This paper is proposed a novel fuzzy disturbance observer based on backstepping method for nonlinear systems with unknown disturbance. Using fuzzy logic systems, a fuzzy disturbance observer with the disturbance observation input is introduced for unknown disturbance. To guarantee that the proposed disturbance observer estimates the unknown disturbance, the disturbance observation error dynamic system is employed. Under the framework of the backstepping design, the fuzzy disturbance observer is constructed recursively and an adaptive laws and the disturbance observation input are derived. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the validity of our proposed disturbance observer for nonlinear systems.

전기저장장치를 이용하여 전기사업법에 따른 발전사업을 하려고하는 경우 전기저장장치는 기존 발전설비에 비하여 상이한 특성을 갖는 신생 자원으로서 정부가 발전사업을 허가처분을 하는 데에 관련규정의 명확성이 문제가 될 소지가 있었다. 이와 관련하여 기존의 연구에는 주무관청이 해석에 따라 발전사업허가를 부여한 경우 소관 행정청의 해석을 존중한다는 "행정판단 존중(Chevron deference)의 원칙"을 적용하자는 주장이 있었다.(박훤일) 그러나 2014년 12월 "전기설비기술기준" 개정을 통해 전기저장장치가 발전설비에 추가됨에 따라 이러한 해석이론을 거치지 아니하고도 정부가 전기저장장치 설치자에게 현행 전기사업법 및 발전사업세부운영기준에 따라 발전사업을 허가하는 것이 가능해 졌다. 다만, 발전사업세부허가 기준 중 전력계통운영의 적정성 유지에 대한 심사와 관련하여 기준설정이 필요할 것인데, 이는 신뢰도 고시에 반영할 사항으로 판단하였다.

It is often claimed that the descriptive way of documentation is insufficient to define software requirements as being unambiguous. This is caused by not only the difference of knowledge and understanding of the stakeholder as to system but also the difference in the way of documentation like method of representation as well as depth of description. The study explains the process and results of applying a diagraming tool like UML to improve the requirements of GLORY(GLObal Resource management sYstem) initially defined in descriptive way. Especially, the result shows that the requirements are more accurately improved with the good hierarchies and well-leveled functionalities, with the help of diagraming tool, expecting easy maintenance of requirements and prevention of omission of requirements.

Polystyrene/polycarbonate 조성이 약 50/50인 3종류의 Poly(carbonate-g-styrene) 공중합체의 동적 탄성율, E*($\omega$)와 동적 스트레인-광학계수 O*($\omega$)을 유리전이 영역부근의 여러온도에서 동시에 측정하여 연구하였다. 두 개의 공중합체는 각각의 스티렌 그라프트쇄 에 5, 10 wt%의 MAH를 함유하고 있다. 이들 공중합체의 E*($\omega$)와 O*($\omega$)완화거동과 그라 프트 공중합체의 상용성과 연관하여 비교 고찰하였다. 공중합체들의 E*($\omega$)는 전형적인 무 정형 고분자의 유리전이 완하거동을 보였으며 정성적인 차이를 발견할수 없었다. 그러나 고 강도의 단일 tan$\delta$분산의 저주파수 영역에 미세분산을 나타내, 공중합체는 2상으로 분리되 어 있음이 추정되엇다. 폴리스티렌 그라프트체에 무수 말레인산 함유량이 증가함에 따라, 저 주파수 영역의 미세피크가 $\alpha$주분산에 병합되어 성분 고분자간의 상호 형동성이 증가함을 알수 있었다. 3공중합체의 유사한 기계적 특성과는 달리, 광학적 완화 스펙트럼 O*($\omega$)는 정 성적으로 명확한 차이를 보여 공중합체들의 광학완화 거동이 명확히 다름을 나타냈다. 기계 적 특성보다는 광학적 특성이 공중합체내의 성분 고분자의 미세한 완하 거동에 훨씬 민감한 응답을나타냈다. 이러한 특성적인 공중합체의 O*($\omega$)차이를 공중합체의 조성단일 고분자 PS, PC의 O*($\omega$)의 가성성을 가정하여 모사하였다 모사에서 구한 광학적 부분 기여 파라메 터를 사용하여 공중합체의 상용성을 고찰하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine pre-service teachers' noticing when evaluating peers' mathematical problem posing tasks. To this end, 46 secondary pre-service teachers were asked to create real-world problems related to permutation and combination and randomly assigned to evaluate peers' problems. As a result, the pre-service teachers were most likely to notice the difficulty of their peers' mathematics problems. In particular, the pre-service teachers tended to notice particular conditions in order to increase the difficulty of a problem. In addition, the pre-service teachers noticed the clarity of a question and its solution, novelty of the problem, the natural connection between real-world contexts and mathematical concepts, and the convergence between mathematical concepts.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of role clarity in the relationship between clinical decision-making abilities and job stress among advanced practice nurses at tertiary hospitals. Methods : The participants were 137 advanced practice nurses. The assessment tools were clinical decision-making in nursing scale, role ambiguity scale, and Korean occupational stress scale (KOSS-26). Data were analyzed with the SPSS/24.0 program and mediation analysis was performed according to the Baron and Kenny methods. Results : There were significant relationships between clinical decision-making abilities and job stress (r=-.33, p<.001), and role clarity and job stress (r=-.29, p=.001). Role clarity showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between clinical decision-making abilities and job stress (Z=2.02, p=.043). Conclusion : Therefore, to reduce advanced practice nurses' job stress, it is necessary to develop a program and strategies to increase their clinical decision-making abilities.

This paper examined the effect of long-term ad campaign for building of brand identity and the relationship between brand identity as a viewpoint of a company and brand image in a viewpoint of consumers. As a result, it was revealed that advertising played an important role to make brand identity. In specific, a long-term ad campaign with a consistent concept and message was more effective for consumers to imbue clear and differential brand traits. In addition, it is discovered that the consistency and durability of advertising message for the advertised brand are contributed to consumers' positive attitude toward the brand. This result was revealed from the comparison of print advertisements for two brands-'Chamisul fresh' and 'Chumchurum', which are alcoholic brands on an intense competition in the same soju market in Korea. While Chumchurum has been consistently focused on one core trait for the brand, Chamisul fresh has been concentrated on multiple brand traits in the advertising campaign for four years since the brand had been launched.

In recent years, the efforts for standards of Web contents accessibility and improvements of Web accessibility are expanded in the government, public institutions, university, enterprises. Korean Web Accessibility Guidelines, KWCAG 2.0, by comparison with 1.0, was able to provide more define alternative text in terms of image content, enhance guidance for accessing and use of the keyboard and for a clear distinction of data tables. In this paper, we developed a CMS(Content Management System) for everyone to be able to access to information easily in the mobile/web environments that are changing rapidly. The CMS, which is developed in this paper, is designed and manufactured based on KWCAG, W3C XHTML-1.0-Strict DTD, W3C CSS2 web accessibility and web standards. CMS builder is a WYSIWYG manner making it easy to use and manage, as well as a variety of the web was to operate in a mobile environment.

One issue with keyword search in general is its ambiguity which can ultimately impact the effectiveness of the search in terms of the quality of the search results. This ambiguity is primarily due to the ambiguity of the contextual meaning of each term in the query. In addition to the query ambiguity itself, the relationships between the keywords in the search results are crucial for the proper interpretation of the search results by the user and should be clearly presented in the search results. We address the keyword search ambiguity issue by adapting some of the existing approaches for keyword mapping from the query terms to the schema terms/instances. The approaches we have adapted for term mapping capture both the syntactic similarity between the query keywords and the schema terms as well as the semantic similarity of the two and give better mappings and ultimately 50% raised accurate results. Finally, to address the last issue of lacking clear relationships among the terms appearing in the search results, our system has leveraged semantic web technologies in order to enrich the knowledgebase and to discover the relationships between the keywords.

Healthcare service helps users' health management by collecting an individual user's activity and biometric data from mobile devices and by providing them to the user. As a result, it has become necessary to perform a research on how to show the collected data. According to information visualization, the same data can have various interpretations depending on how they are represented. Healthcare data must be elivered to information acceptors without errors or distortion as they are directly related to people's health. With the expansion of healthcare service by the development of technology, this study could measure various data from users and was started to provide a necessary guideline for the visualization of measured numerical data. To propose a specific visualization by applying the visualization direction, 5 types of data including present value, measured value, relative value, relation data, and prediction value were set as the values necessary for the continuous use of mobile healthcare. Visualization was proposed concretely by applying clarity, variable comparison, brevity, relation, reliability, independence, and contextuality, which are the criteria for vitalizing the healthcare service.
