First, it was analyzed that the experience activity satisfaction had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on sense of community. Second, it was found that the adolescents' experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on the life satisfaction. Third, it was confirmed that snse of community had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, and at the same time, it was found that adolescents' experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, so sense of community had a partial mediating effect.

As for the analysis data, the "2020 Gen Z Teenage Values Survey" data surveyed by the Korea Youth Policy Institute was used. Among the survey subjects, 2,703 middle school students who met the purpose of this study were sampled and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and PROCESS MACRO Model Number 4 were used to verify the mediating effect, and indirect effects and significance were analyzed by applying the Bootstrap technique. The results of the study showed, first, that middle school students' sense of citizenship and community had a positive effect on happiness. Second, in the relationship between civic consciousness and happiness, career decision had a partial mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between community consciousness and happiness, career decision had a partial mediating effect. • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of technology acceptance model (TAM) on behavioral intention in order to grasp the degree of technology acceptance on autonomous driving among the various factors that consumers perceive as unmanned vehicle system becomes commercialized. In addition to the mediating effect of perceived usefulness proposed by the existing TAM, this study proposed the perceived trust (PT) and hypothesized its mediating effect on behavioral intention to use the self-driving. Path anlaysis is adopted to investigate our hypothesis using the structural equation model. The sample used for the analysis was 149 valid data among 160 responses. The effects of total effect, direct effect, and indirect effect were confirmed by hypothesis test on mediating effect. Non-parametric bootstrapping analysis was also performed to confirm the robustness. All the hypotheses were significant and we found a partial indirect effect, which implies that mediation effect of PT on behavioral intention.

  • This study investigated the impact of social capital on married immigrant women's parenting, specifically focusing on the mediating effect of parenting participation. Using structural equation modeling, social capital within and outside of the family were examined in their relations to parenting efficacy, and the mediating effect of parenting participation was analysed. Study participants were 459 immigrant women from the Gyeonggi Education Welfare Panel(2011), who had children in 5th and 6th grades of elementary school. Findings suggested that social capital within and outside of the family had significant impact on parenting participation, which in turn affected parenting efficacy. Direct effects of social capital on parenting efficacy were not statistically significant, indicating a full mediation effect of parenting participation. Implications for social work practice and social policy for this population are discussed.

  • Recently, interest in organizational performance has been increasing due to marketization and diversification of supplier introduced in long-term care system. To analyze the effects of caregivers' calling on the organizational performance of long-term care facilities and to examine the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the path, data were collected from caregivers in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine the effect of caregivers' calling on job satisfaction and job performance, and the mediating effect of job analysis was tested by hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, caregivers' calling had a positive effect on job performance and job satisfaction, and the job satisfaction showed full mediation effect between caregivers' calling and effectiveness and partial mediation effect between caregivers' calling and efficiency. Based on this, we discussed the need to improve efficiency through job satisfaction management and to manage efficiency by managing job satisfaction and vocation awareness.

  • This study is to examine the effects of high commitment HRM on service performance in the service industry, and to examine the mediating effect of the organizational internal innovation direction. Specifically, the direction of internal innovation consists of high-value-added HR and service and cost-reduction downsizing. We assumed that the high-value-added direction of HR and service will have a positive mediating effect. And assumed that cost-reduction downsizing direction has negative mediating effect. The data were collected from 2013 workplace panel survey(WPS) of the Korea Labor Institute(KLI). Among the 1,775 companies, 896 companies classified as wholesale and retail, transportation, professional scientific services, education services, health social services, financial services, and other services (such as information society support services) were extracted and used. In summary, high-commitment HRM has a positively significant effect on the direction of high value-added innovation of HR and services, and has a negatively significant effect on the cost-reduction downsizing direction. In addition, the direction of high value-added innovation of HR and service was positive effect on service performance, and cost-reduction downsizing innovation direction has a negative effect on service performance. And the direct effect of high commitment HRM on service performance has not been confirmed. However, we confirmed the positive mediating effect of high value-added innovation direction of HR and services, and confirmed that the negative mediating effect of cost-reduction downsizing. Therefore, it is confirmed that the two variables have a full mediating effect on the relationship between high commitment HRM and service performance.

For this purpose, a total of 27 workplaces located in Gyeonggi, Chungnam and Chungbuk Province were selected and surveyed, and a total of 295 copies of the collected questionnaires were analyzed excluding the unfaithful responses. Correlation analysis and Baron & Kenny's regression analysis of mediating effects were performed on the collected data. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between authentic leadership and hope-agency thinking and hope-path thinking, excluding job stress. Second, as a result of the mediating effect regression analysis, the mediating effect of hope was identified between authentic leadership and job stress. Finally, based on this study, measures to reduce the job stress of office workers were discussed, and program development and policies using hope were specifically suggested.

A sample of students was recruited from two universities in Korea. For data analysis, SPSS PC+ and SPSS PROCESS macro were used. Frequency, reliability, correlation and mediating effect analysis were performed. Bootstrap technique was done to verify the mediating effect. Results showed as follows. First, grit, self-esteem and hope were negatively correlated with human rights damage, but grit, self-esteem and hope were positively correlated with each other. Second, hope and grit mediated in the relationship between human rights damage and self-esteem.
