Digital Control System Of PMSM Type AC Servo Motor Using Micro-Processor (마이크로 프로세서에 의한 영구자석 동기 전동기형 AC 서보 전동기 디지탈 제어계 설계)

  • This paper presents the result of driving performance analysis of PMSM type AC servo motor based on control system using a microprocessor. The experiment using the microprocessor is tested with a 120[v], 200[w] PMSM type AC servo motor. The PWM signal generated in the microprocessor for the servo motor voltage is chapped by power transistor modules to change the AC servo motor speed. The torque of the AC servo motor with a permanent magnet can be easily controlled over a wide range by changing the AC servo motor current.

  • A new suboptimal PWM is proposed, intended particularly for the reduction of acoustic noise and harmonics of the output current in the inverter-fed induction motor drive system. This strategy is based of the Regular PWM and applied optimal techniqe. And it could solve a problem that computation time is very much when switching strategy is determined at the Optimal PWM. In case that the number of switching increases infinitely, this strategy could determine the switching pattern, and can realize Online, Real time of microprocessor. Also, this strategy is applied to 1(Hp), three phase induction motor, and compared with the other PWMs. From the results, the validity of this strategy could be verified.

  • This paper presents a microprocesser based Self-Controller for a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM), fed by voltage soure inverter. The proper operation of the PMSM can be ensured only if the stator current is always synchronized with the its Back-E.M.F. The use of incremantal encoder with high resolution makes it possible to design a Self-Control led P.W.M. inverter. The pulse ratios are controlled to reduce the torque ripple in the low-speed drive region. And during the operation, torque - speed characteristics are improved by the control of optimal load angle.

  • BLDC motor is widely used in automation areas for its good maintenance and controllability. In this paper it is designed for a speed control servo system of sinusoidal typo BLDC motor that can be easily adapted to automation systems with lower cost. Also, control parameters & periods are made adjustable according to the sensors of the motor, electric and mechanical time constant, and PI and PD control are used. The processor for the proposed system is a low cost 16bit One-Chip microprocessor. By experimental results from application to the industrial sewing machine, one of the application of BLDC motor, it can be verified that under the given reference, the system is enough as a speed and position servo without overshoots.

  • Permanent magnet brushless motor is widely used in industrial drive applications due to high efficiency, high power ratio, and easy maintenance. Position and speed sensors required in this dolor increase the drive cost, and reduce the application range. Some papers present the sensorless speed control using DSP with a high processing performance. However, DSP increases the cost, and makes the implementation difficult. This study has performed the sensorless speed control with a microprocessor system which can be easily accessed.

  • PC카드 형태로 개발되어 사용되는 보안토큰은 다양한 보안서비스를 바탕으로 차세대 정보보호 기술의 핵심기술로 떠오르고 있다. PC카드 보안토큰 휴대용 컴퓨터 운용을 위한 메모리 카드 표준 인터페이스를 수용하여 다양한 암호알고리즘 수행이 가능하고, 사용자의 요구조건을 비교적 쉽게 수용하고, 아울러 다양한 응용분야에 사용되는 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Motorola PowerPC 기반의 MPC860 마이크로 프로세서가 장착된 제어보드를 이용하여 PC카드 보안토큰에 대한 PCMCIA(Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) 카드 장치구동기 및 API(Application Program Interface)를 설계/구현하여 각각의 기능시험을 통해 그 기능들을 검증하였다.

  • This paper is about distance measurement in various applications using Laser characteristics(monochromaticity, diectivity, interference, brightness, coherence). There are many kinds of methods such as light wavelength, light straight, light triangulation in distance measurement that use Laser. The measurement in this paper reforms a previous triangulation. This method define two Lasers place on regular distance control from 0$^{\circ}$ to 90$^{\circ}$. They have each phase which is shined a target.

  • New RF matcher module has been proposed in this paper for improvement of RF matcher in plasma etcher system using in semiconductor and display panel manufacturing process. New designed warm gear was used instead of bevel gear in new driving module, and control system was re-arranged with one-chip micro-process technique. The matching performance of new match module was improved in various process condition with reduction of backlash and matching time, and flexible motion of motor compared commercial match module. However this new type RF match module will improve the productivity in etching process of the mass production line.

  • 인간과 컴퓨터와 사물이 유기적으로 연계되어 다양하고 편리한 새로운 서비스를 제공해 주는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서, 외부 환경의 감지와 제어 기능을 수행하는 센서 네트워크 기술이 최근 활발히 연구가 되고 있다. 이러한 센서 네트워크 기술은 저전력 저가격의 무선 통신 기술, 초소형 마이크로 프로세서 기술, 자동구성 이 가능한 ad-hoc 네트워크 기술, MEMS기술, 다양한 종류의 센서들과 이들의 표준화 노력, 그리고 임베디드 시스템 기술등의 발전으로 실현이 가능한 기술로서 평가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 노드인 MICA2[1]와 자기장센서 HMC1002[2]를 이용하여 자기장의 변동을 감지하여 자성체의 위치를 파악하는 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 다룬다.

  • Recently, being due to development of a small microprocessor, microprocessor have found increasing application as a digital controller in the control system. In this paper, authors analyze theoretically the continuous PID controller of a position control system with servomotor, and program the microprocessor as digital PID controller by an assembly language, and search the optimal parameters of the digital PID controller which make the smallest integral square error criterion for a performance criterion, and take experiment the indicial responses with optimal parameter. The results are following. 1) PD- behavior controller was better than P-behavior controller. 2) The smaller the smapling times of P-behavior controller and PD-behavior controller were, the better the indicial responses of the discrete system were. 3) Using a small microprocessor could replace the traditional continuous PID controller for good control.
