Although the acquisition of information may be done individually, knowledge is created from the social context of peers, teachers. And feedback on the appropriateness and effectiveness of their knowledge and skill is commonly received. Learning occures effectively within environment that have shared understanding of problems and various tools to solve problems. The purpose of this study is to apply the main principles of creative Problem solving and develop e-PBL(Problem-Based Learning) to enhance creative problem solving skill. In this research, the group of students who studied by means of e-PBL based on web 2.0 showed much more satisfaction and problem solving skill than the other group of students who did by e-Learning.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of Collaborative Problem solving for Character competency (CoProC) strategy on the practical character competency and collaborative problem solving competency in middle school. For this study, 49 seventh grade students (two classes) were selected for use applying the CoProC strategy (CoProC group) while 46 students (two classes) were used for traditional lecture and experimental class (comparative group). In the result, CoProC group showed a statistically significant result in practical character competency than the comparative group. In the sub items of the competency, the CoProC group showed result statistically significant in cooperation, communication, responsibility, and positive self-understanding than the comparative group. Analysis of the effect size of students' practical character competency showed that the CoProC group results showed more effective than the comparative group in terms of care, cooperation, communication, honesty, responsibility, positive self-understanding, and self-regulation. In addition, we investigated the effect of the CoProC strategy on collaborative problem solving competency. As a result, it showed a large effect in the total score of collaborative problem solving competency. Among the sub items of the competency, 'exploration and understanding of members' showed a small size of effect and 'Establishing and maintaining team organization' showed a medium size of effect. 'Communication' and 'self-reflection' showed a large effect. CoProC strategy embedded in Science subject could improve students' collaborative problem solving competency through the process of scientific communication in the scientific inquiry process.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate learners' satisfaction with operating Problem-Based Learning (PBL), competency level for dental hygiene, and learners' opinions through a reflection journal by developing a PBL class module and applying it to clinical dental hygiene classes. Methods: The subjects of the study were 31 students in the Clinical Dental Hygiene (oral health management for special patients) course in the second semester of the fourth grade. This study was conducted over the first semester from September to December 2020. The developed PBL learning module was applied for the 15 weeks class, and after all PBL classes were over, the overall satisfaction with the class and the change in student competency level was evaluated. Results: The overall satisfaction of learners with PBL was high, and the level of self-competence also increased compared to before class. In addition, the top three topics (Competencies learned through PBL, humanistic and sociological elements learned through PBL, and obstacles in the PBL) were derived through the reflection journal after PBL learning activities. Conclusions: It was confirmed that the PBL learning module developed in this study is a class that enables students to identify problems and solve them integrally and drives the improvement of humanities and sociological competencies.
In the Netherlands, Streefland(Elbers, 2003) gave a solution on how teachers can help students to participate in the process of knowledge construction by investigating constructions and activities of a community of inquiry for a primary school students(between 11 and 13 years of age). In Australia, Goos(2004) analyzed the teacher's role in creating a classroom culture of inquiry, which appeared to be taken for granted by the Grade 12 group, for the Grade 11 students by classroom observation and interviews. In Korea, because of diverse obstacles with a university entrance examination, a study about teacher's role in inquiry-oriented instruction for high school mathematics schooling has rarely appeared in the literature. The purpose of this study is to investigate teacher's role for promoting and managing inquiry-oriented mathematics instruction effectively by a case study. To fulfill this purpose, we develop inquiry-oriented instruction model by investigating teacher's role as an assistant for helping students to do mathematical activity.

In the 21stcentury, teachers must welcome new technology to ensure the best learning in virtual classrooms, aside from the physical classroom. Google Classroom provides a vital chance to promote blended learning and professional development. The purpose of this study is to specify the procedures in problem design when employing blended problem-based learning (BPBL) and to design problems for learning the contents of the subject. The design of problems is crucial for effective BPBL. The underlying theory of BPBL is that learning is most effectively initiated and facilitated by posing and solving real-life problems that interest the learner, because working on such problems makes learning meaningful and motivates students. Ineffective problem-based learning (PBL) could affect students when acquiring sufficient domain knowledge, activating appropriate prior knowledge, and properly directing their own learning. The procedures for designing good problems are composed of the selection of educational content, figuring out the learner's characteristics, finding problems, setting up roles and situations, and writing down problems. Using these procedures, we designed five integration problems covering the contents of management subjects. Planned management subjects based on BPBL in a Mongolian university focuses on the process of designing problems.
This study was to investigate how the underachievers of mathematics in a non-leveling excellent high school would overcome the errors through the lessons based on the inductive thinking model in the equation of a circle. The results showed that when there were many stages to solve the problem, the students gave it up or forgot the stage they reached. In this case, if they had a revisit-opportunity to review their thinking process by planning ahead the stage to solve the problem and recording it, the omission error of the solving process and the error of wrong conclusions would be dramatically decreased. Moreover, they understood the mathematical concept, principle, and formula and remembered the learning contents extremely well through thinking by themselves in exploration-based activities and by using visualization for the problem and could solve the problem through these pictures besides algebraic expressions.
This paper is being established in Sungkyunkwan University based on a new lecture, "Scientific and Technical Writing and Presentation". The course feature and core educational goal is mainly to focus on challenging students to be able to learn scientific engineering communication, recognizing problem and solving it which involve a basic process of formulating thinking and expression skills. Basically, Scientific and Technical Writing and Presentation lecture is a blended learning that will put students in various type of problem based learning (PBL) in order to distinctively build their problem solving skills and emphasizing self-leadership skills in their profession. Through group activity participants in this learning area will be exposed to more specific problems to ensure more individual participation and in the same time they will be able to actively review the objective of their own activity which are part of this course objectives.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of educational science magic program on creative problem solving ability, inquiry skill, and scientific attitude in elementary school science. For this, two classes of 3th grade were chosen in the J elementary school located in Suwon city as the experimental class(30 students) and the comparative class(30 students). The two groups were selected through a diagnostic examining program. Instruction using educational science magic program was applied to the experimental class. The results of this study were as follows. 1. the creative problem solving ability of the experimental class has statistically meaningful differences and improved, compared with the comparative class(p<.05). 2. the scientific inquiry skill was improved, but it has no meaningful difference statistically. However, science tasks applied educational science magic program had valuable significance to ability of measure(p<.05). 3. the scientific attitude score also was improved, but it has no meaningful difference statistically. However, science tasks applied educational science magic program had valuable significance to endurance(p<.05). 4. the results of survey showed that educational science magic program influence students' interests and concerns in science, class participation, pleasure in class, and comprehension of what is said in class positively. Therefore, a educational science magic program applied in this study might be useful to improve the creative problem solving ability, interests and concerns in science, class participation, pleasure in class, and comprehension of what is said in class.
