A Study on the Relation among MBTI Personality Types, Job Satisfaction, Customer Orientation, and Willingness to Change Job (MBTI 성격유형, 직무만족, 고객지향성 및 이직의도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 영남지역 H사 보험설계사를 대상으로 -)

  • This study examined the relation between MBTI personality types and job satisfaction, job satisfaction's effect on the customer orientation and willingness to change job and MBTI personality types's moderating effect on the relation among job satisfaction customer orientation, willingness to change job. Research results are as following. First, MBTI personality types didn't influence job satisfaction significantly. Second, job satisfaction affected customer orientation positively and willingness to change job negatively. Finally, MBTI personality type's moderating effect was analysed using Psychological Function and Attitude Index. Moderation effect of Psychological Function was significant only on the relation between job satisfaction and customer orientation. Moderation effect of Attitude Index was significant both on the relation between job satisfaction and customer orientation and the relation between job satisfaction and willingness to change job. These results of current study can be useful to recruit, organize, educate life planners based on the personality types of MBTI. And the applicability of MBTI test will increase by using these results.

An Analysis of the Relationship between Self-Esteem and Leisure Satisfaction and Quality of Life in the Elderly Women's Participation of a Ballet Program (고령여성의 발레운동 참여에 따른 자아존중감과 여가만족 및 삶의 질의 관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine satisfaction at using leisure time and quality of life in the elderly women's participation of a ballet program. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 148 elderly women registering for 10 dance academies in G Metropolitan City in relation to self-esteem, leisure satisfaction, and quality of life. After data processing, the following conclusions were drawn. The results of correlation and regression analysis between self-esteem and leisure satisfaction and quality of life were as follows. Positive self-esteem had positive effects on all sub-factors of leisure satisfaction and quality of life. Negative self-esteem had negative effects on social satisfaction of leisure satisfaction and health and psychological factors of quality of life. The results of research model fit and hypothesis testing between self-esteem and leisure satisfaction and quality of life were as follows. Self-esteem had positive effects on leisure satisfaction and quality of life and high leisure satisfaction had significant effects on quality of life factors. In conclusion, the elderly women's participation in the ballet program improved their self-esteem and significantly positive effects on their leisure satisfaction and quality of life. It is, therefore, suggested that the elderly's ballet exercise through constant physical activity will prevent diseases and promote health in their old age.

The Impact of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction among Local Government Officials: A Survey of Reading Academy Participants (지방공무원의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of job stress on the job satisfaction and life satisfaction of local government officials who participated in the reading academy from January 2023 to March 2023. The research involved collecting 300 questionnaires and conducting multiple regression analysis to analyze the obtained data. The results of the study are presented below. Impact of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction: The analysis revealed that among the sub-factors of job stress, inappropriate compensation significantly increases job stress among local government officials in the reading academy. Moreover, the study found that turnover intention was particularly high when compensation was not recognized as appropriate, indicating it as the most significant source of job stress. Impact of Job Stress on Life Satisfaction: The findings demonstrate that several factors negatively influence job stress, leading to reduced life satisfaction among local government officials in the reading academy. These factors include undesirable changes in working conditions or situations, anxiety about reorganization, inconsistent work orders, gender discrimination, and an authoritative organizational atmosphere. Effect of Job Satisfaction on Life Satisfaction: The analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction indicated that turnover intention and remuneration level in job satisfaction positively influenced emotional satisfaction. Conversely, the job itself and interpersonal relationships had a significant negative effect on emotional satisfaction. Furthermore, the job itself and the level of remuneration in job satisfaction showed a significant positive effect on physical satisfaction. Similarly, the job itself and the level of remuneration in job satisfaction positively affected social satisfaction, while the intention to change jobs had a significant negative impact.

A Comparative Study on Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Long-Term Care Staffs for Physically Disabled Seniors with Rating 1 and for Demented Seniors with Rating 3 (노인장기요양보험에서 1등급 노인과 3등급 치매노인을 케어하는 요양보호사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 관한 비교연구)

  • This study aimed to compare job stress and job satisfaction of long-term care staffs caring for demented seniors with rating 3 and physically disabled seniors with rating 1. Survey was conducted upon 212 long-term care staffs in long-term care institutions in Ejungboo, Goyang, and Paju. There were, first of all, statistically significant differences between those groups in the level of overall stress, stress related to service subjects, and stress in service procedures. Regression analyses, secondly, showed that the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction was statistically significant only for long-term care staffs for demented seniors with rating 3. The results suggest that it is necessary to lower the level of stress especially for the staffs caring for demented seniors with rating 3. Furthermore, we need to consider the stress, that the staffs feels in the process of caring for long-term care service beneficiaries, as a important variable for intervention programs to reduce the level of stress among long-term care staffs.

검색엔진의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 충성의도에 미치는 영향 - 인터넷 검색포털 서비스 중심으로 -

  • 오늘날 인터넷을 통한 정보검색이 일상화되면서 생활상식에서부터 기존에 서적이나 논문 등을 통해서만 알 수 있었던 전문지식까지도 손쉽게 찾을 수 있게 되었다. 즉, 현대생활에 있어서 검색엔진은 원하는 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 찾을 수 있게 해준다는 점에서 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 검색엔진 기술적인 연구이외에는 서비스 품질이나 고객만족에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 검색엔진 서비스에 있어서 서비스 품질과 서비스가치, 고객만족, 충성의도의 관계를 연구모형으로 설정하고 이들간의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 서비스품질의 정확성, 정보함유량, 사이트 이미지, 편리성이 서비스가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그중에서 정확성, 사이트 이미지, 신뢰성은 고객만족에도 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스가치가 높을수록 고객만족은 상당히 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며 고객만족이 충성의도에 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론은 검색엔진 서비스 기업이 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위해서는 서비스가치의 구현을 통한 지속적인 고객만족을 달성해야 하며, 이를 위해 정확성, 정보함유량, 편리성, 사이트 이미지에 중점을 둔 고품질 서비스 전략의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

  • 1980년대 이후 이동통신은 급격한 발전을 거듭하여 왔다. 이제 음성과 문자 서비스뿐만 아니라 영상 서비스까지도 가능한 IMT-2000 시대를 맞이할 것으로 전망된다. IMT-2000은 기존의 모든 통신서비스를 수용하면서 멀티미디어 서비스로 영역이 점점 더 확장되어 가는 제 3 세대 종합이동통신 시스템을 의미한다. IMT-2000은 기존의 이동통신에서 제공할 수 없었던 서비스가 추가되어가는 단계적인 서비스의 고도화가 예상된다. 이와 같이 IMT-2000 서비스의 요구사항이 단계적으로 발전되어감에 따라 사용자 관점에서 고품질의 서비스를 제공하고 나아가 세계시장에서의 경쟁우위를 달성할 수 있는 고객만족을 전략적으로 추구해야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해서 서비스의 단계적인 고도화에 따라 각 서비스의 고객만족 평가체계를 구축하고 전체적으로는 우수한 고객가치를 전달 할 수 있는 지속적인 평가와 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 IMT-2000 서비스의 고객만족 평가속성 체계를 1차적으로 정리하였다. IMT-2000 서비스 시장이 앞으로 어떻게 전개될 지 모르는 불확실한 상황이지만 기존의 고객만족 패러다임과 실무 및 학계에서의 이동통신 관련 고객만족 문헌, IMT-2000 서비스관련 문헌 등을 토대로 고객만족 평가속성들을 체계적으로 도출하고자 하였다. 이후 이론적 타당성과 실증분석을 통해 더욱 체계적인 고객만족속성체계를 제안하고자 한다

  • CS(Customer Satisfaction) has been focused as one of the most important factors in business administration nowadays. After measuring and evaluating CS level, most companies are performing many activities to improve it. Therefore, it is very important for driving CS management to measure the exact CS level. When measuring CS level, however, CSI(Customer Satisfaction Index) is changed by the computing method of importance for CS factors, and the corporate strategy is changed by CSI. In this research, some computing methods are reviewed and compared through the analysis of real data. Also, a hybrid computing method for CSI is proposed and compared it with other methods.

  • This study aims at conducting an empirical research on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty targeting the customers of public enterprise hotel restaurants in downtown Seoul. It seeks to activate management as a result of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty based on the theoretical background and positive research. The collected data was analyzed in factor, reliability and multiple regression analyses by using the SPSS 12.0 statistical program. As a result of this study, it was shown that product service, employee service, customer management service and facility service all have influenced on customer satisfaction. Finally, the customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty.

  • This study analyzes the influence of the logistics quality of Chinese internet shopping mall on the customer satisfaction. This study also analyzes the influence of the customer satisfaction on the word-of-mouth intention. Then this study examines whether there is a difference among the influences of the logistics quality on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' traits. As a result, when it comes to the logistics quality, carriage, after service and kindness influence customer satisfaction and the customer satisfaction influences word-of-mouth intention similarly. And this research reveals that the logistics quality can not differently influence on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' gender and ages.

  • This study explored effects of spectators' motivation on their satisfaction from culture-art performance. Most studies of performing arts have focused on effects of marketing elements. However, this study first looked at important elements affecting audiences' satisfaction to identify considerations for effective design processes for performing arts. Second this paper examined how audiences' satisfaction affect their stress in order to understand the relationship between audiences' satisfaction and their psychological stability. This study found that emotional satisfaction and rational satisfaction could improve emotional satisfaction, while only emotional motivation could affect aesthetic satisfaction. According to our analysis, emotional satisfaction led to psychological stability and reduced audiences' stress.
