The Mann Whitney U test and Wilcoxon code ranking test were used as analysis methods because the number of subjects was 14. As a result, there was a significant difference in the beta wave (F7, T3, 4, T5) and the high beta wave (F7, F8, T3, T4) in the experimental group. Color meditation was found to alleviate negative psychological symptoms of young people and to raise their quality of life. Furthermore this survey was investigated in a way that participants who are not familiar with meditation activities could access this program without resistance. Also the characteristic points of this program are to be properly reconstructed and supplemented so that it can be applied without any limitations in schools. The satisfaction with color meditation program rather than the motivation of participation in it was determined to affect mental health. These results suggest that simply participating in color meditation program does not mean influencing mental health. Understanding and being satisfied with color meditation was found to be the key to mental health.
