This paper investigates Buddhist sculptures of the Gulsan-sa School of Seon Buddhism, which was established by the priest Beomil(梵日) at Myeongju(溟州), present-day Gangneung(江陵) area, and prospered until the late Goryeo period. There are very few surviving Buddhist images at Gulsan2 temple-site showing the Buddhist art when Beomil or his disciples, Gaecheong(開淸) and Haengjeok(行寂), were active, except a set of huge stone pillars for temple-banners and a stone monk stupa. It is therefore necessary to focus on pieces of artworks in Gangneung and nearby areas to explore the characteristics of Buddhist art of Gulsan-sa from the late Silla to early Goryeo period. For example, the stone relief seated Buddha image, one of Four Buddhas of Four Directions, and a stone relief of standing Guardian King both from the stone pagoda at Mujin temple-site(無盡寺址) can be compared with stupa reliefs at the capital Gyeongju area in their high quality of carving. The stone octagonal base showing seven lions on each of seven sides at Boheon-sa(普賢寺) demonstrates that it was made as a part of an octagonal lotus pedestal for a Vairocana Buddha now lost. Since Boheon-sa was erected by Gaechung, a disciple of Beomil as a branch of Gulsan-sa, it is fair to assume that the Vairocana image at Boheon-sa might have been closely related to the Buddhist images at Gulsan-sa in its style and iconography. The stone seated Bodhisattva from Hansong temple-site(寒松寺址) displays a benign face, exquisite necklace, and exotic iconography in its hand gesture and high cylindrical crown. The stone seated Buddha at Cheonghak-sa(靑鶴寺), brought from a temple-site where fragments of roof-tiles with the inscription of Heukam-sa(黑岩寺) were discovered, displays the late Silla and early Goryeo period. Heukam-sa seems to have been related to Gulsan-sa or have been one of the branches of Gulsan-sa. Extant fragments of artworks at Myeongju implicate the high quality of Buddhist art of Gulsan-sa in its iconography and style as well as unique features of Gulsan-sa Seon School.

Thirty nine clones of ${\times}$Populus alba glandulosa were selected tentatively and planted in Hwasung in Kyunggi-do, Jinju in Kyungnam-do, Myongju in Kangweon-do. Height measurements after tree growing seasons, indicated significant differences between clones and locations. Interaction between clones and locations were not significant statistically. Among 39 clones, 65-29-19, 65-11-106, 67-47-10, 66-14-149, 64-6-44 were best performing clones. Height measurements in Hwasung Kyunggi, and Jinju Kyungnam were 3.83m, 4.02m respectively, while that in Myongju Kangweon was only 1.06m. Myongju plantation in Kangweon-do is located in altitude of 800m and its average annual temperature was $6.2^{\circ}C$. Retarded growth in this plantation is caused high altitude and low temperature of the plantation which resulted from nearly three monthes shorter growing period than two other plantations. It is also recommended that straightness of stem, branching, wood quality and insect and disease-resistance have to be considered as selection criteria along with growth performance.

The effect of xenobiotics on cytochrome P450 (CYP) and 7-ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) in hepatopancreatic microsome of surf clam, Coelomactra anti-quata, were investigated. The microsome isolated from the digestive gland of the surf clam, collected from the east coast of Korea, was in vitro exposed to p, p -DDT (0.1,0.4 and 1.0 mM) for 30 min and 2,3,7,8-TCDD (0.01, 0.04 and 0.1 ppb) and PCB-153 (0.01, 0.04 and 0.1 ppb) for 7 hr. In the case of DDT exposure, the CYP content and EROD activity of 1.0 mM exposure group increased up to about 117% and 120% of the DMSO solvent control group after 10 min. exposure, respectively. After 2 hr exposure of TCDD, the CYP content and EROD activity were also induced to the range of 103∼110% and 121∼139%, respectively. The PCB-153 exposure group showed 107∼115% of CYP content and 129∼140% of EROD activity after 2 hr exposure. Three test chemicals apparently induced CYP and EROD activity in the microsome of surf clam. The inducing potentials depend en the test chemicals.

In order to identify tactile sensibility factors of traditional silk fabrics and to provide prediction models for the sensibility factors by mechanical properties, seventeen different traditional silk fabrics were evaluated in terms of both tactile sensation and sensibility by using a modified magnitude estimation line scale Gongdan and Newttong with lower values for surface roughness(SMD), bending rigidity(B), and compression resilience(RC) were rated as softer, smoother, fluffier, and more pliable in tactile sensation than any other traditional silk fabrics whereas Nobangju haying higher B, SMD, and tensile resilience(RT) was touched as crisper, more rustling, and springier. Three different tactile sensibility factors including 'Feminine', 'Natural', and 'Casual' were obtained significantly by grouping fifteen different tactile sensibility descriptors. In the prediction models sensibility 'Feminine' was explained positively by SMD, which was supported by the fact that both Gongdan and Newtton were perceived as more feminine. Sensibility 'Natural' that was felt stronger as for Myoungju and Sa was predicted negatively by both fabric thickness(T) and RT. Finally, RC, elongation at maximum load (EM), and T predicted sensibility 'Casual' negatively, which results in its higher factor scores for Myoungju and Shantung, respectively.

Induction of cytochrome P45O (CYP) and 7-etholqresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) in the microsome exposed to 3-methylcholan-throne (MC), $\beta$-naphthoflavone (BNF) and phenobarbital-Na (PB) was investigated, Microsome was isolated from digestive gland of clam (Coelomactra antiquata) and then exposed to each chemical in concentration range of 0.1 to 1.0 mM for 7 hours. The CYP content and EROD activity in the microsome exposed to each chemical significantly increased compared to the control group. The overall CYP and EROD induction potency was in order of MC>BNF>PB. The induction response of EROD was two times higher than that of CYP level in the microsome exposed to MC, but the induction response of EROD was slightly higher than that of CYP level in BNF and PB exposure groups.

This study was carried out to measure the in vitro interaction of trialkyltin with the microsomal monooxygenase (MFO) system of the clam, Coelomactra antiquata. Cytochrome P450 (CYP) level and 7-ethonvesorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) activity were invetigated in the microsome isolated from digestive gland of the clam (C. antiquata) exposed to tributyltin chloride (TBTC), bis-tributyltinoxide (TBTO) and triphenyltin chloride (TPTC). The specific contents of CYP in clam microsome exposedto 0.4 mM TBTC, TBTO and TPTC for 20 minutes were decreased 52, 72 and $40\%$, respectively, compared to control group. The EROD activities also were inhibited by exposure to TBTO ($92\%$) and TPTC ($85\%$) except for TBTC, The level of CYP and the EROD actintles were decreased according to the OTC exposure concentrations. The toxic effects on the level of CYP and the EROD activities were in order of TPTC>TBTC>TBTO in this study. The measurement of CYP level and EROD activity could be applied as a biomarker for environmental study.

Technology that cannot be excluded from 4th industry is self-driving sector. The self-driving sector can be seen as a key set of technologies in the fourth industry, especially in the DB sector is getting more and more popular as a business. The DB, which was previously produced and managed in two dimensions, is now evolving into three dimensions. Among the data obtained by Mobile Mapping System () to produce the HD MAP necessary for self-driving, Point Cloud, which is LiDAR data, is used as a DB because it contains accurate location information. However, at present, it is not widely used as a base data for 3D modeling in addition to HD MAP production. In this study, MMS Point Cloud was used to extract facilities around the road and to overlay the location to expand the usability of Point Cloud. Building utility poles and communication poles DB from Point Cloud and comparing road name address base and location, it is believed that the accuracy of the location of the facility DB extracted from Point Cloud is also higher than the basic road name address of the road, It is necessary to study the expansion of the facility field sufficiently.

본 연구에서는 대학급식소의 성공적인 운영과 소비자들의 만족도를 향상시키기 위하여 서울지역의 5개 대학교에 재학중인 남녀 대학생 500명을 대상으로 대학급식소의 음식에 대한 중요도와 수행도, 서비스에 대한 기대도와 인식도를 5점척도로 측정하였다. 음식의 품질에 대한 중요도는 ‘음식의 맛’이 4.39로 가장 높았고 ‘가격’(4.21), ‘음식의 간’(4.17), ‘메뉴의 다양성’(4.14), ‘음식의 온도’(3.96), ‘음식의 양’(3.81), ‘음식의 외관’(3.61)순으로 나타났다. (중략)

웹은 초기에 단순한 정적인 문서정보를 공유하는 형태에서 동적 상호작용을 하는 형태로 발전되어 왔다. 특히 HTML5의 출현으로 기존의 HTML에서는 외부 플러그인을 통해서만 구현할 수 있었던 오디오/비디오 등의 멀티미디어 및 SVG와 캔버스를 이용한 2D/3D 그래픽 처리가 가능하게 되었다. 또한 HTML5와 Javascript를 통해 유저와의 상호작용 처리가 강화되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 HTML5의 특징을 기반으로 게임을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크를 설계하고 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 가상환경을 위한 3차원 협동 저작도구를 제안한다. 이 시스템은 Client-Server 구조로서 Java분산 어플리케이션 모델인 3-tier 모델을 이용하였고, 3차원 장면 표면을 위해 자료구조는 Java 3D의 Scene Graph를 이용한다. 그리고 작업자의 역할 구분과 Client에서 공동작업물의 저장 기능을 부여하고 공동 작업의 결과를 Client에게 선택적으로 보여지게 함으로써 Client-Server 구조와 pessimistic Locking의 단점을 보완한다.
