Exploring Ways to Learn Online Judge Problems in Block Programming Language (온라인 저지 문항을 블록 프로그래밍 언어로 학습하기 위한 방안 탐구)

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 저지 문항을 블록 프로그래밍 언어로 학습하기 위한 방안에 대해서 탐구하였다. 온라인 저지를 활용한 프로그래밍 교육은 알고리즘을 설계하는 추상화 과정과 이를 프로그래밍 언어로 작성하는 자동화 과정이 포함되며 이는 컴퓨팅 사고력 발달에 영향을 준다. 온라인 저지는 대부분 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어(이하, TPL)에서 지원되어 초보 학습자가 사용하기에 어려움이 있다. 블록 프로그래밍 언어(이하, BPL)를 기반으로 한 온라인 저지는 BPL로 작성한 것을 TPL로 변환하는 방법과 그래픽 기반 문제상황을 해결하는 방법이 있으며 TPL로 변환하는 것은 텍스트 기반 온라인 저지 문항을 사용할 수 있으나 사용하는 방법이 어렵다. 반면 그래픽 기반 문제 상황은 사용하는 방법이 쉽지만 문항이 제한적이고 순차적 사고가 강조된다. 이에 엔트리 '스터디'와 '나의 학급-과제'를 이용하면 자동 평가 기능은 없지만 학습자가 익숙한 환경에서 학습할 수 있고 교사는 문항을 직접 개발할 수 있으며 문제 제시, 예시 작품 제시, 블록 제한, 과제제출 등을 사용하여 BPL에서 온라인 저지 문항을 학습할 수 있다.

The changes of Students through Technological problem solving Hands-on Activity in Technology Education of Middle School (중학교 기술교육에서 기술적 문제해결 체험활동을 통해 나타나는 학생들의 변화)

  • This study is aimed at exploring the educational meaning of cooperative hands-on activity in the technology subject from the perspective of a student who is an education consumer. For this purpose, this study selected 12 first year student of a middle school located at G City of Gyeonggi-do Province as research participants through purposeful sampling, and conducted an in-depth interview and group discussion based on stimulated recall questionary techniques. This study utilized area analysis, classification analysis and component analysis as a data analysis method, and secured the verity of the research through the examination between research participants and triangulation. As a result of this research work, it was found that the cooperative hands-on class in the technology subject had the meaning of 'Space between a burden and excitement about the technical making', 'Clue and ignition point of technological problem solving', and 'Self-discovery through Technical capability'. To be more concrete, 'Space between a burden and excitement about the technical making' means that students, whose usual school record is excellent, felt great psychological burdens of performance assessment, but their pre-experience and interest in 'Making' induced them to feel exhilaration of hands-on activity. 'Clue and ignition point of technological problem solving' means that students get to make much of the understanding & formation of the relationship with teammates in the process of resolving an unfamiliar hands-on activity task and to have the continuous problem-solving ability. 'Self-discovery through Technical capability' means that students get to realize the importance of learning experience of one's own making through hands-on activity learning, which could be the opportunity to meet the operant demands of the inner side. This study hopes that such results could be utilized as the basic data needed for designing the hands-on activity education in the technology subject more meaningfully and systematically for the time to come.

Development of the Heuristic Attention Model Based on Analysis of Eye Movement of Elementary School Students on Discrimination task (변별과제에서 초등학생의 안구운동 분석을 통한 발견적 주의 모델 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a HAM (Heuristic Attention Model) by analyzing the difference between eye movements according to the science achievement of elementary school students on discrimination task. Science achievement was graded by the results of the Korea national achievement test conducted in 2012 for a random sampling of classes. As an assessment tool to check discrimination task, two discrimination measure problems from TSPS (Test of Science Process Skill, developed in 1994) which were suitable for an eye tracking system were adopted. The subjects of this study were 20 students from the sixth grade who agreed to participate in the research. SMI was used to collect EMD (eye movement data). Experiment 3.2 and BeGaze 3.2 programs were used to plan experiments and analyze EMD. As a result, eye movements of participants in discrimination tasks varied greatly in counts and duration of fixation, first fixation duration, and dwell time, according to students' science achievement and difficulty of the problems. By the analysis of EMD, strategies of the students' problem-solving could be found. During problem solving, subjects' eye movements were affected by visual attention; bottom-up attention, top-down attention and convert attention, and aflunter attention. In conclusion, HAM was developed, and it is believed to help in the development of a science learning program for underachievers.

Analysis of Living Lab Cases in R&D Initiatives for Solving Societal Problems and Challenges (사회문제 해결형 기술개발사업에서의 리빙랩 적용 사례 분석)

  • This study examines the case of living lab applied in the R&D initiatives for solving societal problems and challenges. It discusses how to use the living lab in national R&D projects. The analyzed cases are 'Develop portable fundus camera for eye disease screening test to resolve health inequalities' and 'Auto-sensing integrated system development in rural pedestrian crosswalk'. As a result of the analysis, both cases were designed as a user participatory R&D structure by utilizing living lab. In other words, living lab has operated as a system that evolves technology-products-services into an infrastructure. It can realize final demand specification, product, service improvement and demonstration through continuous interaction of end users. As a result of the case analysis, the following policy tasks can be derived. First, living lab is a new concept and it is in the early stage of implementation in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor and evaluate living lab experiments and build suitable models for Korean society by sharing cases and achievements. Second, the strategic niche management are necessary for the introduction of living lab. Third, living lab can be used as a tool to transform the existing technology acquisition centered innovation policy to the policy for customer needs and problem solving. Fourth, there is a need for flexibility and adaptability in strategy and system to correct errors that appear in the living lab processes.

2008년도 낙농육우산업 발전을 위한 설문조사

  • 2008년 낙농육우산업 발전을 위해 최우선적으로 해결해야 할 낙농현안은 "낙농제도개선을 통한 전국단위 우유수급 안정'과 '낙농정책에 대한 비전수립'인 것으로 조사됐다. 협회가 지난해 말 실시한 낙농가들을 대상으로 실시한 '2008 낙농산업 발전을 위한 설문조사' 결과에 따르면, 낙농가들이 가장 시급한 해결과제로 꼽은 것은 '낙농제도개선을 통한 전국단위 우유수급 안정'(19%)이었으며 '낙농정책에 대한 비전수립'과 '제도적인 우유소비 확대방안의 마련', '무허가 축사의 양성화 방안 마련'도 각각 17%, 14%, 11%로 나타나, 안정적인 낙농산업 기반확보에 대한 낙농가들의 바램이 높은 것으로 조사됐다. 이번 설문조사는 협회가 중장기 낙농산업발전을 위한 세부적인 활동방향 모색을 위해 농가현장의 여론을 수렴코자 지난해 11월 27일부터 12월 11일까지 실시한 전국순회 낙농육우인 대토론회 기간 동안 강습회 참석자들을 대상으로 이뤄졌으며 설문조사에 참여한 응답자는 총 455명이다. 설문조사 내용은 낙농산업 발전방안, 낙농환경문제개선, 낙농자조금사업, 월간 "낙농육우" 및 협회 홈페이지 등에 대한 농가들의 의견 등이다. 협회는 이번 설문조사 결과를 향후 협회활동에 참고할 계획이다. 한편, 협회는 지난해 한미 FTA협상 타결, 한EU FTA 협상 등 대외적 문제와 전국단위 낙농제도개편, 낙농환경대책 등 국내 현안에 대한 실질적인 대응책 마련에 고심하며 한EU FTA 연구용역, 낙농기초조사 연구용역을 실시하고 있다. 또한 국정감사 요청사항으로 낙농육우 10대 과제를 제시하였고, 아울러 낙농육우 5대 핵심사항을 선정하여 지난 대선 공약사항으로 채택될 수 있도록 지속적인 활동을 전개한 바 있다. 이와 더불어 전국 9개 도시에서의 전국 순회 낙농육우 10대 과제를 제시하였고, 아울러 낙농육우인 대토론회 개최를 통해 사료값 인상에 따른 원유가 인상 검토, 전국단위 제도 개편 조속 해결, 무허가축사 양성화 조치에 대한 대선후보 농정공약 채택활동 중점 전개, 학교우유 급식 확대를 위한 실질적인 대책 마련 등 다양한 정책 건의를 수렴한 바 있다.

A Study on the Educational Methods of Convergence Major Based Learning (CMBL) for University Students (지역 연계 융합전공수행 기반 대학 교육 방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop convergence major-based learning (CMBL), which selects performance tasks related to local problems at hand and solves them based on convergence major performance, and builds a suitable teaching and learning model. We developed a CMBL class with a team project-type class that finds and solves practical problems in the region to cultivate overall problem-solving capabilities for convergence major competencies. Additionally, for this class, the instructor played a role as a bridgehead to explore and connect the community's sites, and students visited connected institutions in person to identify problems they need based on understanding and empathy for the subjects through field observation and qualitative interviews, and developed a CMBL class teaching and learning model necessary to directly solve them by using their major capabilities to the fullest. Therefore, we intend to present the future-oriented direction of university convergence education required by the community by forming a group of students with various majors to cultivate the ability to solve realistic problems in the community.

An Analysis on Argumentation in the Task Context of 'Monty Hall Problem' at a High School Probability Class (고등학교 확률 수업의 '몬티홀 문제' 과제 맥락에서 나타난 논증과정 분석)

  • This study aims to look into the characteristics of argumentation in the task context of 'Monty Hall problem' at a high school probability class. As a result of an analysis of classroom discourses on the argumentation between teachers and second-year students in one upper level class in high school using Toulmin's argument pattern, it was found that it would be important to create a task context and a safe classroom culture in which the students could ask questions and refute them in order to make it an argument-centered discourse community. In addition, through the argumentation of solving complex problems together, the students could be further engaged in the class, and the actual empirical context enriched the understanding of concepts. However, reasoning in argumentation was mostly not a statistical one, but a mathematical one centered around probability problem-solving. Through these results of the study, it was noted that the teachers should help the students actively participate in argumentation through the task context and question, and an understanding of a statistical reasoning of interpreting the context would be necessary in order to induce their thinking and reasoning about probability and statistics.

The Consistency of High school Students Responses Concepts of 'Atmospheric and Water Cycle' according to Task Contexts ('대기와 물의 순환' 관련 개념들에 대한 과제 상황에 따른 고등학생들의 응답의 일관성)

  • The purposes of this study was to analyze the knowledge sources and of high school students' responses on tasks in scientific context and tasks in everyday context, and was to investigate the relationship between the consistency of responses and cognitive style. One hundred fifteen students participated in study. The students were asked to solve ten paris of problems about several concepts of circulation of atmosphere and water. Each pair of the problems consisted of two questions which were about the same concept but were about different context. That is to say, one questions related to scientific context and the other related to everyday context. Every questions included one subquestion in other to investigate the students' sources of knowledge. The students' responses on two questions in each problem were analyzed in order to compare the sources of knowledge and examine the influence of task context. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: First, students' knowledge sources varied by task contexts. That is to say, the students selected 'Science activities in school' as main source in questions related scientific context and chose 'Experience in daily life' as main source in questions related to everyday context. Second, inconsistency score on all paris of problem was significantly higher than consistency score (p<.01). This result indicated students' responses were much dependent on context. third, field-dependent students were more dependent on context, considering higher inconsistency score than field-dependent ones.

수소$\cdot$연료전지 기술현황 및 전망

  • 수소에너지는 궁극적으로 인류가 당면하고 있는 에너지와 환경 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있는 유일한 꿈의 에너지원으로 평가된다. 향후 $30\~40$년 뒤에 예상되는 수소에너지 시대, 즉 수소경제의 비전이 달성될 때 수소이용 기술인 연료전지 기술은 보편화돼 새로 건설되는 발전소는 연료전지 발전소가 대부분일 것이며, 가정과 상업용 건물에도 연료전지가 설치될 것이다. 또한 운행되는 상당 부분의 승용차와 버스가 연료전지 차량이며, 이에 상응해 주유소의 절반 정도는 연료전지 차량에 수소를 공급하는 수소 주유소로 대체될 것이다. 그러나 이러한 꿈을 이루기 위해서는 수소에너지 체계의 핵심인 연료전지 기술의 상용화는 물론 풍력, 태양 등을 이용한 대체에너지원으로부터의 수소생산기술, 수소저장, 운송에 이르는 수송 인프라스트럭처 구축 등 해결해야 할 과제가 적지 않다. 본 고에서는 수소이용기술의 대표적 기술인 연료전지 기술의 개발현황과 전망을 소개하고자 한다. 특히 연료전지 기술을 조기 상용화 하고자 하는 각 국의 노력을 소개하고, 응용분야별 해결되어야 할 기술적 문제 등을 소개한다.

Patterson Method (heavy-atom method)

  • 결정학의 핵심 과제는 위상(phase) 문제의 해결이다. 이 위상 묹를 해결하는 한 방법으로 요즘의 고속 컴퓨터를 사용하는 시행착오법(trial and error method)을 가상해 볼 수 있다. 간단한 예를 들면, centrosymmetric인 삼사정계(triclinic system)에 속한 비교적 작은 유기화합물인 경우, 전형적으로 3000개 정도의 회절 강도가 측정된다. Centrosymmetric 공간군(space group)의 구조 인자(structure factor)는 위상이 0°이거나 180°이기 때문에, 구조 인자는 "+"이거나 "-"부호를 가지므로 3000개 각각에 두 가지 부호를 배당할 수 있다. 이 3000개의 부호를 조합할 수 있는 개수는 2/sup 3000/개로 이 개수만큼의 Fourier 지도들을 작도하면 그 중의 하나는 옳은 것이다. Fourier 지도 한 개를 작도하는데 1분이 소요된다고 가정하면, 이들을 모두 계산하는데 2/sup 2981/년의 계산 시간이 소요된다. (참고로 2/sup 10/=1084). 따라서 시행착오법으로는 도저히 불가능함을 알 수 있다. 더구나, noncentrosymmetricc 공간군에서는 더욱 어렵게 된다. 그리하여 위상 문제를 해결하려는 많은 시도가 행해졌는데, 그것들 중의 하나가 Patterson 방법이다.
