Development of a mobile healthcare application based on tongue diagnosis (설진 기반 모바일 건강관리 애플리케이션 개발)

  • A mobile healthcare application is a healthcare software application designed to run on mobile devices such as smartphone and tablet computers. Mobile healthcare applications have enormous potential for monitoring and care everyday living of patient with chronic disease. In fact, mobile healthcare applications are found to be active in various fields. However, the development is rarely done in Korean medicine field. The aim of this study was to develop the healthcare application based on the tongue diagnosis. The process included planning, designing, programming, and revising. Through a pilot study, the application was found the improvement requirement, and to be usable in the real-life settings.

  • 자바스크립트는 현재 웹 사이트에서 클라이언트 사이드 프로그래밍의 언어로 널리 쓰이고 있다. 최근 들어 RIA(Rich Internet Application)의 등장과 함께 모바일 환경에서의 인터넷 접속이 증가하면서 자바스크립트 언어의 수행 성능이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자바스크립트 엔진 중 하나인 TraceMonkey에서 인터프리터로 루프(Loop) 수행 시 타입 체크 오버헤드 제거와 슈퍼바이트 코드 최적화를 적용하여 성능 향상을 꾀하고 이를 평가하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, we have designed a home network system based on WIPI. WIPI (Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) is the standard specification for the mobile platform made by the Mobile Platform Special subcommittee of the Korea Wireless Internet Standardization Forum(KWISP). The system consists of three parts - a server, client, and simulator, and all parts are developed with JAVA. People can control household appliances anytime, anywhere by using cell phones which can use the wireless Internet, so the system offers convenience to people.

  • 최근 다양한 모바일 기기를 통한 여러 가지 문제지가 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 종류의 기출문제를 풀고 답을 확인할 수 있는 문제지를 개발하고자 한다. 먼저 로그인 폼을 만들어 회원정보를 담고 여러 가지 문제를 입력하여 문제지를 만들고 문제를 다 풀면 자동으로 채점을 하여 일일이 점수를 계산하는 시간낭비를 줄였다.

Lightweight Framework For Supporting Mobile Web Development (초고속 모바일 웹 개발을 위한 경량화 프레임워크)

  • Mobile web applications are being used and changed rapidly due to the growth of mobile device performance. But, cost of development environment and standards make the high development cost and low productivity. It is main reason that the design and implementation of the applications are more time consuming than general computing environments. In this paper, we propose MWeb(MobileWeb)-Framework based on the agile methodology and Ruby on Rails that is a kind of framework for supporting mobile web application development using mobile web standards. This work consists of the mobile web development architecture and agile process model. MWeb-Framework will support the same user experience to the different devices. We validates the framework by implementing the case studies through suggested mobile web development framework. As a result, we can develop the mobile web applications with productivity and quality. In the future, we will suggest how to make the MWeb-Framework standardization and practically apply the frameworks the various case studies to improve framework potentially problems.

  • In this paper, we describe a design and implementation of Web Services that convert WML(Wireless Markup Language) Page into .NET Mobile Web Page. The Web Services has an advantage that is available everybody without restriction oi platform and programming language. In this paper, we implement the Web Services Provider providing of converting system and the Web Services Consumer using this system. The Clients can get results of .NET Mobile Web Page without difficulty through Web Server because of implementation of Web Services Consumer using Web Services. Also the clients can develop new application using Web Services without respect of its implement process.

  • 매쉬업은 공개된 Open API들을 이용하여 두 가지 이상의 서로 다른 자원을 섞어서 완전히 새로운 가치의 서비스를 만드는 것이다. 매쉬업은 미래 IT 융합 서비스의 효과적인 구현 방법으로써 그 관심도가 점점 높아지고 있으나 컴퓨팅 파워가 떨어지는 스마트폰 환경에서 매쉬업을 성공적으로 개발하기 위해서는 한정된 스마트폰 성능과 고성능 무선 인터넷 활용에 대한 이슈들을 고려해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 Open API들을 스마트폰에서 손쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 한 모바일 기반 매쉬업 개발 툴을 개발한다. 본 개발 툴은 사용자가 프로그래밍 지식을 가지고 있지 않더라도 손쉽게 Web 2.0 환경에서 제공하는 Open API들을 매쉬업할 수 있고, 별도의 솔루션을 구축하지 않아도 스마트폰 환경에서 매쉬업을 저비용 고효율적으로 제작할 수 있도록 지원한다.

Translation Techniques for Mobile Games (모바일 게임을 위한 번역 기법)

  • In the mobile gaming market, it is desirable for a specific content to be served on various platforms. Recently, it is a very important issue in the market for mobile games. This problem incurs extra cost, because we need to redevelop existing contents to be executed on another platforms. Moreover, the release of a new platform has spent much more effort and cost developing many contents in short period of time. Therefore, we need to research about translation techniques that enable the existing contents to run on a different platform. In this paper, we propose translation techniques for mobile games. The techniques can be applied on converting mobile contents to runnable contents on a new platform. To realize it, we design and implement a source-level contents translator which is targeting Android platform using the suggested techniques. Our source-level contents translator is implemented systematically by applying compiler theory. Also, we solve partially translation problems between different programming languages. The translator has been implemented separately divided into three tasks such as kernel porting, library mapping as well as language translation. We expect these techniques to increase utilization of existing mobile games and contribute to vitalizations of mobile contents industry.

  • Most people cause disputes not to do things they do not want to do. Therefore, in this study, the mobile roulette system was studied to make role sharing easy and fun. The role sharing method is to rotate the roulette through the mobile application installed on the smartphone and throw the dart to check the result with the mobile application. Through this study, it is possible to set the role sharing that most people do not like to be as fun as the game, and the conflict due to the role sharing between family members can be reduced. It is also expected that it will contribute to leisure activities, not just unconditional roles.

  • 코딩 교육이 초등학생부터 의무화 되어 프로그래밍의 중요성이 날이 갈수록 높아지고 있고, 현재 전 세계 공용어인 영어는 필수라 할 수 있게 된 사회이다. 본 논문에서는 유아에게 코딩과 영어를 지루하고 어려운 것일 거라는 틀을 깨고 쉽게 접할 수 있도록 하는 STEAM 코딩 교육을 적용한 유아용 영어 학습 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 유아가 직접 방향 코딩을 하여 길을 찾아가는 과정에서의 창의력 발달과 목적지에 도착했을 때 해당 과일의 영단어를 확인하고 발음을 듣게 하여 언어능력발달에 도움이 될 것 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
