found to be an important factor in building attachment and psychological bond through experience and trust for the omni-channel brand. Thus, the results of this study provide the basis for overall understanding of the strategic experiential module (SEMs) for the omni-channel, which recently emerged as a new trend of distribution channel, as well as for managing the spatial environment. Finally, we present the theoretical and practical implications related to consumers' experience and relational perception.

Mathematical Modeling and Analysis for Water_Tree of Underground Cables (지중 케이블의 수트리에 대한 수학적 모델링 및 분석)

  • Water trees can cause considerable damage to the performance of underground cables. Theymay formwithin the dielectric used in buried or water-immersed high voltage cables. They grow in a bush-like or tree-like form, often taking decades before causing damage to a cable's performance. They are usually found on very old underground cables, often in an inaccessible place. It is costly and time-consuming to detect watertrees in underground cables. Tree detection technology, including mathematical modeling,can reduce the maintenance cost and time necessary for detecting these trees.To simulate detection of water trees in this study, a mathematical model ofan XLPE cable and a water tree were developed. The complex water tree structure was simplified, based on two identified patterns of aventedtree. A Matlab simulation was performed to calculate and analyze the capacitance and resistance of a cable insulation layer,based on growth of a watertree. Capacitance size increased about 0.025×10-13[Farads/mm] compared to normal when the tree area of the cable was advanced to 95% of the insulation layer. The resistance value decreased by about 0.5×1016[ohm/m]. These changesand changesshowninaBurkes paper physical modeling simulation are similar.The value of mathematical modeling for detecting water trees and damage to underground cables has been demonstrated.

  • The MeOH extracts obtained from whole plant of Trigonotis peduncularis Benth. were solvent fractionated using EtOAc, n-BuOH and water, successively. The EtOAc and n-BuOH fractions gave four flavonol glycosides through application of silica gel and octadecyl silica gel (ODS) column chromatographies. The chemical structures of the flavonol glycosides were determined by the interpretation of several spectral data including 2D-NMR as $kaempferol-3-O-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside\;(astragalin,\;1),\;kaempferol-3-O-{\alpha}-{L}-rhamnopyranosyl\;(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside\;(nicotiflorin,\;2),\;quercetin-3-O-{\alpha}-{L}-rhamnopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside\;(rutin,\;3),\;quercetin-3-O-{\beta}-{D}-glucopyranoside\;(isoquercitrin,\;4)$. The flavonoids have been first isolated from this plant. Nicotiflorin $(100\;{\mu}g/ml)$ showed $68.3{\pm}1.2%$ of the inhibitory effect on hACAT1(human Acyl CoA: cholesterol transferase 1) activity.

The Role of Housing Cooperatives in the Process of Neighborhood Regeneration (도시 빈민 주거지 재생에서 주택협동조합의 역할에 관한 연구)

  • This study was investigated on the basis of the role of housing cooperatives in sustainable regional business networks(SLEN) in regeneration of residential aged area where the urban poor live. For the analysis, input elements of human capital, social capital, financial capital and ecological capital were examine. For the process, the organization's structure, sustainable business and social networks, and for the result, the stability and community characteristics of the living and the payment possibility of housing construction cost were examined. Through this study, what kinds of issues can be from the housing coop's project in terms of sustainability, and what is the most important factor in order to overcome former mentioned issues were intended to find. For analysis literatures were reviewed and the in-depth interviews and survey were conducted with site visits. The result of this study finds that housing coop have community characteristics through active participation of residents during the regeneration process but the land, as financial and ecological capitals, and housing construction funds were poor. This was investigated that it makes groundless the sustainability of the project and the possibility of the payment. In order to overcome, land concession, inexpensive lental and active funning for housing construction to housing coop is required because housing coop is aiming to supply of social housing for low-income and vulnerable groups.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of local food selection attributes on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of local food selection attributes, customer satisfaction, Respectively. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the variables and the structure of each variable through literature review. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 249 consumers who used specialty food through local food restaurants and local festivals in Gangneung. Respectively. Data were analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 statistical program. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that select local specialty foods and to provide them as basic data for increasing the number of tourists through local specialty foods and revitalizing the local economy. I would like to present a marketing strategy. In particular, consumers who have used local specialty foods must come up with a marketing strategy that will maximize customer satisfaction, and it is necessary to revitalize the taste, quality, and best service of food.

Astronomical Calendar and Restoration Design of Clepsydra in the Silla era (신라시대 천문역법(天文曆法)과 물시계(漏刻) 복원연구)

  • We study on the astronomical calendars that was used in the Silla era. The calendars are deduced from the records in Samguksagi. They were influenced from calendaric system of Tang Dynasty, which are Lin duk calendar(麟德曆), Ta yen calendar(大衍曆) and Sun myung calendar(宣明曆). We analyse them in detail according to the time and duration of use. Water clock system of Unified Silla was used four water vessels for supplying water. We found the model from documents on ancient water clock that are appeared in the old Korean, Chinese and Japanese historical records. We have assumed the model of Unified Silla clepsydra is similar type with Chinese records during Tang dynasty and with Japanese reconstructed water clock in Temple Asoka. After fluid dynamic experiment, we decide the suitable diameter of supplying pipe and volume of the vessels used in the clepsydra. We introduce the experimental instruments and methods for accomplishing the clock. We designed and reconstructed the water clock of Unified Silla and float rods for measuring time, that is based on the Silla's calendaric system.
