2013년부터 1~3종 대기배출사업장의 자가측정에 관한 기록과 배출시설 및 방지시설의 운영기록부를 전산에 의한 기록, 보존하도록 운영하고 있으며, 2014년에는 4~5종의 대기배출사업장에 대한 대기배출원 조사를 시행할 예정이다. 대기배출원 관리시스템(SEMS)의 전산매체를 활용한 국가 대기배출원조사와 배출시설 및 방지시설의 운영기록부 전산화 등의 대기 배출원 관리를 통해 대기질 관리의 선진화를 앞당길 것으로 기대가 되고 있다.

This study is to investigate the relationship between the communication type recognized by members of organization and the learning transfer climate in the organization, and when it comes to the type of communications within organization set as independent variable, four variables such as communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook communication were proposed and regarding learning transfer climate which is a dependent variable, four sub-parameters such as supervisor support, colleague support, transfer opportunity and organizational compensation recognition were selected. 116 copies of the statistical data excluding statistically insignificant surveys were used for 150 participants who participated in the 2015 core competency curriculum for SMEs and 3 months have passed, in order to achieve this study's objective. Meanwhile, the research hypothesis was verified with the collected data through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, technical statistical analysis, and simple and multiple regression analysis by using the statistical package program of SPSS 20.0. Results of this study have shown that firstly, communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook communication all showed a positive (+) significant influence on the superior support in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and supervisor support which is learning transfer climate. Secondly, communication type in organization doesn't appear to affect colleague support of learning transfer climate. Thirdly, communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook except for communication with colleagues have shown a positive (+) influence on transfer opportunity in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and transfer opportunity of learning transfer climate. Lastly, communication with supervisor and communication on organizational outlook showed positive(+) influence in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and organizational compensation recognition of learning transfer climate.

Development of digital media in education field at America, UK, Japan etc bring big progress on digital device if education. Japan bring huge progress on digital education by nationally. UK use huge a national budget at digital education development and Sweden which is advanced country of education and a welfare state. Especially UK and Sweden's digital education markets are full now aspect more high quality design. Korea which is advanced country of IT adopted digital text book 2007 with mathematics, through science and English digital text book through the state. Korea's digital text book is in a transition period. that needs case study of advanced country of education for setting design guide and educational effect to digital education media and device plan. All researches are based on LG europe design center at London. Analysis by using KJ method, survey of questionnaire, heuristic method at 4 schools in UK and Sweden. Through analytical researches want to more reality simulation at digital education, and high quality contents with digital socialization. co-work with analog, can get any where, anytime user want without any difficulty. Also interactive GUI design of digital education device to easy to access for user. When plan Digital text book content and design needs methodical design guide for target who students and environment an in-depth study of the appraisal and method. The results of the research are introduce the design plan as a basic research and giving useful design plan to make digital educational media in Korea industrial aspect.

매체의 발달은 타이포그래피에 있어서 키네틱 타이포그래피의 활용을 통해 감정이 전달이 풍부해 질 수 있도록 해 주었지만 그 기본 근간이 되는 프레임의 면모를 살펴보면 지면이나 화면 한 페이지에서도 볼드나 행간의 간격, 폰트의 사용, 여백 등의 요소뿐 아니라 실험적 타이포그래피를 통해 감정을 표현할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

초등학교 통합학급에서의 교육은 과거의 분리교육에서 벗어나 포함교육을 지향하고 있다. 어느 정도의 장애를 떠나 일반학급에서 통합교육을 받고자 한다면 수용하고 그에 해당하는 교육과정과 필요한 지원을 하여야 한다. 특히 통합학급에서 아이들에게 교육하는데 있어서 정보매체를 활용한다면 교육적 효과는 다른 매체 보다 뛰어남을 알 수 있다. 과거의 셈하기와 읽기, 쓰기 교육에서 벗어나 생활중심의 교육이 강조되고 있는 취지에 적절한 정보매체를 활용한다면 보다 질 높은 교육이 이루어짐은 당연할 것이다. 하지만 통합학급의 특수교육 대상아동의 경우 여러 장애를 가지고 있으며 그 유형에 따라 다양한 매체들을 필요로 한다. 하지만 통합학급 환경은 그 필요성과는 달리 어떤 것들을 구비하고 있으며, 활용 실태는 어떻게 되는지 기준 안이 다소 미흡한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 그에 따른 통합학급의 정보매체의 활용실태 분석을 통하여 장애아동 유형별 갖추어야할 시설과 환경 및 자료들은 어떤 것들이 있는지 개선방안을 본 연구를 통해 제시해보고자 하는데 있다.

This study attempts to compare Jeonju Municipal Library(JML) and RCPL(Richland County Public Library). It was expected that the comparison would give public librarians some suggestions as to their libraries' strengths and weaknesses. JML has shown some weaknesses compared to RCPL, specially, in the quality and quantity sections of resources, budgets, areas of library, public relations, circulations, reading club enrollment are strengths of RCPL, compared to JML. However, JML has the strength in the participation of a lot of volunteers and visitors to the library. JML should extend and publicize the high service quality as the citizens' library.

The behavior of porous medium is modeled by linear thermoporoelastic behavior, linear poroviscoelastic behavior, poroplastic behavior, and poroviscoplastic behavior, etc. The behavior has, in general, a complicated aspect which makes a mechanical description of the problem with time. Constitutive modeling for deformation behavior of porous medium with coupling effects is needed since there is interaction between the constituents in pores with a relative velocity to each other. In this work, it is explained 3-dimensional behavior depending on degree of saturation for porous medium composed of homogeneous, isotropic materials. It is obtained the governing equations based on continuum porous mechanics. In addition, it is developed constitutive model which can be understood of behavior for porous medium which can be understood, analysed behavior of porous medium. It can be accomplished exact analysis and prediction of behavior in porous medium. The behavior for porous medium is analysed exactly, and the prediction of deformation behavior is accomplished. Consequently, it will be basis to analyze 3-dimensional behavior in municipal solid waste landfill, and the practical using of porous medium ground which are composed of nonhomogeneous, anisotropic materials can be done widely.

MAC(Medium Access Control) is demanded to provide end-to-end QoS(Quality of Service) for a variety of traffic in the wireless networks. When all the traffic is integrated in the channel, the main difficulty of the MAC protocol is how to efficiently support multi-class traffic in the limited bandwidth wireless channel. In this paper, we proposed the dynamic bandwidth slot method for improving QoS of the real time traffics. In this paper, we used in-band scheme to send dynamic parameter and considering buffer size and delay variation, we enabled 2 state bits to send to base station in mobile station. The proposed algorithm is to guarantee QoS of real time traffic and maximize transfer efficiency in wireless networks.

As mentioned on the paper, this study does not tackle the issue of contention about different media mix. It rather analyzes the capability and intensity of new media created through the correlation of different media, and researches the intermediality relationship among media to create new type of fine quality media. Along with the development of digital technology, the intermediality relationship among painting, video media such as movie and animation has become active. Also, as the study examined, the mix of 'painting and movie', 'movie, animation, game' has blurred the boundary, and formed a mutual inevitable relationship. Thus, this study examined the transfer of media and correlation based on intermediality relationship insisted by Rajewski and Deleuze's theory. Deleuze's theory explains the relationship of being which analyzed the variation of media. As for the intermediality relationship of media, the study examined process of media combining and converting based on 3 types of category of Rajewski, "media combination, media conversion, intermedial relationship matching".

A militimedia data is a data mixed of formatted data like an audio and video. Multimedia data has characteristics that it need large amount of storage,wide network bandwith andreal time responsibolity. Because of these characteristocs, the VOD server and continous media storage server have a disk stripe structure or disk stripe sructure or disk array structure(RAID).In the parallel disk access system,high-speed play-back of continous media using segment interleavung may not ensure Qos pf other cioents because of the concentrated load within some disks. The load concentration of disks is related to both the number of disks in the system and playback rate of contimous media.In this paper. we describe that high-speed playback scheme,which is independent of the number of disk and plyback rate can be achieved by technique of changing the in-teval of access to segnent location.We show the experimental result of this technique in this pater.
