산업용로보트 : 개요 및 동향

  • 산업용로보트는 융통성을 가지는 것이 특징으로 전용 기계에서는 최소한의 융통성이 있을 뿐 다른 일을 수행하기 위해서는 설계를 바꾸든지 못쓰게 되는 것과는 달리 간단히 프로그램이나 티 칭(Teaching)에 의하여 다양한 일을 목적에 맞게 수행 할 수 있다. 손과 같이 다축 운동이 가 능하여 기계 가공의 목적만을 수행하는 수치 제어 기계(NC 공작 기계)와는 다르며 NC 기계와 같은 일도 물론 일부 수행 할 수 있다. 그러므로 산업용 로보트의 이용으로 자동화, 성력화에 따라서 생산성 향상과 또한 높은 신뢰도와 정도로써 품질의 균일화, 악조건하에서의 작업이나 반복되는 단순 작업으로부터 인간을 해방 시킬 수 있으며, 더 나아가 공장의 무인화의 접근이 가능하게 되어가고 있다. 본 글에서는 로보트의 간략한 역사, 개요, 현황, 비용과 경제성, 앞으 로의 동향등에 관하여 개괄하고자 한다.

  • 작업물(Work)을 기계에 장입출, 가공에 필요한 공구류의 공급 등이 완전 자동화 된 기존의 사출성형기 Series를 제조하는 FA Systme은, MAP 대응의 FA System 으로 개량되었다. 이 논문은, MAP 대응 새 FA 시스템의 MAP에서 분산.통괄의 역할을 하도록 개발된 Cell controller의 정보관리기능 가운데 하나의 응용으로서 제조공정을 자동적으로 Scheduling 하는데 Expert 시스템(전문가시스템)을 적용한 idea를 소개하는 것이다. 이 idea의 적용 으로 인하여 제조공정의 scheduling 작염은 종래의 주단위로 부터 일일단위의 작업으로 처리가 가능해졌고, 또, 공구수명관리기능의 부가로 무인운전시의 기계의 가공율도 종래보다도 녹일 수가 있었다.

Importance Ranking of Accident Factors of Remote Control Tower Crane by AHP (AHP 분석에 의한 무인타워크레인 사고 요인의 중요도 순위)

  • In Korea construction industry, researches are being conducted to reduce the disasters related tower crane due to the increase of tower crane's usage and accidents continuously. Although the usage amount of remote control tower crane has been increasing recently, the research on remote-control tower crane is insufficient. In this study, the importance ranking of remote control tower crane's accident factors derived by AHP analysis. AHP questionnaire was conducted to engineers (or operators) like construction site engineer, construction manager, safety engineer, and tower crane operator, who have more than 10 years career. The results of AHP analysis reveal that top ranking factor of remote control tower crane's accident is lifting work for materials. Therefore, the high importance factors should be managed, and taken the priority measures for reducing the tower crane accidents by using the results of this research.

  • This paper propose an development of the unmanned automatic test system for a portable detector using TRIZ Methodology. A new development scheme among of the unmanned automatic test system configurations was obtained after application of the TESE(Trends of Engineering System Evolution) one of the TRIZ methods. Using Pugh matrix drives some improving ideas. The key idea of this unmanned automatic test system scheme is to minimize whole test procedure time of each portable detector and to maximize the amount of portable detectors at once. Between the before and the after configurations of the 3D mechanical model find out improvements. This paper shows that the proposed development scheme improves the test performance efficiency compared to previous scheme.

  • The first phase of architecture design is the field survey of the site and its surroundings. To gather the information there are two methods :the traditional method of an onsite survey, and recently using 3D geometry data and high quality image mapping from online services such as Google Earth. However, the urban condition is fast changing, and information from online services may lack sufficient information. This paper presents the to fast and effective site survey method for urban site using an affordable and fully automated UAV for the architectural design field.

Application of unmanned helicopter on pest management in rice cultivation (무인 항공기 이용 벼 병해충 방제기술 연구)

  • This research was conducted to determine the alternative tool of chemical spray for rice cultivation using the unmanned helicopter(Yamaha, R-Max Type 2G-remote controlled system) at farmer's field in Korea. The unmanned helicopter tested was introduced form Japan. In Korea the application of chemicals by machine sprayer for pest management in rice cultivation has been ordinarily used at the farmer's level. However, it involved a relatively high cost and laborious for the small scale of cultivation per farm household. Farm population has been highly decreased to 7.5% in 2002 and the population is expected to rapidly reduce by 3.5% in 2012. In Japan, pest control depending on unmanned helicopter has been increased by leaps and bounds. This was due in part to the materialization of the low-cost production technology under agricultural policy and demand environmentally friendly farm products. The practicability of the unmanned helicopter in terms of super efficiency and effectiveness has been proven, and the farmers have understood that the unmanned helicopter is indispensable in the future farming system that they visualized. Also, the unmanned helicopter has been applied to rice, wheat, soybean, vegetables, fruit trees, pine trees for spraying chemicals and/or fertilizers in Japan Effect of disease control by unmanned helicopter was partially approved against rice blast and sheath blight. However, the result was not satisfactory due to the weather conditions and cultural practices. The spray density was also determined in this experiment at 0, 15, 30, and 60cm height from the paddy soil surface and there was 968 spots at 0cm, 1,560 spots at 15cm, 1,923 spots at 30cm, and 2,999 spots at 60cm height. However, no significant difference was found among the treatments. At the same time, there was no phytotoxicity observed under the chemical stray using this unmanned helicopter, nor the rice plant itself was damaged by the wind during the operation.

An Improvement of Efficiently Establishing Topographic Data for Small River using UAV (UAV를 이용한 소하천 지형자료 구축에 관한 효율성 제고)

  • Due to the recent technical development and the enhancement of image resolution, Unmanned Airborne Vehicles(UAVs) have been used for various fields. A low altitude UAV system takes advantage of taking riverbed imagery at small rivers as well as land surface imagery on the ground. The bathymetric data are generated from the low altitude UAV system. The accuracy of the data is analyzed along water depths, comparing GPS observations and a DSM generated from UAV images. It is found that the depth accuracy of the geospatial data below 50 cm depth of water satisfies the regulation(${\pm}10cm$ spatial accuracy) of bathymetric surveying. Therefore this research shows that the geospatial data generated from UAV images at shallow regions of rivers can be used for bathymetric surveying.

  • An unmanned speed sprayer was developed using a remote control and an inductive cable guidance systems to protect operators and environment from hazardous pesticides. The sprayer consists of a remote control system, an induction system, obstacle detectors, control actuators and an one-chip microcomputer. The sprayer can be operated by the induction guidance and/or remote control. The following summarize characteristics of the developed speed sprayer. 1) Both the remote control and the induction guidance operation were possible with the developed speed sprayer. 2) Sixteen functions of the forwarding, backing, halting, steering, 3-way valve for nozzles and fan operating etc. were utilized on the remote control system. 3) It was concluded that the DTMF method, having less transmitting error, performed better than the FSK method for an agricultural remote controller. A radio station may be necessary. 4) The digital inductive guidance system, consisting of five low-impedance detection coils and a window comparator circuit, performed better than the analog detecting system, guiding route using inductive voltage differential from tow detection coils.

  • Currently, the domestic UAS technology is lagging behind the leading countries in terms of both advanced technology and industrial competitiveness, but it cannot avoid the global efforts of integrating UAS into existing manned aviation system and applying them to industries. UAS is a relatively new system to existing aviation world, but ICAO is making a great effort to help Contracting States and the aviation industries to better understand and promote UAV systems. In particular, the UAS is classified as RPAS and other UAS, leading to the standardization work for integrating the RPAS into the manned aviation in the near future. For this purpose, ICAO has been promoting the standardization for the global operation of the RPAS, and in this study, it has been carrying out the study on the strategy to establish the domestic RPAS certification system including the ICAO standardization activities. This paper analyzes the domestic and international regulatory frameworks for RPAS and presents a strategy for building the domestic RPAS certification system.
