  • Emergency response of fire prevention manager has an effect on decisive emergency exit behavior of customer who is not accustomed to emergency response in a large-scale shopping department on fire. Especially enclosed stairways in a large scale store are usually located in back space where is impossible for customer to access. Therefore, speedy emergency exit inducement by fire prevention manager is needed for the customer's safe egress. The object of study is to analyse the factors affecting egress behavior and emergency response of fire prevention manager in respect of fire prevention management.

의류업체의 시장지향성, 판매원의 직무능력이 판매원 만족에 미치는 영향

  • 고객의 가치를 창조해나가기 위해 고객을 중시하 는 시장지향적인 기업문화가 확산되며, 이와 함께 판 매현장 최일선에서 고객을 직접 응대하며 기업의 시 장지향성을 실현하고 고객을 관리하는 패션판매원의 중요성이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 시장지향 적인 기업문화와 판매원의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 본 연구는 의류업체의 시장 지향성의 유형을 밝히고, 이러한 시장지향적 노력이 판매원의 능력과 함께 의류업체의 판매원의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이들의 규명을 통해 궁극적으 로 기업의 성과에 기여하는 판매원 만족에 영향을 미치는 시장지향성의 유형과 판매원의 능력 유형을 밝혀 의류업체의 시장지향적 기업문화 실현에 기여 하고자 하였다. 설문지를 이용한 실증적인 조사연구방법이 사용 되었고, 연구대상은 서울과 분당에 위치한 L백화점의 여성복 의류매장에 근무하고 있는 삽마스터 600 명을 대상으로 하였다. 선행연구를 근거로 하고 의류 업체에 맞게 수정 보완한 질문지를 사용하여, 최종 분석된 설문지는 547부이다. 자료분석은 SPSS pc + 8.0올 이용하여 빈도분석, 백분율, 요인분석, 중다회 귀분석을 사용하였다. 수거된 질문지를 통계처리 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의류업체의 시장지향성을 요인분석한 결과 '시장정보의 획득'시장정보의 확산', '시장정보에 대 한 반응'의 세 요인으로 나눌 수 있었다. 시장정보를 획득하는 활동에는 매장의 소비자조사. POS시스템 의 활용. 삽마스터 회의에의 관심, 경쟁 브랜드 조사 그리고 판매사원을 통한 고객의 반응 조사 등의 내 용이 포함된다. 시장정보를 확산시키고자하는 활동 에는 매장에서 본사로 상황을 보고하고, 고껴의 시정 요구를 해결하고자 하는 노력. 판매원이 제시하는 소 비자동향의 반영, 그리고 삽마스터 회의 등씩 내용이 포함되며, 시장정보에 대한 반응은 풍부한 물량공급 과 히트상품의 지속적인 공급을 활동 내용으로 한다' 둘째, 의류업체의 시장지향성은 판매원의 만족도 에 정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 의류업체가 시장정 보 수집에 적극적이고, 매장과 긴밀한 정보교류를 하 며, 수집된 정보를 적극 활용하여 상품개발이나 공급 등의 노력을 보일 때 판매원이 회사에 대해 강한 신 뢰감을 느껴 만족감을 느끼게 되고 이것이 바로 성 과로 이어질 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 판매원의 회사전략 인지능력, 의류제조과정 인지능력. 고객서버스 능력, 자율적인 목표설정 능력. 고정고객관리능력이 클수록 직무자체와 인간관계에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 판매원의 직무한력은 판 매원의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 는 의류업체에서 능력 있는 판매원을 육성하거나 영 입하는데 힘써야 함을 시사하는 결과이다.

A User based Collaborative Filtering Recommender System with Recommendation Quantity and Repetitive Recommendation Considerations (추천 수량과 재 추천을 고려한 사용자 기반 협업 필터링 추천 시스템)

  • Recommender systems reduce information overload and enhance choice quality. This technology is used in many services and industry. Previous studies did not consider recommendation quantity and the repetitive recommendations of an item. This study is the first to examine recommender systems by considering recommendation quantity and repetitive recommendations. Only a limited number of items are displayed in offline stores because of their physical limitations. Determining the type and number of items that will be displayed is an important consideration. In this study, I suggest the use of a user-based recommender system that can recommend the most appropriate items for each store. This model is evaluated by MAE, Precision, Recall, and F1 measure, and shows higher performance than the baseline model. I also suggest a new performance evaluation measure that includes Quantity Precision, Quantity Recall, and Quantity F1 measure. This measure considers the penalty for short or excess recommendation quantity. Novelty is defined as the proportion of items in a recommendation list that consumers may not experience. I evaluate the new revenue creation effect of the suggested model using this novelty measure. Previous research focused on recommendations for customer online, but I expand the recommender system to cover stores offline.

  • 최근의 전자상거래는 유선인터넷 환경의 e-커머스와 모바일 커머스를 새로운 차원으로 확장한 u-커머스(ubiquitous)시대로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 온라인과 오프라인 매장의 상거래 데이터 연동과 유선과 무선인터넷 환경의 채널을 통합함으로써, 언제 어디서든지 고객의 모든 데이터를 수집하고 다양한 매체를 통해 고객관리를 할 수 있는 전자상거래 솔루션이 요구되어진다. 본 연구는 온 ${\cdot}$ 오프라인 매장에서 수집된 각종 데이터를 바탕으로 데이터마이닝을 통한 고객의 성향을 분석하여 고객의 요구사항을 미리 파악하고, 이를 마케팅에 적용하여 고객의 유지율을 상승시키고 해당 회사에 대한 충성심을 유도하여 이익을 증대 시킬 수 있는 시스템을 연구하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 고객들이 쉽게 맛집을 찾고 예약할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 웹 플랫폼인 Wait-Wise (ver.업주)와 WPMG, 하이브리드 앱인 Wait-Wise (ver.고객)과 포스시스템인 Pos-Ting이다. Wait-Wise (ver.고객)을 통해서 예약한 정보를 Pos-Ting에서 예약자명, 인원 수, 좌석, 예약번호와 같은 유요한 정보들을 업주에게 제공해주고, 업주는 Wait-Wise (ver.업주)을 통해서 매장정보, 메뉴정보, 테이블정보 저장하여 고객에게 Wait-Wise (ver.고객)을 통해서 정보를 제공하고, 관리자는 WPMG를 통해서 메뉴정보 저장하여 Pos-Ting에 정보를 제공한다. 일반 예약 어플리케이션은 예약시간만 지정할 수 있는데 반해 본 프로젝트는 예약 테이블을 지정하여 고객에 선택의 폭을 넓혀 원하는 시간과 원하는 자리에서 식사를 할 수 있게끔 본 프로젝트를 개발하였다.

The Necessity of Introducing Development Fee for Archaeology and Suggestions (매장문화재부담금제도의 도입 필요성과 방안)

  • This article aims to review the major problems of the present Korean management system of archaeology and to seek desirable suggestions in order to pursue the sustainable harmony between the recovery of academic excavations and economic development. In order to continue the sustainable harmony between preserving the values of archaeological resources as limited pure public goods and economic development, the present system of developer's payment for archaeology must be replaced by the introduction of the development fee for archaeology. The excavation of archaeological resources have been done according to the market principle, that is, the lower price principle. But the principle has produced a lot of serious problems in the Korean management system of archaeology, which must result in the market failure. So the governmental intervention is urgently required. By introducing the development fee, the archaeological field units and the developers can avoid direct contact. Instead, the Heritage Management Office will operate the excavation fund raised by the development fee for archaeology in order to avoid low-price contracts, degrading excavation quality, and other related residents' complaints and social conflicts in advance. In addition, the budget for purchasing the preserved excavation sites, which are the source of the landowners' enormous complaints, must be allocated to the Heritage Management Office by the Ministry of Planning and Finance. More budget for small-sized excavations must be allocated as well in order to solve many residents' complaints. These budget increase will be the fundamentals to decrease the residents' big complaints and social conflicts in relation with the archaeological management, which will be a challenge of the Korean government. Along with the governmental efforts, the archaeological field units must do their all-out efforts to overcome many problems in excavation including low-price contracts. Finally, the wage system and working status system must be revised. Excellent young excavators must be recruited appropriately and continue to work in a safe psychological condition, which are the basis to guarantee high-quality excavation.

The MS Card Data Transfer System using Bluetooth Protocol (블루투스를 이용한 마그네틱 카드 정보 전송 시스템)

  • The MS card data transfer system using blue-tooth protocol ran communicate the MS card data wirelessly and does not take an extra communication expense which is a weakness point of existing wireless communication system. This Blue-tooth system, which has excellent security and no extra communication expense, can efficiently communicate data of the place ,where can be solved with small scale wireless network, such as the theme-park or gasoline-station. Existing wireless communication system compose network using wireless-LAN protocol which has extra communication expense, or with RF protocol which has poor security. But this system suitable for LAN because it has not extra communication expense and it has excellent security cause frequency-hopping of Blue-tooth protocol. The MS card data transfer system using blue-tooth protocol has low power, high performance RISC processor and large scale 16-gray graphic LCD which is suitable for portable unit. The MS card data transfer system can efficiently control depot for a long time because it has low power, excellent security and no extra communication expense.

Analysis of Leasing Decision Determinants by the Store Size and Lend-Lease Perspectives for Mix-Used Shopping Mall Development (복합쇼핑몰 개발을 위한 매장규모 및 임대차 관점에 따른 임차인 입점결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study intends to determine the decision making criteria of leasing in mix-used shopping mall, analyze the variation of their weight by store size inside mall and lend-lease perspective for lessor and lessee towards the identification of optimal leasing environment in mix-used shopping mall development. The decision making have been identified based on the number of prior literature review and expert consultation. And the AHP methodology and Fuzzy theory have been implemented to develop the weight for criteria based on experts survey. Research finding indicates that the 2 categories with 6 criteria and 24 sub-criteria have been determined. It is noteworthy that the large sized group would be located in both ends on main floor with their requested store size; middle sized group done over second floor with low rent by attracting with both competitive brands and key-tenants; small sized group done in both ends on main floor or on 2 to 3 floor connecting to main circulation. This should be examined in the planning stage of SPA lessee solicitation by the lessor in mix-used shopping mall development project.

The Influence of Shop Crowdedness in Dining Franchise Liquor Shops upon the Perceived Values and Intent to Revisit (외식 프랜차이즈 주류 매장의 점포 혼잡성이 이용자의 지각된 가치와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the crowdedness of dining franchise liquor shops on the perceived values and revisit intention. For this purpose, 361 customers who had visited dining franchise liquor shops located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas were surveyed, and data was analyzed using AMOS 23.0 and SPSS 23.0 statistics programs. The analyses yielded the following findings. First, a higher level of crowdedness in the shop turned out to lower the perceived value of users. Second, a higher level of perceived value resulted in a higher level of revisit intent. Third, the analysis on the mediating effect of the perceived value showed that, in the relationship between the human crowdedness and revisit intention, both practical and hedonic values had mediating effects. However, in the relationship between the spatial crowdedness and the intent of revisit, the practical value had a mediating effect, while hedonic value did not exhibit such an effect. This study is meaningful in that it is presented as a theoretical establishment and an empirical study on dining franchise liquor shops.

  • Since COVID19 virus has been occured, variety steps of the quarantine guidelines were enacted. In step 2.5, eating in a cafe was prohibited and only takeout was permitted, but the government has changed several rules. So now people can have a dissert or coffee in the cafe. Though the government adviced available staying time as 1 hour, it is not obeyed often except superstore, and even the management depends on handwriting. In this paper, we implemented a blockchain system to use for this case. This system is implemented with using hyperledger fabric, the blockchain framework which is made by IBM. For a test, 1 organization is in the system and chaincode is installed to the organization to run the system. We expect the certain effect to the quarantine via this system. Moreover, we will develop an application by using this system as a backend.
