  • In this paper, we proposed an SNS review analysis method based on deep learning for user tendency. The existing SNS review analysis method has a problem that does not reflect a variety of opinions on various interests because most are processed based on the highest weight. To solve this problem, the proposed method is to extract the user's personal tendency from the SNS review for food. It performs classification using the YOLOv3 model, and after performing a sentiment analysis through the BiLSTM model, it extracts various personal tendencies through a set algorithm. Experiments showed that the performance of Top-1 accuracy 88.61% and Top-5 90.13% for the YOLOv3 model, and 90.99% accuracy for the BiLSTM model. Also, it was shown that diversity of the individual tendencies in the SNS review classification through the heat map. In the future, it is expected to extract personal tendencies from various fields and be used for customized service or marketing.

  • Initial response is important in marine oil spills, such as the Hebei Spirit oil spill, but it is very difficult to predict the movement of oil out of the ocean, where there are many variables. In order to solve this problem, the forecasting of oil spill has been carried out by expanding the particle prediction, which is an existing study that studies the movement of floats on the sea using the data of the float. In the ocean data format HDF5, the current and wind velocity data at a specific location were extracted using bilinear interpolation, and then the movement of numerous points was predicted by particles and the results were visualized using polygons and heat maps. In addition, we propose a spill oil particle matching algorithm to compensate for the lack of data and the difference between the spilled oil and movement. The spilled oil particle matching algorithm is an algorithm that tracks the movement of particles by granulating the appearance of surface oil spilled oil. The problem was segmented using principal component analysis and matched using genetic algorithm to the point where the variance of travel distance of effluent oil is minimized. As a result of verifying the effluent oil visualization data, it was confirmed that the particle matching algorithm using principal component analysis and genetic algorithm showed the best performance, and the mean data error was 3.2%.

  • This research suggests a design process that effectively complements the human-centered design through an objective data-driven approach. The subjective human-centered design process can often lack objectivity and can be supplemented by the data-driven approaches to effectively discover hidden user needs. This research combines the data mining analysis with co-design process and verifies its applicability through the case study on the smart heating jacket. In the data mining process, the clustering can group the users which is the basis for selecting the target groups and the decision tree analysis primarily identifies the important user perception attributes and values. The broad point of view based on the data analysis is modified through the co-design process which is the deeper human-centered design process by using the developed workbook. In the co-design process, the journey maps, needs and pain points, ideas, values for the target user groups are identified and finalized. They can become the basis for starting new product development.

  • This paper proposes to strengthen the technological capabilities of small and medium enterprises on the establishment of a component standardization system and the localization of parts, which is the basis of the marine wind industry. The wind industry is a natural energy industry that countries around the world are paying attention to, and continues to invest and research and development. In particular, most companies are focusing on research and investment in component development, the smallest unit. Therefore, it is believed that we should focus on the three most fundamental and underlying wind industry, an eco-friendly energy industry that could determine the fate of the nation in the future. First, an understanding of the roadmap for standardization should be prioritized. Second, it is necessary to establish a domestic standardization of international standards according to domestic conditions. Third, localization of high value-added single products and components should be achieved by lowering dependence on overseas imports. In the future, it is hoped that the wind industry, centered on small and medium-sized enterprises, will become a solid-based national industry and be completed as a national infrastructure leading the global wind market.

  • The recent advancements in Smart City and Digital Twin technologies have highlighted the critical role of integrating GIS and BIM in urban planning and construction projects. This integration ensures the consistency and accuracy of information, facilitating smooth information exchange. However, achieving interoperability requires standardization and effective project integration management strategies. This study proposes interoperability solutions for the integration of GIS and BIM for managing various projects. The research involves an in-depth analysis of the IFC schema and data structures based on the latest IFC4 version and proposes methods to ensure the consistency of reference point coordinates and coordinate systems. The study was conducted by setting the EPSG:5186 coordinate system, used by the National Geographic Information Institute's digital topographic map, and applying virtual shift origin coordinates. Through BIMvision, the results of the shape and error check coordinates' movement in the BIM model were reviewed, confirming that the error check coordinates moved consistently with the reference point coordinates. Additionally, it was verified that even when the coordinate system was changed to EPSG:5179 used by Naver Map and road name addresses, or EPSG:5181 used by Kakao Map, the BIM model's shape and coordinates remained consistently unchanged. Notably, by inputting the EPSG code information into the IFC file, the potential for coordinate system interoperability between projects was confirmed. Therefore, this study presents an integrated and systematic management approach for information sharing, automation processes, enhanced collaboration, and sustainable development of GIS and BIM. This is expected to improve compatibility across various software platforms, enhancing information consistency and efficiency across multiple projects.

  • Using portable XRF and SWIR analyzer, the characteristics of element dispersion and wallrock alterations induced by interaction between hydrothermal fluids and host rocks were investigated and ore exploration factors were estimated for the orogenic-type Samgwang Au deposits. On this purpose, in-situ measurements were conducted for 804 spots at regular intervals with a total of 4,824 times for host rocks, consisting of schist and gneiss, and altered wallrocks contacted with quartz veins in the Bonhang adit of the deposit, and the results were compared with quantitative data obtained by XRF and ICP analysis. The regression coefficients are 0.88 for major elements and 0.56 for trace elements, excluding V. For polished rock slabs, better results came out for major elements, 0.97 and for trace elements, 0.65. In altered wallrocks contacted with quartz veins, elements such as Fe, Zn, and Rb exhibit positive correlations with As in concentrations, while V forms a negative trend. Contour maps demonstrate that As, Zn, Rb, Fe, Ti, Cr, and Ni are enriched together near quartz veins, showing similar elemental behaviors. In-situ analysis using portable SWIR analyzer represents that schist and gneiss contain mica, illite, chlorite, sericite, amphibole, and epidote, while illite, sericite, gypsum, and mica are present in the altered rocks contacted with quartz veins. In contour maps, chlorite occurs mostly in host rocks, while sericite is concentrated near quartz veins. These results are similar to those of previous studies for element dispersion and hydrothermal alteration, and support the possibility for application of in-situ analysis on the exploration of orogenic gold deposit.

  • Technology planning is becoming increasingly important with the rapid development and decline of technology. Technology roadmapping is a tool used to select whether the specific technique of technology planning should pursue which technology and in which time. This technology is important to secure the uncertain future since it will provide a method that is able to share the goals and strategies between organizations. Therefore, technology tree in the planning stage of the problem would be a very useful tool. In this study, both domestic and international technology tree application cases were analyzed to be able to derive a plan for ensuring that the research performed and the requirements are met for the future development and implementation of a convergence portal system. The six major systems that aim at water hazard information platform are basic information providing system, analysis information providing system, water disaster theme providing system, national disaster information system, water disaster augmented reality system and open information platform system. General standardized core technologies corresponding to the needed functions in each target system are derived through brainstorming, and classified according to the technology field to derive the technology tree.

  • Block-chain enjoys technical advantages such as "robust security," owing to the structural characteristic that forgery is impossible, decentralization through sharing the ledger between participants, and the hyper-connectivity connecting Internet of Things, robots, and Artificial Intelligence. As a result, public organizations have highly positive attitudes toward the adoption of technology using block-chain, and the design of university information services is no exception. Universities are also considering the application of block-chain technology to foundations that implement various information services within a university. Through case studies of block-chain applications across various industries, this study designs an empirical model of an integrated information service platform that integrates information systems in a university. A basic road map of university information services is constructed based on block-chain technology, from planning to the actual service design stage. Furthermore, an actual empirical model of an integrated information service in a university is designed based on block-chain by applying this framework.
