With increasing demand for fast and reliable, yet economical data storage devices, the role of optical disk technology is becoming more important. In recent years, advanced laser technology combined with new materials has given the competitive edge over the traditional magnetic memory devices both in memory capacity and reliability of data retrieval. Continuing effort is being put into developing smaller and more complex structures for optical disks to increase their memory density. Characterization of such multilayered structure requires not only high spatial resolution for observation but also laborious specimen preparation. In this paper, the method of preparing optical disk specimens for TEM characterization is described in detail. The microstructural features in optical disks observed by TEM are also discussed.

국제투명성 기구가 발표한 우리나라 부패인식 지수는 2008년을 기점으로 매년 하락하는 추세를 보이고 있으며, 지난 2013년 55점(세계 46위, OECD 34개국 중 27위)를 나타내고 있다. 현대사회에서 공직자의 부패문제는 과거부터 꾸준히 제기되어온 해결과제라고 할 수 있으며, 최근 몇 년간의 문제만은 아니라는 것을 의미한다. 다산 정약용의 저서 "목민심서" 율기육조 중에서 제2조 청심에서 청렴은 수령의 기본임무이고, 모든 선의 근원이요 모든 덕의 근본이니, 청렴하지 않고서 수령 노릇을 할 수 있는 자는 없다고 하였다. 이는 공직사회의 청렴성을 중요시 하는 것으로 현대사회를 살아가는 공직자에게 귀감이 된다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 최근 경찰공무원의 청렴성이 대중매체의 도마에 끊임없이 회자되며, 이는 경찰조직구성원 전체에 대한 신뢰를 저하시키는 요인으로 작용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경찰부패와 청렴도 제고에 관련되는 선행연구를 검토하고, 경찰조직의 내 외적 환경에서의 청렴도 제고를 저해하고 있는 문제점을 도출하여, 이에 관한 개선방안을 제시하도록 하였다.

This study explored the user's information needs and information behavior for the development of academic library services. The content analysis of qualitative data showed that the in-depth interview participants have six types of information needs such as 'suitability, up-to-dateness, uniqueness, reliability, practicality, and convenience' while going through societal, educational, and research-related changes. Interview participants solved their information needs by acquiring the resources necessary for each individual's task through information behaviors using information media, human resources and the places. Each participant tried to solve his/her information problem through individual efforts based on their different media and information utilization capabilities. Based on the analysis, this study presented four directions in the development of academic library services. They are an personalized information literacy service, a space to meet the characteristics of information needs, an infrastructure platform for exchanging human resources, and an accessible support service for utilizing information media.

When people try to find restaurant information via search engine results, they look at posts not only from sites with solely restaurant reviews but also from sites with restaurant unrelated contents. This study aims to investigate whether relevance between post and blog type affects users' trust toward a review. This study also attempts to check if the above effects interact with age. We designed a restaurant review post for two different blogs: one featuring restaurant review and another that does not feature restaurant reviews. After our participants visited one restaurant review post, they answered our questionnaire. We conducted an online survey on 206 participants to test our research model. Results show that 1) the effect of relevance between post and blog type on message credibility, which is users' trust toward restaurant reviews, is not greater when posts are consistent with the theme of a blog. 2) Among users who are over 30 years old, relevance between post and blog type moderates the relationship between media skepticism, which is users' feeling of mistrust toward blog, and belief in expertise, that is, users' belief that the review post provides sufficient restaurant information. 3) Users' perceived value of the restaurant review post mediates the relationship between users' belief in the expertise in a post and users' intention to seek additional information.

The purpose of this study is to find an efficient marketing strategy in terms of media channel communications using one specific case study. Results of previous studies have shown that consumers' exposure to TV, newspaper, radio and magazine related to description of corporate image tends to be influential for consumers' product image, which mainly consists of product preference, expertise, and credibility. It means that media strategy should be different, depending on what kinds of image they try to be purposive. In conclusion, we concluded that TV and radio should be the best vehicle for increasing consumers' positive preference rather than those of newspaper and magazine. Newspaper and magazine are also influential in terms of expertise, and newspaper and magazine should be better than TV and radio in terms of credibility. The results of this study should be similar to previous studies in that TV and radio should be more inducing interest, and print media should be more credible than TV and radio.

최근 소형 임베디드 시스템에서 고사양 컴퓨터 시스템까지 저장매체로 낸드 플래시 메모리를 채택하고 있다. 낸드 플래시는 물리적 성질로 인해 비트 오류가 발생하며 저장매체로써의 신뢰성이 부각되고 있다. 낸드 플래시 연구를 위해 낸드 플래시 하드웨어로 실험 환경을 구성할 경우 다른 종류의 낸드 플래시 하드웨어를 테스트하려면 전체 실험 환경을 수정해야 하는 번거로움이 발생한다. 본 논문은 실제 낸드 플래시의 비트 오류율(Bit Error Rate : BER)을 수집하여 비트 오류 발생 모델을 구축하였고 리눅스 커널의 낸드 플래시 시뮬레이터인 NANDSim에서 가상으로 생성한 낸드 플래시 종류에 따라 비트 오류율을 적용하여 소프트웨어적 실험 환경을 구성하였다.

기상이변으로 인하여 많은 재난이 발생하고 있지만 신속하게 재난발생 전후 상황을 전달받지 못하는 재난방송 음영지역이 많이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구는 대다수의 국민이 휴대하고 있는 DMB 수신기를 통해 재난정보를 수신할 수 있는 효율적인 전달매체로 소출력 국지적DMB재난방송을 활용하는 것에 대하여 연구하였다. 기존에 국민안전처 재난상황실에서 운영하고 있는 DMB재난방송시스템은 KBS 방송국등 지상파 DMB를 통하여 EWS 재난메시지를 송출하는 방식으로 운영하고 있지만 EWS 재난메시지를 수신할 수 있는 수신기는 극소수에 불과하여 실효성이 없는 상태로 일반 국민들을 대상으로 재난정보를 신속하게 전달할 수 있는 매체가 필요한 상태이며 재난상황과 재난 대피 방법등을 지역맞춤형 재난정보를 전달함으로 재난에 대한 국민의 신뢰도를 높이고 저비용으로 구축할 수 있는 소출력 국지적DMB재난방송의 활용방안을 연구하였다.

대부분 기업의 중요 기술정보 유출은 내부자에 의해 이루어진다. 기업의 핵심기술 및 정보유출을 방지하기 위하여 여러 분야에서 많은 투자와 연구가 진행되고 있지만 기술발전에 따라 업무환경과 일하는 방법이 변화하여 물리적보안과 정보보안을 분리한 기존 개별 통제방식은 효용성이 떨어지고 있다. 새로운 환경에 대응하기 위하여 보안 패러다임의 전환이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 물리적보안과 정보보안을 융합한 신뢰할 수 있는 인증기반(스마트카드/생체정보) 보안저장매체의 요구기능, 각 기능에 필요한 요소기술에 대하여 고찰한다.

많은 사용자들이 자신의 데이터를 휴대하기 위해 이동형 저장매체를 이용하고 있다. 하지만 이와 같은 이동형 저장매체는 분실 위험이 있으며, 휴대하지 않았을 경우 데이터에 접근하지 못한다는 불편함을 가지고 있다. 통신기술의 발달로 언제어디서나 다양한 기기를 통해 네트워크 접속이 가능하게 되었고, 많은 사람들은 원격 저장소 서비스를 통해 언제 어디서든 자신의 데이터를 저장 및 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 최근 이러한 원격 저장소 서비스를 제공하는 서버의 신뢰성 문재가 제기 되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 데이터의 암호화, 암호화된 데이터를 안전하게 검색할 수 있도록 하는 검색 가능한 암호기술이 연구되고 있다. 하지만, 기존의 검색 가능한 암호 기술은 분산된 서버 구조를 가지는 원격 저장소의 특성을 고려하지 않고 있어 바로 적용하기 어렵다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 원격 저장소 구조에 특화되어 있으며 빠른 암, 복호화 속도를 제공하는 검색가능한 암호 기술을 제안한다.

다양한 재난경보 전달 매체 중 재난문자 서비스는 재난 발생 시 재난 지역과 관련된 대국민 대상으로 재난경보를 빠르고 신뢰성 있게 전송할 수 있는 보편 매체이다. 현재 국내 재난문자 서비스는 2G/4G 셀룰러 환경에서 셀룰러 이동 단말기에 재난문자를 전송한다. 특히 4G 이상의 셀룰러 시스템은 재난문자 전송을 위하여 SIB를 이용한다. 그러나 현 재난문자 서비스는 셀룰러 이동 단말기만 수신이 가능한 한계를 보인다. 재난경보 수신의 성공률을 높이기 위하여 다양한 수신 단말기의 재난문자 서비스 지원이 필수적이다. 현재 NB-IoT는 4G 셀룰러 환경을 기반으로 광범위한 지역에 저전력 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 NB-IoT가 재난문자 수신을 위하여 필요한 프로토콜 규격과 NB-IoT 기반의 재난문자 서비스를 위한 네트워크 구조를 제시한다.
