Recently, quality problems of steel used for construction have been raised as a cause of building collapse and safety accidents. Accordingly, it becomes more important to secure quality through material management, procurement management, and construction management for construction used steels. However, the quality management for construction used steels is confined to technical production and process control. So, it does not provide a solution of various non-conforming steel products issues. Therefore, this study suggests improvements of the construction system to secure quality of the construction used steels. Through expert interviews, we identify the items for system improvement and derive the top priority items by considering utility through a structured Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). It also divided the respondents into enterprise and research groups to analyze differences, implications and future improvement issues and suggest a road map. It is expected that the priority items derived in this study could be useful as a basic data for making policy decisions to assure the quality of construction used steel.

Teachers are faced with multiple social needs that they should not only fulfill their traditional duties but also cope with various educational situation because of the rapidly shifting education environment. Like this the latest tendency around teachers' job offers more important issue related teachers' socialization tactics. In spite of these strong argument for the gravity of the teachers' socialization tactics, there are few articles about teachers' socialization tactics and its effect. This paper aims to design the theoretical model for the next empirical research plan that will investigate outcomes(job satisfaction, organizational commitment) of teachers' socialization tactics through literature and former study.

An area presenting new opportunities for both legitimate business, as well as criminal organizations, is Cloud computing. This work gives a strong background in current digital forensic science, as well as a basic understanding of the goal of Law Enforcement when conducting digital forensic investigations. These concepts are then applied to digital forensic investigation of cloud environments in both theory and practice, and supplemented with current literature on the subject. Finally, legal challenges with digital forensic investigations in cloud environments are discussed.

As the most common application development of software development time, error-free quality, adaptability to frequent maintenance, such as the need for large and complex software challenges have been raised. When developing web applications to respond to software reusability, reliability, scalability, simplicity, these quality issues do not take into account such aspects traditionally. In this situation, the traditional development methodology to solve the same quality because it has limited development of new methodologies is needed. Quality of applications the application logic, data, and architecture in the entire area as a separate methodology can achieve your goals if you do not respond. In this study secure coding, the big issue, web application factors to deal with security vulnerabilities, web application architecture, design procedure is proposed. This proposal is based on a series of ISO/IEC9000, a web application architecture design process.

인류의 역사 이래로 하천관리에 있어서 치수는 주요 과제중의 하나였다. 대부분의 하천은 원활한 홍수 유통을 위해 직선화되었고 하폭은 확장되었다. 이로 인해 하천 생태계는 단순화되었고 홍수 피해 또한 줄지 않고 시가지 범람이라는 새로운 유형의 침수피해가 발생하였다. 최근까지도 홍수피해를 저감하고자 많은 노력을 기울이고 있고, 하천을 자연 친화형으로 설계, 복구하는 움직임이 활발하다. 하천을 설계함에 있어서 수치해석을 하고, 예측하는 것은 시간과 경제적인 장점으로 인해 많이 이용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대상지역을 프랑스 남부에 위치한 Var Catchemnt로 선정하였다. Var 유역은 $2,822km^2$의 면적, 총길이 125km, 최고 고도와 강 하구까지의 고도차가 3,000m의 급한 경사로 이루어진 유역이다. 이 지역은 매년 11월에서 1월 우기 때마다 빈번하게 홍수가 발생하는 지역으로 끊임없이 홍수에 따른 범람의 문제가 제기되고 있는 지역이다. 1994년 11월에 발생한 기록적인 폭우로 인해 최대유량 $3,500m^3/s$으로 관측되었고, 이 수치는 평균 유량의 50배에 이르는 유량이다. 이 홍수와 범람으로 인해 주변의 많은 시설이 피해를 입었으며, 도로가 유실되고, 인명피해도 상당했다. 본 연구에서는 수치해석을 위해 1차원 해석 프로그램인 DHI사의 MIKE11과 미공병단에서 개발한 Hec-Ras를 사용하였다. 홍수피해를 예방하기 위하여 가장 경제적이고 합리적인 방법은 제방의 높이를 변경하는 것으로 판단하여 수치해석을 실시한 후, 실제 데이터와의 비교를 통해 홍수를 예방하기 위한 제방의 높이를 결정하였다. Var 유역에 홍수를 예방하기 위해서는 강의 하구 쪽의 제방을 높일 필요가 있다고 판단되었다.

This is a study about importance of reading comics and discussions highlighted on anthropological perspective as a proper way of education. In introduction, we broght in the issues about failure of the past cartoon education in responding adequately to the flow of current comic book industry, as it has been biased to technical education which resulted in negligence of studies about meaning and function of cartoon. On the other hand, emphasizing the need for cartoon education complemented cultural and academic aspects, we presented reading comics and discussions as an alternative. The challenges we need to pay attention throughout reading comics and discussions have considered in all its aspects specifically like creative process of cartoon, coping with social prejudice against cartoon, study about aesthetic value of cartoon, the role of cartoon in cultural democracy, issue about postcolonialism, multiple popularity and etc.

Korea's basic research has been rapidly expended in both quantative and qualitative aspect since establishment of 'the Korea Science & Engineering Foundation' in 1977, proclaiming of 'the First Year of Basic Research Promotion' and enactment of 'the Basic Sciences Promotion Act' in 1989. Despite the continuous increment of government basic research funding, the problem of low perceptions of university researchers on the funding increment has been constantly raised. Based on an intrinsic review on the core issues are diagnosed based on Korean academics' basic research status analysis and future challenges are proposed based on the precedent diagnoses. The six key issues that need to take the next step in Korean academics' basic research are as follows: (1) basic research investment in universities, (2) appropriate research expenses for supporting individual researcher, (3) basic research funding allocation method, (4) maintaining the sustainable success rate of research projects, (5) systematic and strategic support for excellent researchers, (6) creating research-immersive environment. The five challenges to promote basic research in academics are as follows: (1) increasing in university research expenses, (2) diversification of basic research funding allocation method, (3) establishment of research field-specified support system and predictable principles, (4) stable and sufficient support for outstanding researchers, (5) reducing burden on research administration.

There are 24 airways in Incehon IFR, including 11 domestic routes and 13 international routes. The airways designated by ministry of Transportation and Construction are the routes for aircraft to fly being serviced by air traffic control system for flight safety. This study reviewed safety situation of existing permanent airways within Incheon IFR and temporary airways connecting North and South Korea. The study tried to identify the problems related to airway operation and to suggest solutions to the questionable area. The main findings are as follows: It is necessary to improve the existing normal airway systems and enlargement of the route. The airway A593 has to be upgraded to normal route. The temporary airways established to connect Seoul and Pyongyang also needs to be upgraded by air traffic control transfer agreement between two Koreas.

The field of Construction Engineering leads 1970's industry of the Korea. In this situation, it is the most important task to cultivate and select construction teacher to train construction education and to foster construction skilled workers be going into the field of construction. This Study attempts to offer useful implications about the improvement of the Teacher Certification Examination through analyzing that will have a strong influence and be a standard in educational direction to cultivate construction teacher.

This study aimed to improve the Traffic Accident Management System's validity and reliability, so the system could help classify and judge the human factors that correlate with traffic accidents. We took traffic accident research and analysis systems of United States and United Kingdom and certain related, former studies into account in building our test system. Next, we used the test system's criteria to re-analyze 502 Gyeonggi province accident records from 2008. We compared the results to existing systems' results to verify the test system's validity and reliability. These results indicated the necessity of removing some uncertain items from the existing systems and adding in some new items from the test system. This should help improve understanding of what happens at traffic accident scenes and of the sources of drivers' abnormal, reckless behavior. We introduce suggestions for improving the Traffic Accident Management System and research concepts for further studies.
