The Effect of the Artificial Intelligence Storytelling Education Program on the Learning Flow (인공지능 스토리텔링 교육 프로그램이 학습 몰입도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of artificial intelligence storytelling education program designed to help learning artificial intelligence based on storytelling, the most important element of human intelligence, on learning flow. To this end, a 16-hour artificial intelligence education program was designed and developed, and applied over 8 weeks to 19 gifted students in 5th and 6th grades of elementary school. Artificial intelligence storytelling education program was developed in the form of teaching and learning course plans for each class and storybooks. Artificial intelligence storytelling education program application results showed significant improvements in average scores in all 9 sub-factors of learning flow, including combination of challenges and abilities, integration of behavior and consciousness, clear goal, concrete feedback, focus on task, sense of control, loss of self-consciousness, Distortion of the sense of time, and self-purpose experience. In other words, it was confirmed that artificial intelligence storytelling education program was effective in improving learning flow.

  • CSA(Control Self Assessment) is a new internal control technique whose objective is to control the human resource performance, the manager's philosophy, the business ethics, the effective communication and decision making etc. The purpose of this study is to find out if the CSA improve the quality of internal control. With the questionnaire method the following conclusions are reached. 1) Level of the management supports influence the level of the workshop participation. 2) Anonymity during the workshop session influences the level of workshop participation. 3) Level of the organizational committment influences the level of the participation 4) The level of workshop performance significantly influences the level of internal contro improvement.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate work value of employees working at hotel, and how these work value effect the job commitment by hypothesis with research on documents and pre-examinations. The results of the study were as follows. First, intrinsic work value had a effect on job attachment, job responsibility, job importance. Second, extrinsic work value had a effect on job attachment, job responsibility, job importance. This research can heighten action administration's effect of organization supports for objective of organization achievement through individual's attitude and comprehension about work value influencing on conduct and test, practical use. Also, this research will utilize directly to solve problem of organization employee having different work value organization through analysis about work value.

  • 최근 Moving Picture Experts Group(MPEG)에서는 2차원 비디오 압축 표준인 Versatile Video Coding(VVC)에 이어서 다양한 영상 포맷들에 대한 압축 방식을 표준화하고 있다. 특히, 가상현실, 증강현실, 혼합현실 등의 지원을 위한 Six Degrees of Freedom(6DoF) 입체영상 콘텐츠들이 최근 다양한 분야들에서 활용되고 있는데, 6DoF 입체영상은 일반적으로 복수 시점의 고해상도 칼라영상과 깊이영상으로 구성된다. 이러한 고해상도의 6DoF 몰입형 입체영상을 제한된 네트워크 환경에서 완벽한 서비스를 목표로 MPEG에서는 몰입형 입체영상 압축 기술인 MPEG Immersive Video(MIV) 표준화를 활발하게 진행 중에 있다. MIV에서는 기본 뷰(Basic View)로 이루어진 영상과 추가 뷰(Addtional View)에서 중복성 높은 픽셀들이 제거된 아틀라스 패치로 이루어진 영상을 각각 VVC로 압축한다. 하지만 아틀라스 패치로 이루어진 영상의 경우에는 일반적인 2차원 칼라영상과 다른 특성을 가지기 때문에, VVC 인루프 필터 기술이 비효율적일 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 MIV 표준에서의 VVC 인루프 필터들의 성능을 분석한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 마커기반 증강현실 기술을 활용한 역사 교육 콘테츠 구현을 목표로 한다. 증강현실은 가상현실의 한 분야로 현실세계에 가상의 물체를 중첩함으로써 사용자에게 몰입감과 현실감 있는 정보를 제공하여, 사용자들에게 새로운 학습 경험을 확장시킬 수 있는 교육매체로 높은 관심을 받고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 세종대왕 시대의 유물을 EON Mobile을 사용하여 마커기반 증강현실 교육콘텐츠를 개발하였다. AR 마커를 통해 사용자와 상호작용 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 현실감, 몰입감, 지적 융통성 및 인지적 통찰성 등의 다양한 교육적 효과를 성취할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 본 논문은 몰입도와 생체신호 간의 상관관계를 분석하기 위한 데이터 수집 및 데이터 군집에 대한 연구이다. 스마트기기를 이용해 걸음 수, 심박 수, 수면깊이와 같은 생체 데이터수집과, 수집한 데이터를 토대로 사용자의 행동패턴을 분석한다. 사용자 생체 데이터를 k-means 클러스터링과 계층적 클러스터링을 혼합해 이용해 앞서 나열한 데이터와 사용자의 집중도와 연관관계분석이 최종 목표이다.

  • 본 연구에서는 게임에서 자연스런 대화를 통해 스토리 몰입을 제공하는 AI 캐릭터를 위한 LLM 활용을 소개한다. 사용자는 게임 속 AI 캐릭터와 대화하며 스토리를 이어간다. 게임 속에서 사용자는 정해진 대사를 선택할 수도 있고, AI 캐릭터와 대화할 때 직접 대사를 입력할 수도 있다. 대사를 입력하면 그에 맞는 AI 캐릭터의 답변이 제공되고, 앞으로의 스토리에도 영향을 미친다. 결론적으로 LLM 기반 AI 캐릭터와의 자연스러운 대화를 통해 게임의 몰입도와 접근성을 높이는 것이 본 연구의 목표이다.

The Case Analysis of Career Commitment using Holland's Hexagonal Model Profiles (Holland 6각형 프로파일을 통한 진로몰입 사례분석)

  • This study was designed to analyze the behavior characteristics of people, who have the same or similar Investigative (I) and Enterprising (E) Holland code scores, toward their career commitment. The calculus of the two codes is .16, which means that they are inconsistent and full of oppositions. Especially, the focus of the analysis is whether there are any differences in career commitment between people who have similarly high or low scores of their I and E codes and, if there are differences, what are their characteristics The analysis shows that the participants with high scores of their I and E codes have strong career commitment. They are highly goal oriented and motivated and with a long future time perspective they seek for progress in their careers. Due to their high career expectations and career resilience, they are willing to invest in their careers and put up with a certain level of sacrifice. They place the emphasis on their independence and are not very influenced by the surrounding environment. While the participants with low scores of their I and E codes also perceive the importance of their career commitment, they are very much affected by people and external stimuli. As a result, their efforts in terms of their career commitment are easily disturbed and lowered. The critical factor causing the difference between these two types of people is related to the score of their Social(S) code. This research has the potential to provide improvement points for career counselling.

The Meditating Effects of Public Employees Professionalism on the Relationship between Public Occupational Ethical Awareness and Organizational Commitment (공무원 직업윤리의식과 조직몰입의 관계에서 직업전문성의 매개효과)

  • Occupational ethical awareness is a system of norms and standards of behavior and an important component of professionalism that affects organizational performance and commitment. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of professionalism on the relationship between job ethics and organizational commitment of civil servants. A survey was conducted on 300 central government officials with more than one year of employment. 261 copies were used for the final analysis. The results are as follows. First, the vocational ethics of civil servants had a significant effect on professionalism. The higher the years of service, the higher the level of ethics. Second, the work ethic of public officials had a significant effect on organizational commitment. These results can be interpreted as the internal commitment of civil servants to the state of work ethic. Third, the mediating effect of professionalism was verified in the relationship between public morality and organizational commitment. Based on these results, the public ethics of public servants are the basis for accepting public values and goals. Vocational expertise with embedded codes of conduct and value systems influences organizational commitment. As a practical implication for improving the ethical ethics of public officials, education programs for improving ethical consciousness according to job titles and duties were provided, and the ethical ethical competence was presented.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the mediating effects of knowledge management activities in the relationships between superiors' transformational leadership and their organizational commitment and between the their transformational leadership and knowledge management activities and organizational commitment by industry with 635 employees of large companies as the participants in this research. The results of this research can be summarized as follows. It was found that the superiors' transformational leadership had significant effects on their knowledge management activities and organizational commitment. Also, it was found that their knowledge management activities had significant effects on their organizational commitment. It was found that the superiors' transformational leadership had partial mediating effects with regard to the mediating role of their knowledge management activities in their organizational commitment. Finally, the results of the analysis by industry showed that the effects of the superiors' transformational leadership on their knowledge management activities were the greatest in the service industry and the effects of their knowledge management activities on their organizational commitment were also the greatest in the service industry. It was also found that the effects of the superiors' transformational leadership on their organizational commitment were the greatest in the IT industry. In this research, it was recognized that transformational leadership plays an important role as a prerequisite factor for promoting organizational effectiveness, and these results imply that transformational leadership means not only achieving goals, but also pursuing changes and innovation and, at the same time, developing the latent capabilities and strengths of the organization's members and promoting their confidence and passion by stimulating their positive strengths, so that they can achieve higher than expected outcomes.
