In this paper we analyze the performance of the low latency pre-registration handoff method of mobile IP by computer simulation. Packet losses and delays are evaluated in terms of system utilization. Foreign agents that participate in the handoff process can be modeled as queues representing input and output ports. Therefore, we propose an analytical model of pre-registration handoff by using open queueing network model. Simulation results are shown for validating analytical estimates.

음성 인식은 사용자의 음성을 문자로 변환하는 기술로 최근 스마트폰의 사용자 인터페이스로 사용되면서 그 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 기존의 스마트폰용 사전 프로그램은 좁은 자판으로 인하여 입력과정에 오타가 많이 발생하고, 찾고자 하는 단어의 발음은 알고 있지만 철자를 알지 못 하는 경우에 검색할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 음성 명령을 이용한 스마트폰용 영한사전 앱을 설계 및 구현하였다. 외부 음성 인식 서버를 이용하여 음성 명령을 이해하고 클라이언트에 SQLite를 이용하여 사전 데이터 베이스를 구축한다. 클라이언트는 서버로 사용자 음성을 전달하고, 서버는 음성 정보를 텍스트로 변환하여 클라이언트에게 제공한다[1]. 클라이언트는 서버로부터 전송받은 텍스트를 이용하여 사전 데이터베이스를 검색하고, 그 결과를 사용자에게 보여준다.

모바일의 발전과 확산으로 인해 모바일 웹의 필요성이 높아지고 있으며 사용성과 접근성이 용이한 웹 기반에서 인적자원 시스템이 구축되고 있는 사례가 많아지고 있다. 인적자원과 관련된 모바일 애플리케이션 개발과 활용성에 대한 연구가 여러 기업에서 진행 중이며 국내외 인적 자원 시스템을 개발하고 있는 기업들은 모바일을 활용하여 인적자원 시스템에 다양한 각도에서 접근하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 논문은 모바일 웹 기반의 인사 시스템에서 감성 어휘를 구축하여 면접자가 면접을 통해 받은 감성이나 인상에 대한 정보를 면접자의 모바일을 통해 설문지 형태로 모바일 웹 기반으로 한 채용 시스템에 입력하게 한다. 입력된 정보는 감성 어휘의 특정 형용사를 기준으로 구축된 감성 사전을 통해 면접 환경 개선에 필요한 정보들을 시각적으로 제공하는 모바일 웹 기반의 감성 어휘 분석 모형을 설계하여 면접 환경 개선을 할 수 있는 시각화 모델을 제안한다.

People are experiencing severe navigation problems in mobile site Relatively limited research, however, has been conducted on mobile site navigation compared to web site navigation. This research aims to identify efficient mobile site navigation aids for timely preferred contents. It proposed timely menu system based on statistic data, and evaluates its efficiency through commercial beta test. We conducted a beta test in the fourth quarter of the year 2007. The total number of user is 12,000. The average number of PV (page view) by the experimental group was increased to 10% more than control group. Our results indicate that timely menu system helps people navigate mobile menu system more effectively.

The purpose of this study is to provide a way to develop the information quality of mobile real estate service and improve the false property through search filter service. I compared the cases of typical mobile real estate apps that are currently in use and analyzed the usage and service status by adopting 13 search filters that are the first priority when searching for real estate information. As a result, it has been shown that the provision of high quality search filter service is required to improve the information quality in order to provide users with quick and reliable information organically at any time and anywhere according to the definition of mobile real estate service. As a result, it is more prejudiced than the countermeasures against false fraudulent products, and it is satisfied with the needs of the users and provides the improved search filter service, so that it can be trusted with the definition of mobile real estate brokerage service, Providing quality services can be said to prevent the victims of fraudulent products.

As mobile devices have become widely popular, users want to use devices not only wireless but also mobile. Mobile IP is used to support mobility on TCP/IP network. In mobile IP, when a terminal changes location, the terminal requests a registration to Home Agent through Foreign Agent in new location. After the request is accepted by Home Agent, the terminal can use network again. We call this process as handoff. In mobile n, handoff provokes loss of data packets and network delay. In this paper, we describe the implementation of pre-registration which is a solution of the handoff problems. Pre-registration improves the traditional handoff mechanism by requesting registration through current FA before location change. This muchanism can decrease packet loss and network delay.

휴대폰이나 PDA와 같은 모바일 기기의 확산과 더불어 모바일 통신 환경을 기반으로 하는 모바일 교육 학습 모델이 교육의 질향상 및 교육 효과의 극대화를 꾀할 것으로 기대되는 실정이다. 또한 모바일 환경에서 학습자가 지속적이고 자기 주도적으로 학습을 하기 위해서 자기조절학전략이 필요하며, 이를 위해 모바일 학습환경에 적합한 MMIS(Motivation Metacognitive practice Interaction. Self-reflection: 자기 주도학습전략)모형을 설계하도록 하였다. 특히 학습자의 지속적인 흥미와 동기부여를 위해 에튜테인먼트(edutainment)전략을 활용하여 모바일 게임에 익숙한 학습자의 특성에 맞는 모형으로 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 MMIS 모형의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자가 스스로 학습 전략을 계획하고 통제할 수 있도록 게임의 난이도를 스스로 결정할 수 있다. 둘째, 학습자가 게임활동을 스스로 계획하고, 게임 결과를 모니터링 할 수 있다. 셋째, 사전에 게임에 필요한 학습 내용을 제공받음으로써 게임에서 좋은 결과를 얻기 위한 노력을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 게임을 할 때 해결하기 어려운 과제의 경우에는 교사나 게임에서 제공되는 힌트를 통해 스스로 필요한 도움을 찾아낼 수 있다.

모바일 멀웨어는 민감한 데이터의 도용, 기기 성능 저하, 금전적 피해 유발 등 다양한 위협을 내포하고 있으며 특히 피싱, 앱 기반 공격 및 네트워크 기반 공격과 같은 기술을 통해 모바일 장치를 악용할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 바이러스 백신 소프트웨어 및 강력한 암호 사용과 같은 보안 기술을 구현하면 모바일 멀웨어의 영향을 방지하고 완화하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다. 추가적으로 개인과 조직이 모바일 멀웨어와 관련된 위험을 인식하고 불리한 결과를 피하기 위해 이를 차단하기 위한 사전 조치를 취하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 조치에 대한 보안 예방책을 제안하고자 하며 이를 통해 보다 안전한 모바일 환경을 갖출 수 있을 것이라 판단한다.

본 논문에서는 어떤 주제에 대해 한 공간에 모인 사람들의 의견을 조사하기 위해 실시될 수 있는 모바일 즉석투표 시스템의 개발내용에 대해 기술한다. 이 시스템은 블루투스 스캐터넷 형성을 통해 특정 서버가 갖춰지지 않은 상태에서, 사전 관계가 지어있지 않은 모집단을 대상으로 투표를 실시 할 수 있다.

스마트폰을 비롯한 모바일 기기에 내장된 다양한 센서들로부터 수집되는 개인의 일상에 대한 정보인 모바일 라이프로그를 관리하고 검색하는 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존에는 에피소딕 메모리 형태로 저장된 모바일 라이프로그 상에서 사용자가 과거 정보를 찾고 회상하는 방법이 일반적으로 사용되었다. 이러한 방법에서는 사용자가 원하는 데이터를 찾기 위해서는 정확하고 충분한 데이터를 사전에 알고 있어야 한다. 하지만 사람은 처음부터 완전한 정보를 가지고 검색을 하는 것이 아니고 검색을 수행하면서 데이터간의 연관도를 바탕으로 추가적인 정보를 떠올리는 연관 검색을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 연관도 기반 검색을 위해 인지구조를 바탕으로 모바일 라이프로그를 표현하는 시맨틱 네트워크를 자동으로 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 정의된 구조를 바탕으로 네트워크를 구성하고 관계의 빈도수와 가중치 공유를 통하여 관계의 가중치를 학습한다. 구성된 시맨틱 네트워크상에서 활성화 확산을 기반으로 연관 검색을 수행함으로 방법의 유용성을 입증하였다.
