This study proposed a framework for an infrastructure asset management manual which can be adjusted by different ordering authorities to develop their own manuals. For this, The necessity of asset management manual was examined through analysis of the current status and insufficiencies and limitations in the asset management manuals of the domestic government and ordering authorities. Second, the systems and characteristics of infrastructure asset management manuals in developed countries such as Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States were examined and compared. Finally, based on the domestic infrastructure asset management characteristics and foreign infrastructure asset management manuals, a framework for an infrastructure asset management manual that can be utilized by the ordering authorities was proposed considering generality of asset management manual, asset management maturity of ordering authorities, serviceability of manual, and cyclic processes of asset management.

This is the research to find out which one is the best for using manual among the 3 kinds of methods such as 'Text manual' and 'Animation I' and 'Animation II' which is made by Virtual Realities. Three kinds of methods have been experimented respectively. The manual for 'Animation I' adopt the motion video with basis sound and the additional comment and sound is added on the 'Animation II'. Every 3 manual has been studied and estimated by T-test and additional subjective estimation respectively, and the conclusions are as follows. The 1st answer is that 'Animation manual' is more easier than 'text manual', and the 2nd answer is that 'Animation II' is easier than 'Animation I'. Through post-interview and test, It is known that the animation manuals, which has been showing the multimedia, is more attractive than text manual.

Program similarity analysis consists of substantial similarity and access. Substantial similarity is a judgment of how similarly the program source code is quantitatively. Access determines the degree of similarity by analyzing comments in the program or other contextual evidence. In the case of manuals, it may be the subject of legitimacy analysis. Manuals can be divided into three types as follows. First, a master manual is a document created during the development stage of a product. It is a user manual that contains all the functionality of the product and its derivatives. Second, the customer manual is a manual that is open only to the primary customer and orderer. Third, the user manual is a document that is applied to the final OEM production stage and is open to the end purchaser. In this paper, we compare the master manual seized from the suspect and the master manual provided by the suspect on the Internet. It then determines how similar this master manual is and includes the victim company's original and property values.

문제: 퇴원 환자의 문의 전화가 많아지면서 병동 간호사는 이 문의에 응하는 일로 업무량 과다, 전화 상담에 대한 자신감 저하 및 부담 등을 느끼고 있었다. 부적절한 전화문의 관리는 환자와 간호사 모두에게 시간 소모 및 만족도 저하 등의 부정적인 경험을 남길 수 있다. 목적: 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼 구축 및 활용으로 병동 간호사 및 퇴원 환자의 만족도를 향상시키고자 한다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원. 질 향상 활동: 표준화된 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 또한 간호사의 업무 효율성 및 지식 향상을 위해 간호사 대상 매뉴얼을 교육하여 실무에서 활용하기 쉽도록 하였다. 개선효과: 표준화된 전화문의 응대 매뉴얼을 안과 병동 간호사와 전보자 및 신규 간호사 교육에 활용할 수 있었다. 간호사의 전화문의 응대 관련 직무 만족도가 향상되었다. 환자 역시 표준화된 매뉴얼에 따라 일치되고 일관성 있는 정확한 정보를 제공받게 되어 환자의 만족도와 이해도가 증가할 것이다.

정부(행정안전부)에서는 국가적인 재난관리체계를 갖추기 위해 재난관리책임기관을 대상으로 "공공기관 재난관리 평가"를 통해 재난관리체계를 갖추도록 유도하고 있고, 국가적으로 현장조치 행동매뉴얼에 대한 표준화를 제시하여 해당 지자체들이 지역특성을 반영하여 재난유형별 행동매뉴얼과 이를 통합하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 지자체와는 그 특성에 차이가 있는 공공기관이 현장조치 행동매뉴얼을 작성함에 있어 아직 정부의 표준화 방안을 제시하고 있지 않아 단순 양식과 작성방법만을 개정하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 공공기관의 현장조치 행동매뉴얼을 작성함에 있어 발생하는 문제점을 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위한 개선방안을 도출하여 공공기관의 현장조치 행동매뉴얼의 작성을 위해 연계성과 통일성을 확보한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 공단이 수행하고 있는 중소형 강선 건조검사에 대한 현장 건조검사 매뉴얼 개발을 목표로 하여, 공단의 강선건조검사 수행 현황, 기준 및 검사공정을 분석하고 검사 관련하여 공단이 보유하고 있는 매뉴얼의 현황을 조사하여 현장검사 매뉴얼을 작성하기 위한 그 구성 및 범위를 정하였다. 위의 조사 내용을 바탕으로 개발된 현장 건조검사매뉴얼은 총톤수 500톤 미만의 선박길이 24m 여객선을 대상으로 하였으며, 선박 건조 공정 순으로 관련 검사사항 및 참고사항을 나열하고 그림과 도면 등을 첨부하여 건조검사 경력이 없는 검사원이 활용할 수 있는 보기 쉬운 매뉴얼이 되도록 하였다.

품질 인증 테스트는 소프트웨어 품질을 결정하고 보증하기 위하여 인증 기관에서 제품 개발 후에 수행하는 테스트이다. 제품 개발 완료 후에 매뉴얼과 소프트웨어 제품을 가지고 수행되므로 효과적으로 테스트가 수행되기 위해서는 제품의 매뉴얼과 제품에 대한 정확한 분석을 해야 하고 이를 바탕으로 테스트 데이터를 생성해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 매뉴얼 기반의 테스트 데이터 선정 기법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 매뉴얼 기반의 테스트 분석 모델과 테스트 데이터 선정기법을 사용하면 보다 정확하고 체계적인 데스트를 수행 할 수 있을 것이다.

MICE 분야의 안전관리를 위해, 정책적이고 제도적인 부분에 대한 연구와 함께 현장에서의 실무 매뉴얼에 대한 연구결과물들이 있었고 지금도 만들어지고 있다. 그렇지만, 기존의 매뉴얼들은 매뉴얼이 상정하는 범위의 한계, 전문가 중심의 시각, 구체성의 결여라는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 '재난 및 안전관리'가 자신의 전문분야가 아닌 MICE 분야 현장에서 각종 프로그램을 기획하고 운영 관리하는 실무 관리자들의 시각에서 실제적인 활용성을 높일 수 있는 안전관리 실무 매뉴얼의 주요 요소들을 제안하였다. MICE를 기획 운영하는 데 있어서의 대략적인 업무요소들을 파악하고, 일관된 방식으로 이해할 수 있도록 재난 및 안전분야의 논리인 '예방-대비-대응-복구'의 단계에 따라 MICE 안전관리의 요소들을 재구성하였다.

지방자치단체는 국가에서 지정한 재난 유형에 대하여 해당 지자체에 위험성이 높은 재난 유형을 선정하여 현장조치 행동 매뉴얼을 작성하고 운영하고 있다. 2016년 행정안전부는 이러한 매뉴얼 작성 표준안을 제시하였으며, 지자체에서 작성된 매뉴얼은 이 표준안을 준수하고 있다. 본 표준안은 기존에 정의된 13개 협업기능에 재난 대응 프로세스에 대한 세부 조치 사항(SOP)을 코드화하여 매뉴얼의 규격화를 제공하는 구조적 체계를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 내용적 관점에서 재난 유형에 따른 단계 체계의 명확성, 조치사항 추가에 대한 방향성, 그리고 동일 조치 사항에 대하여 재난 유형에 따른 내용적 차이 등에 대한 기술이 부족하여 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다.

위기대응 매뉴얼은 지진, 태풍 등 상황에 적절하게 적용되며 신뢰성 있게 작동한다는 것이 보장되어야 한다. 따라서 위기대응 매뉴얼의 검증은 필수적이며, 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 정형기법 도구인 Statemate를 이용한 명세, 검증 및 신뢰성 개선방안을 제시한다. 모델체킹을 통해서 매뉴얼 사용자들의 임의적인 판단을 일의킬 수 있는 Non-Determinism과 대응 매뉴얼이 달성하고자 하는 목표의 도달여부에 대해 검증을 수행할 수 있으며, 이외에도 사용자가 원하는 검증 속성을 Temporal Logic으로 작성해서 검증할 수 있다. 또한 도구에서 지원하는 시뮬레이션을 통해 제한적이지만 조치내용의 적절성 여부와 추가적으로 발생 가능한 트리거를 찾음으로써 위기대응 매뉴얼의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
