해양미생물로부터 카로테노이드 색소의 생산을 위한 최적조건 (Optimal Growth Conditions for Carotenoid Pigment Production from marine Microorganism)

  • The optimal medium composition for the production of carotenoid pigment from Haloarcular sp. EH 1 as a dietary for fishes were 1.0% sucrose, 1.0% yeast extract, 25% sodium chloride, 0.3% sodium citrate, 0.2% potassium chloride, 2.0% magnesium sulphate, 0.002% ferric sulphate(pH 7.0). The incubation temperate, aeration rate and agitation speed were 40oC, 100ml medium/500ml vol. shaking flask, and 180 rpm/min. The carotenoid pigment production was highest after 5 days of incubation with the light.

  • 본 연구는 중요무형문화재 무용전승자의 이수제약요인을 파악하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 2010년 현재 중요무형문화재 무용부문 보존회에 등록되어 있고, 전수교육을 3년 이상 받은 사람이다. 구체적으로는 무용부문 보존회 3단체를 선정하여 1단체에 2명씩 총 6명의 참여자를 선정하였다. 자료수집은 반(半)구조화된 심층면담이 적용되었다. 수집된 자료는 분류분석하였으며, 전문가 회의를 통한 연구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 중요무형문화재 전승자의 이수제약요인을 개인적, 구조적, 대인적 제약으로 분석하였고, 본 연구결과를 토대로 중요무형문화재 전승자들의 이수제약 요인 해소를 위한 정책적 배려가 있어야 하겠고 입법에서는 더욱더 세밀하게 다루어져야 할 것이다.

db/db 당뇨모델 생쥐에서 손바닥 선인장의 항당뇨 효과 (Antidiabetic Activity of Opuntia ficus-indica var. sabotan on db/db Mice)

  • Opuntia ficus-indica var. sabotan was administered with diet for 5 weeks on db/db diabetic mice and its antidiabetic activity was investigated. Leaves of Opuntia ficus-indica var. sabotan inhibited the increase of body weight, glucose elevation in blood and urine, and protein excretion in urine, and protein excretion in urine. Opuntia ficus-indica var. sabotan also inhibited the intestinal maltase and sucrase activity on db/db Mice loaded with maltose and sucrose. However, it did not significantly lower HbAlc in blood of db/db mice. These results suggest that leaves of Opuntia ficus-indica var. sabotan could be effective on insulin-independent diabetic mellitus type 2.

Haloarcular sp. EH-1으로부터 생분해성 Poly-3-Hydroxyalkanoate의 생산 (Production of Poly-3-Hydroxyalkanhoate by Haloarcular sp. EH-1)

  • 천일염에서 분리된 고호염성균인 Haloarual sp. EH-1으로부터 PHA를 생산하여 PHA의 구조 및 성질 등을 검토하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. PHA를 GC chromatogram, IR 및 300MHz H-NMR로 분석한 결과 Haloarcnly sp. EH-1으로부터 추출된 PHA는 3-hydroxybutyric acid와 3-hydroxyvaleric acid 와 3-hydroxyvaleric acid의 중합체인 PBB/HV로 추정되었으며, thermal property는 $152.46^{\circ}C.$ 점도는 1.25dl/g 그리고 분사량은 $1.44 X 10^5$이었다.

Bifidobacterium을 이용한 인삼 요구르트의 개발 (Development of Ginseng yogurt fermented by Bifidobacterium spp)

  • The objective of this study was to develop bioactive ginseng yogurt, fermented by B. minimum KK-1 and B. cholerium KK-2, which showed transforming activity of ginseng extract to compound K. Among older people, 3% ginseng yogurt fermented by B. minimum KK-1 and mixed with Bifidobacterium KK-1, KK-2 showed the highest overall acceptability(6.80, 6.80) among 1%(3.87, 3.67), 2%(4.40, 4.53) and 3% ginseng yogurt. The pH of ginseng yogurt was lower than that of plain yogurt. During 9 days of storage, the pH of each yogurt slightly decreased and then increased until 15 days of storage. The 3 8.25 log CFU/g and B. cholerium KK-2; 7.78 log CFU/g). Therefore, ginseng might be used as a growth factor during the fermentation of yogurt. The L value of ginseng yogurt decreased, and the a and b values increased, with increasing ginseng concentration.

  • The protective effect of Bifidobacterium breve K-110, K-111 and B. infantis K-525 on carbon tetrachloride induced hepatotoxicity in rats was investigated. Among them, B. infantis K-525 had the most potent hepatoprotective activity. It reduced serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase levels to 51% and 80% of the $CCl_{4}-treated$ groups, respectively. In rat liver homogenate intoxificated with $CCl_{4}$, B. infantis K-525 inhibited in vitro as well as in vivo lipid peroxidation more than the other Bifidobacteria.

  • 본 논문에서는 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 강의시간표 작성 시스템 설계 방법을 제안한다. 강의시간표는 교과목의 강의시간, 강의실, 교수자 등의 정보를 시간표 테이블에 할당하는 문제이면서 스케줄링 문제이다. 강의시간표로써의 의미를 가지기 위해서는 강의실 중복 회피, 교수의 강의시간 중복회피와 같은 필수 제약조건(Hard Constraint)을 만족해야 한다. 또한, 강의시간표 문제는 NP-Complete 문제로 알려져 있으며 기존의 Exact 알고리즘으로는 최적 해를 구하는 것이 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 휴리스틱 알고리즘 중의 하나인 유전 알고리즘을 교과목의 강의시간 배정 부분과 강의실 배정 부분을 각각 별도의 부시스템 (Sub-system)으로 나누어 적용하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과 강의시간표로써의 의미를 가질 수 있는 필수 제약 조건을 만족시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • The Purpose of this study was to find in the art the basis of originality appeared on the fashion design and investigating the erotic expression appeared on the ornaments how art surrealism, pop art, post moderninism-formularize in the modern fashion. This study about the expression of eroticism and modren costume, through the source of pictures contained in art books and mode magazine and documents investingation has resulted as follows: First, the formality and contents that related art and fashion shows us a various aspect. That based on modeled characteristic and various technique of the art. Second, the expression of eroticism in fashion expressed differently in style, material and expression method that is more strongly, sometimes metaphorically with spirit of the time's. Third, the expression of eroticism in fashion whether direct way or symbolic way has appeared as partial exposure of the body. It is appearing to the course that can display individuality of each person over the taboo of the part and the previous limitation of fashion.

  • Acute oral toxicity of Bifidobacterium breve K-110, Bifidobacterium breve K-111, Bifidobacterium infantis K-525 were studied in Sprague-Dawley rats of both sexes. In this study, we examined number of deaths, clinical signs, bod weight and gross findings for 14 day after single oral administration of B. breve K-110,B. breve K-111 or B. infantis K-525 with different levels. They did not show any toxic effect in rats and oral LD$_{50}$ value was over 5 g/kg in rats.s.

전해 가공을 이용한 텅스텐 카바이드 미세축 제작 (Fabrication of Tungsten Carbide Microshaft Using Electrochemical Machining)

  • Tungsten carbide microshaft is used as micro-punch, electrode of MEDM (micro-electro-discharge machining), and micro-tool because it has high hardness and high rigidity. In this study, the tungsten carbide microshaft was fabricated using electrochemical machining. Concentration of material removal at the sharp edge and metal corrosion layer affect the shape of the microshaft. Control of microshaft shape was possib1e through conditioning the machining voltage and electrolyte concentration. By applying periodic voltage, material removal rate increased and surface roughness improved. The fabricated microshaft in $H_2 SO_4$ electrolyte maintained sharper end edge and better surface finish than those fabricated by other electrolytes.
