This study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of learning using micro-running. To this end, the learning materials of the class were produced in three forms: micro-learning, existing e-learning, and handouts, to compare the learning satisfaction and learning effect for college students at Y and K universities located in K-do. First, when using learning materials in the form of micro-learning, learning satisfaction was the highest. Second, the learning effect was effective for both e-learning and micro-learning. And micro-learning was more effective when both types of learning materials were used. The results of this study look forward to activating micro-learning in university by researching micro-learning of the new learning type that emerged as a social phenomenon, highlighting the importance of micro-learning and presenting basic data for subsequent study.

Large amounts of information on individuals is available to many organizations and data users and government agencies release microdata files from their survey data or administrative records data. However, if a microdata file is released without any limitation, an invasion of privacy is likely to occur. Therefore, in creating a microdata file, agencies attempt to eliminate disclosure risk of the file while maintaining maximum utility of the data. In this paper, we introduce the concept of disclosure risk, identification and uniqueness. Also, we show the method for creating a 2% microdata file using the 2005 Korean census microdata.

As society develops, the dissemination of microdata has increased to respond to diverse analytical needs of users. Analysis of microdata for policy making, academic purposes, etc. is highly desirable in terms of value creation. However, the provision of microdata, whose usefulness is guaranteed, has a risk of exposure of personal information. Several methods have been considered to ensure the protection of personal information while ensuring the usefulness of the data. One of these methods has been studied to generate and utilize synthetic data. This paper aims to understand the synthetic data by exploring methodologies and precautions related to synthetic data. To this end, we first explain muptiple imputation, Bayesian predictive model, and Bayesian bootstrap, which are basic foundations for synthetic data. And then, we link these concepts to the construction of fully/partially synthetic data. To understand the creation of synthetic data, we review a real longitudinal synthetic data example which is based on sequential regression multivariate imputation.

본 논문에서는 시계열 자료 분석을 위한 마이크로 컴퓨터용 통계패키지인 TIMESLAB을 소개하였다. TIMESALB은 종래의 통계 분석용 패키지인 SPSS, SAS, TSP 들이 대형 컴퓨터 시스템에 맞도록 설계되어 있어 PC에 서 활용하기에는 많은 디스크 용량을 필요로 하는 등의 문제점을 모두 극복 한 PC용 시계열 자료 분석 프로그램이다. TIMESLAB은 대화용으로 설계되 어 있고 아주 적은 하드 디스크 용량만 가지고서도 쉽게 접근이 가능한 편 리한 시스템의 그 구성, 활용 및 명령어들을 제시하였고, 예제 프로그램과 그 결과를 제시하였다.

Recently, along with emergence of big data, there are incresing demands for releasing information and micro data for public use so that protecting privacy and measuring risk of disclosure for released database become important issues in goverment and business sector as well as academic community. The purpose of this study is to provide the methods of preservation for paper, microfilm, digital media. First of all, for acidic papers produced in 19~20 centuries, this study evaluates and analyses deterioration and factors causing deterioration. For book, also, environmental condition for preservation, and a preservation mechanism through acid-free procedure were suggested. Second for microfilm, it emphasized physical and chemical properties, oxidised substance during developing film, materials related to preservation. Third, for digital storages, storage conditions and needs, such as life-cycle and capacity were introduced.
