The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of economic stress in the relationship between Perceived Income Inequality and Suicidal Ideation among old adults. To achieve this objective, this study analyzed basic statistics, reliability, correlation, and regression (tolerance and variance inflation factor) with the help of SPSS ver. 18.0. using data of 532 elderlies over 65 years old who live in Jeollanam-do. The main study results were as follows. The result shows the significant medicating effect of economic stress in the relationship between Income Inequality and Suicidal Ideation. Based on these results, political and practical implications are proposed.

The purpose of this study is to understand the mediating effect of grit in the relationship between academic achievement satisfaction and Academic Engagement of middle school students. To this end, a survey was conducted on 575 middle school students in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, on academic achievement satisfaction, Academic Engagement, and grit. This research was carried out by hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to understand the correlation analysis and mediating effect between major variables, and The significance of the mediating effect was verified by the Sobel test. As a result of the study, First, correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between academic achievement satisfaction, grit, and Academic Engagement. Second, regression analysis showed that both consistency of interest and perseverance of effort were partially mediated between academic achievement satisfaction and Academic Engagement. This means that academic achievement satisfaction not only directly affects middle school students' Academic Engagement, but also has an indirect effect through grit. Finally, In order to increase the academic enthusiasm of middle school students, learning counseling plans such as education and counseling plans to improve academic interest and develop various learning motivation improvement programs were discussed.

This study was conducted to examinate the mediating effect of clinical competence on the relationship between grit and retention intention among new graduate nurses. Participants were 232 nurses working at hospitals with over 300 beds in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression following the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test for mediation. As a result, There were significant relationships between grit and clinical competence(r=.38, p=.011), grit and retention intention(r=.32, p=.016), and clinical competence and retention intention(r=.33, p<.001). Clinical competence showed partial mediating effect in the relationship between grit and retention intention(z=3.14, p<.001). The results of this study suggest that interventions enhancing grit would be useful to improve retention intention of new graduate nurses.

This study's aim was to attest social support and self-efficacy's mediation effects in the path which social participation affected to elderly's suicidal ideation. Analysis data were Seoul Welfare Panel Data 2th wave(2010). A total of 1,429 cases aged over 65 were used for this study. Analysis method was AMOS 18.0's Structural Equation Modeling, and sobel test was used for attesting mediation effects's significance degree. Analysis results had established that measurement model and structural model's fit was favorable, and all path coefficients had significance degree. Therefore, this model was suitable for this study. Also this results had proved that this study's model was full mediation model, and it means that if mediation variables controlled, and then direct effect was excluded. And analysis results confirmed social support and self-efficacy' mediation effect had significance, by using a sobel test. Based on analysis results, this study suggested the importance of relationship between secondary group and individual, and presented intervention plans.

The purpose of the study was to explain the effect of adolescents' problem-solving ability on sociality and to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem in the COVID-19 era. The study utilized the survey data using the web and mobile conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute, and selected 1,471 school-age adolescents as the subjects of the survey. For the analysis, the study performed various analysis methods including frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediating effect analysis of self-esteem using SPSS WIN 25.0 and PROCESS MACRO program. The results are as follows. First, it was shown that adolescents' problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on sociality. Second, there was a mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between adolescents' problem-solving ability and sociality. Based on these results, the practical engagement and various programs to improve adolescents' self-esteem and sociality were suggested.

This paper aims to examine the role of mediating effect of trust to leaders on the relation between internal marketing and customer orientation. A survey was conducted to examine the responses of 570 employees. Reliability, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equal modeling were used for results. The following are the summary of hypothesis test. First, internal marketing has positive effect on customer orientation. Second, internal marketing has positive effect on employee's trust to leaders. Third, trust to leaders has positive effect on customer orientation. Fourth, the mediating effects of trust to leaders partially mediated the relationships among empowerment, training, reward, internal communication and customer orientation and fully mediated the relationship between management support and customer orientation. Therefore, the results of this study have many theoretical and practical implications.

본 연구에서는 부적응 다문화 청소년을 대상으로 애착 불안, 애착 회피가 정서 표현 양가성에 영향을 살펴보고 부적응 다문화 청소년 애착 유형과 정서 표현 양가성 간의 관계에서 대인관계 문제의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구에서는 부모와의 애착패턴을 파악하는 것보다 가까운 타인의 애착수준 파악이 중요하다는 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구 대상은 경기도에 위치한 10개 고등학교에 재학 중인 다문화 청소년들을 대상으로 200명을 분석하려고 한다. 척도는 자기 보고식 질문지인 ECR-R, AEQ-K, IIP가 사용되었다. 분석은 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계를 실시한 후 매개효과 검증을 위해 회귀 분석과 Sobel검정을 실시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the mediation effects of social-support for adolescents' game addiction and school adaptation. For this study, 353 middle school students in the West-Gyungsangnamdo areas were included in the analysis. Setting as covariates, a mediator and extra variables significantly correlated with the criterion variable, regression analysis, SPSS Macro and bootstrapping methods were used to assess the mediation effects of social-support for adolescents' game addiction and school adaptation. The results showed that adolescents highly addicted to games tended to have more difficulty in adapting to school. However, it was found that social-support (mediator) fully mediated the influence of the adolescents' game addiction (predictor) on school adaptation (criterion variable). Based on the results of the analysis, we suggest implications for social work practice to improve how game-addicted adolescents settle down in middle school through increasing social-support - the mediator - and hence bring about a decrease in game addiction among adolescents.

this study aims to analyze causality on the effect of job satisfaction on vocational adaptation of ex-prisoners through empirical study and to verify the moderated effect of self-esteem and the Moderated Mediation effect of the job stress. According to the analysis, job satisfaction have a static effect on Vocational Adjustment and the self-esteem have a mediated effect in this process. also, the indirect effects of job satisfaction on vocational adaptation by self-esteem are moderated by job stress. advanced researchs study that job-related emotions affect vocational adaptation and maintenance, but psychological factors affecting vocational adaptation is not dealt with in depth, and what factors actually moderate this process is not explored in detail. also, becausea there are few studies related to the job of ex-prisoner, this study carried out full-fledged exploration and verification of it.

The purpose of this study is to verify resilience's mediation effects in the effects of adolescents' experience of abuse damage on aggressiveness in the convergence era. Towards this end, this study used the 7th year data (2016) (4th grade to the first year of high school) of Korea Children & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). The findings of this study are as follows: First, the correlations between experience of abuse damage, aggressiveness, and resilience variables were confirmed using multicollinearity VIF values. Second, adolescent's abuse experiences significantly affected their aggressiveness. Third, the partial mediation effects of resilience were shown in the effects of adolescents' experience of abuse damage on their aggressiveness. For the verification of mediation effects' significance, the Sobel test was carried out. The findings of this study are meaningful, as this study provides empirical data. Based on the findings, this study proposed the need of resilience consolidation programs for adolescents in the practice of social welfare.
