최근 기술의 급격한 발달과 기업환경의 변화 및 자연환경의 변화로 인해 다양한 리스크 문제들이 대두되고 있고 리스크의 범주도 확대되고 있다. 리스크 관리 실패는 기업 및 국가경쟁력에 상당히 많은 영향을 미친다. 기업 및 국가에서는 리스크를 관리하기 위해 리스크경영시스템을 구축하고, 리스크를 최소화하여 리스크로 인한 손실비용을 줄이기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내외 리스크경영시스템 및 리스크 관리, 리스크 분석기법들을 조사 연구하여 리스크경영시스템 구축에 있어 필요한 기초자료들을 제시하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 테스팅에서 리스크 기반 테스팅은 리스크 식별, 리스크 분석, 리스크 계획, 리스크 추적의 4 단계로 전개되며, 특히 마지막 단계인 리스크 추적 단계에서는 식별된 리스크가 테스팅 진행과정을 거치면서 어느 정도 완화되었는지를 확인하고 현재의 리스크 완화 정도에 따라 적절하게 대응하는지를 모니터링 해야 하는 중요한 단계이다. 하지만 리스크 추적 단계에서 필요한 리스크 완화 수치가 정의되지 않아 사용자들은 테스트 실행율 또는 결함 해결율 등을 리스크 완화 수치의 대안으로 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리스크 추적 단계에서 사용할 수 있는, 리스크의 완화 정도를 수치화한 "리스크 해결 지수"의 산출 과정을 수식과 함께 제시하고 그 의미를 설명하였다. 그리고 예시를 통해 리스크 수치화에 대한 이해를 돕고, 리스크 수치화 관련 차트를 몇 가지 제시하여 실무에의 응용 통찰력을 제공한다. 리스크를 수치화한 "리스크 지수"는 테스팅 조직의 의사결정에 활용할 수 있는 객관적이고 설득력있는 정보로서 프로젝트 전반에 걸쳐 그 활용 가치가 높다.

The potential risks, involved with the management of a library, may cause a tremendous economic loss, so require a systematic management. The rist management process, consisting of risk identification, risk measurement selection of risk treatment methods, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation, suggests the use of insurance to deal with property risks, liability risks and personnel risks. For the systematic risk management of a library, risk manager should be appointed to be responsible for program development and insurance purchase. The limited coverage of library risks, provided by the school cooperative society, should be supplemented through development of insurance products. Further study is required to improve the library risk management and the application of insurance in a systematic and realistic way.

다양한 리스크 문제가 발생하고 있는 환경 속에서 리스크에 대한 적절한 대응을 하고 안정화를 도모함과 동시에 리스크 문제가 표면화되어 초래하는 영향을 극소화 하기 위한 새로운 패러다임의 경영시스템 도입이 주요 전략과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 경영시스템(Risk Management System)인 IEC 61508의 리스크 규격을 중심으로 소프트웨어 분야가 가지고 있는 리스크 문제를 효과적으로 관리 할 수 있는 대안 모색을 가능하도록 하고 소프트웨어 분야에서의 리스크 제로와 안전 강화를 위하여 기초 자료를 제시하였다.

국제규격인 IEC 300 신뢰성 경영규격의 3-9절을 중심으로 기술적 시스템(technological systems)의 리스크 분석(risk analysis)에 대해 소개한다. 리스크 분석에 사용되는 용어 및 정의, 리스크 분석 개념과 절차, 제품 수명주기동안 적용되는 리스크 분석과 리스크 경영활동, 그리고 리스크 분석에 사용되는 기법들에 대해 살펴본다.

The purpose of this paper is the provision of a decision-making tool for developers to identify the project risks for under-consideration overseas independent power projects (IPPs), and to analyze the priority and importance weights of the risks through the employment of a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach. A fuzzy MCDM is the calculation method for which the imprecision of each respondent's unique opinion is considered. Through the extensive literature surveys that were conducted for this paper, eight major project finance (PF) risks have been derived credit risk, completion risk, market risk, fuel risk, operating risk, financial risk, environmental risk, and force majeure. The empirical results show that the market risk is the most important risk factor in terms of overseas IPPs, thereby confirming that the long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) guarantee of the host country is one of the most important corresponding factors for the PF.

This study suggested CRMS (construction risk management system) which is a new risk analysis model after analyzing existing risk management process for to guarantee a successful performance at the construction planning and work phase. CRMS is risk management procedures in order that the contractor identify, analyze and administrate the risk during performing construction project. This model may give much help to quantify and be ready the right managing methods about identified risk by the contractor. Especially, the most important and difficult things of all risk management may be to identify risk in the project. This study make more focusing on the developing a procedure that can identify risk more easily in the construction project. The risk is divided into global risk and local risk of a project. Also, this study suggests methods which are using the RBS (risk breakdown structure) related with WBS. This result will be useful as basic materials for developing computerizing system for risk management.

In general, risk management consists of a series of processes or steps including risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk mitigation measures, and risk re-evaluation. In this paper, potential risk factors that occur in shield TBM tunnels were investigated based on many previous case studies and questionaries to tunnel experts. The risk factors were classified as geological, design or construction management features. Fault Tree was set up by dividing all feasible risks into four groups that associated with: cutter; machine confinement; mucking (driving) and segments. From the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), 12 risk items were identified and the probability of failure of each chosen risk item was obtained.

The purpose of this study is to identify the risk factors, analyze the risk factors and make a risk check list of survey in road construction. Generally. the risk management is consisted of 3 steps: risk identification, Risk analysis, Risk hedge. This study is focused on the identification of risk and analysis of risk. To identify the risk factors of survey, we used the specifications of road construction, law of survey, and check list of road construction. This study provides the risk check list of survey for road construction. This research was undertaken to analyze risk factors being determine by the FGI(Focus Group Interview) method with survey specialists.

기존의 리스크기반 테스팅은 조직, 프로젝트, 제품에만 초점이 맞추어져 있어 소프트웨어 개발에 관련된 리스크 활동은 잘 고려되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 소트프웨어 개발에 리스크를 적용하고자 유스케이스 기반 리스크 위험도 측정과 우선순위화를 제안한다. 제안한 리스크 위험도 측정방법은 GoRE의 Goal 중요도 매트릭스를 리스크 결정 매트릭스로 확장하고 이를 이용하여 리스크의 위험도를 우선 순위화에 적용한 것이다. 확장한 리스크 결정 매트릭스는 유스 케이스와 요구사항의 연관관계를 파악한 후 고객 중요도를 계산하여 리스크 위험도를 측정하는 방법이다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어 개발 전 리스크 요구사항 고려로 시스템 구축에 도움이 되고자 한다.
