  • The latest movement in live video streaming service is mobile personal broadcasting (MPB), which refers to consumers accessing the service through social media with mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablet PCs. This service is possible through the advancements in mobile video technology and platforms. Features such as enhanced user interaction, personalization, and real-time broadcasting, combined with a greater variety of content, have led to the development of MPB. The increase in MPB users calls for research, including that on the hedonic motivational angle. This study aims to assess MPB users' intrinsic motives through the hedonic-motivation system adoption model (HMSAM) using seven factors: joy, temporal dissociation, escapism, focused immersion, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and intention to watch. Survey data collected from 154 samples were analyzed with statistical techniques, such as structural equation modeling. Results showed that time dissociation, escapism, and perceived ease of use have a positive relationship with heightened enjoyment. Joy significantly affects focused immersion and intention to watch. Escapism also had a statistically significant influence on focused immersion. This study contributes to the advancement of the MPB study under the HMSAM theoretical framework and offers practical suggestions to managers to enhance MPB content viewership.

  • Individual recognizes knowledge sharing as a transaction action. This transaction occurring in knowledge sharing is considered as a special and complicated transaction derived from employee's relationship rather than a economic transaction. In addition, It is important that knowledge sharing among individuals is established through a closed interrelationship with situation. In this point of view, knowledge sharing can be explained by a social exchange relationship. Therefore, there are two study's purpose as follows. • As the era of metaverse approaches, there are challenges that need to be solved. Among them, 'cyber motion sickness' is a representative problem from 2016;when VR technology began to attract attention. According to the theory of sensory conflict, motion sickness is caused when the perceived direction of motion information and the expected value are not the same. The paper was written to theoretically explore the relationship between brain cognition and cyber motion sickness, and to prove the effect of user immersion on motion sickness symptoms based on this. Through the SSQ experiment, it was found that the rotation value of the camera aggravates the symptoms of cyber motion sickness and can alleviate cyber motion sickness by increasing the immersion of the game by giving the viewer visual and shift missions to solve. This study was conducted to solve the problem of cyber motion sickness during the process of developing the VR rhythm game "beatale", and it is expected to be the basis for improving cyber motion sickness not only in the development of the project but also in the production of VR contents in the future.

  • A rapid increase was observed among individuals who want to communicate through a Social Networking Service (SNS). The increasing number of SNS users who create and share information resulted in a huge volume of SNS information. This deluge of information decreases the interest of SNS users, thereby prompting them to generate stimulating and exaggerated information to draw attention to themselves. This study aims to examine the effect of SNS users' desire for attention and share their tourism experience. This study utilizes use and gratification theory and investigates the moderating effect of gender. The analysis shows that the desire for attention influences sharing of tourism experience through compliance and identification at the level of SNS commitment. Gender difference was observed between compliance and identification. This study provides theoretical and practical implications based on the results.

  • Using Technology Acceptance Model and flow theory as our foundation, this paper investigates the interrelationships among social influence, individual cognition, flow, and actual usage in the Web 2.0 environment. According to TAM, users evaluate perceived usefulness(PU) and ease of use(PEU) of information technology(IT) in accepting the innovative IT. Along with users' cognitive evaluation(i.e. PU and PEU), in case of UCC(user-created-contents), which is one of the representative Web 2.0 features, flow also has a significant effect on users' usage. Accordingly, the current study involve cognitive elements such as PU and PEU as well as flow of enjoyable state during using IT in exploring antecedents leading to UCC usage. On one hand, we consider the effect of social influence on users' cognition and flow toward actual usage because the more users creates Web contents, the more long-tail situation prevails on the Internet. Web 2.0 becomes a kind of social phenomena. The empirical results show that social influence affects positively both PU/PEU and flow. Users' cognitive evaluation and flow have positive impacts on users' UCC usage.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational virtue and leader member exchange on workplace-incivility by reducing workplace incivility. And second, to examine how incivility in the organization will affect affective commitment. Third, the effect of conscientiousness on the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization is examined. In this study, 234 domestic workers were surveyed and their hypotheses were verified for empirical study. This study revealed that organizational virtue and leader member exchange had negative effects on workplace-incivility, and organizational incivility also had negative effects on affective commitment. In addition, the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization showed that the lower the degree of conscientiousness in personality, the stronger the negative effect of workplace-incivility on affective commitment. Therefore, this study suggests that empirical studies show causal relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment in the organization. In addition, the moderating effect of conscientiousness on the relationship between workplace-incivility and affective commitment was demonstrated, and it is meaningful that the effect of organizational virtue, leader member exchange relationship and affective commitment is demonstrated empirically.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between PJF(person-job fit) and members' organizational commitment focusing on the mediating factor. Previous Studies have found that person-job fit has positive effect on organizational commitment, and self-efficacy has positive effect on the organizational commitment. On the other hand, the studies to identify whether self-efficacy has a role in mediation between PJF and the members' organizational commitment has been insufficient. To that end, we considered self-efficacy as the mediator of the relationship between PJF and organizational commitment. We used the data which to perform national policy research from 690 workers at a small or medium firm. As a result of verifying the suitability of the research model, it was suitable for the acceptance criteria. Besides the hierarchical regression analysis, bootstrapping was conducted to verify significance of mediating effect of self-efficacy. The main results are as follows. First, the variables, PJF, self-efficacy and organizational commitment showed a positive correlation. Second, PJF has a positive effect on self-efficacy and organizational commitment significantly. Also self-efficacy has a positive effect on organizational commitment significantly. Third, the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between PJF and organizational commitment is significant. In order to improve person-job fit, this study suggested that SMEs' owners should consider job rotation system and career development program for employees. Based on this study result and implications, we discussed limit of research and direction for future research.
