In this paper, I raise an issue regarding the relationships between the Election problem and the Consensus problem in asynchronous systems with unreliable failure detectors. First, I describe our system model, and then define Leader Election. After then, I show that the Election problem is harder to resolve than the Consensus problem. Each correct process eventually gets into the state in which it considers only one process to be a leader. Therefore a Perfect Failure Detector is the weakest failure detector which is sufficient to solve the Election. In order to show that the Election problem is harder to resolve than the Consensus problem, I utilize the Reduction protocol in this paper.

최근에 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술은 사물인터넷의 기반 기술로 다양한 애플리케이션의 개발과 함께 산업화/정보화에 크게 기여하고 있다. 그러나 산업에서 요구하는 RFID 태그, 리더의 요구사항이 단순한 인식뿐만 아니라 다양한 정보를 장기간 저장하고 관리할 목적으로 태그 메모리 크기가 확장되고 있으며, 해당 정보를 태그에 읽고 쓰기 위하여 간섭 잡음에 강한 신뢰성 있는 성능 향상 무선통신기술이 연구되고 있다. 본고에서는 RFID 태그-리더 간 고속으로 통신하는 기술과 다량의 태그 밀집 환경에서 RFID 인식률 향상을 위한 빔포밍 기술에 대하여 기술한다.

Nursing students do a variety of learning at the practice field during clinical practice. They can recognize the importance and effectiveness of nursing leader. The purpose of this study was to categorize the types by analyzing what are important aspects of nursing leader's role to make effective practice environment nursing students experienced from training course. This research was used Q methodology to understand how nursing students recognize deeply. Participants were involved 30 nursing students who have experienced nursing practices. Q samples included 36 statements gathered from interviews with students who experienced clinical practices and literatures regarding types of nursing leader's role. Furthermore, major factors were analyzed and categorized by using QUANL PC program. As a result of research, there are 4 types of nursing leader's role. The first type is "Maintaining justice and level-headed", the second type is "Creating environment for motivation", the third is "Respecting character and growing capacity up" and the fourth is "Relationship center through confidence". Through the research process, this study is about to make evidences by understanding role of nursing leader for effective environment of practice field.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of leader's managerial coaching behavior on employees' innovative behavior and to confirm the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and the moderating effect of LMX(Leader-Member Exchange). Hypotheses were established based on prior research and variety of theories including broaden-build theory and self-efficacy theory. The survey was accessed via the online, 279 employees over 20's or older, who have worked in various domestic organizations were participated. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 were used to verify the reliability and validity of the collected data, and the hypothesis was analyzed by SPSS process macro 3.0. The study found that leader's managerial coaching behavior has positive effects on both employees' entrepreneurship and innovative behavior and that entrepreneurship has mediating effect between leader's managerial coaching behavior and an employees' innovative behavior. The results of this study suggested leader's managerial coaching behavior is a prominent factor in facilitating innovative behavior among employees. Implications include an organizational requirement to develop systems for initiating effective managerial coaching behavior in leadership, and for improvement of both entrepreneurship and LMX among employees.

The fact that cooperation is an essential factor for foodservice industry success has been discovered by many business leaders. Success in entrepreneurial businesses depends upon cooperation. However, there has been a lack of studies done about cooperation in the service industry, particularly levels of cooperation among foodservice employees in an organization. This study is designed to understand the antecedents, servant leadership and trust in co-workers that have a resulting influence on cooperation among foodservice employees. To achieve the study objective, 191 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The following is a summary of my verified analysis. First, servant leadership have a positive influence on trust in co-workers. Second, trust in co-workers has a positive influence on cooperation among foodservice employees positively.

Business organizations need to introduce trans-oriented response way and efficient management skill to survive in these days of severe struggle for existence. The new management models now ask organizations for building a new employee-employer relationship. As the economic recession continues and consumption shrinks around the world, many companies are in trouble. Companies will fall behind in the market unless they respond to this seamless and fast-changing business environment and market in a structured fashion. Therefore, the importance of leadership is growing bigger and bigger. This study reviewed prior literatures dealing with the servant leadership and surveyed workers in the service industry. Resultingly, it was found that servant leadership had positive effects on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and that the superior's trust affected the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment.

The traditional management ways can not follow the steps of the new world. In another word, leaders now have to focus on building a new employee-employer relationship. Globally, as the economic recession continues and consumption shrinks, companies face a lot of difficulties. Companies will, eventually, fall behind in the market unless they respond to this constantly changing business environment and market, systematically. Accordingly, the importance of leadership can be said to be highest ever. This study inquired into the preceding research on servant leadership and carried out an empirical analysis with the workers in the service industry. As a result of the analysis, it was found that servant leadership had positive impacts on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and that the boss's trust affected the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment.

RTLS used to track the location of object or person in real time. However, if there are a lot of tags and readers, the conventional single RTLS server may fail to estimate location of tags. And if the server cannot receive the tags signal due to pass-loss or NLOS from more than three readers, the server fail to estimate location of tags. In this paper, we propose a special reader which embeds RTLS location engine for distributed RTLS. And by using multi-directional antenna, alleviating multi-path effect and allowing estimate tag's location only using two readers. We also implement the system, we can reduce server packet 16times and get the all results of location estimate in single second. We achieved the location error within 1m.

In this paper, we propose a Time Delay Traceback Scheme for the TDOA location estimation performance enhancement in NLOS environment and analyze the performance in various conditions. We place multiple readers in a square($300m{\times}300m$) searching area for reuse of received signal. Also, we use more active NLOS reader detection methode for NLOS error mitigation. when NLOS time delay 70 m, the number of the NLOS reader is 3 and the received sub-blinks number 3, proposed time delay trace-back scheme improve the RMSE about 16 m. From these results, we confirm that the proposed time delay traceback scheme is well-suited for the high precision location estimation to offer the location based service.

Many RFID systems use dynamic slotted ALOHA to identify the label information of the RFID tags. One of the key problems in the RFID system is how to estimate the number of RFID tags up to the desired level of accuracy. In this paper, we present the framework of tag estimation algorithm for the collision-oblivious (CO) reader which can only decide whether the tag response is successful or not. Thus, the CO reader must rely on the success estimator to predict the RFID tag population. We propose two estimation algorithms to predict the number of RFID tags, named the memoryless success estimator (MSE) and the intersection-based success estimator (ISE). The MSE considers only the estimate obtained at the current inventory round, while the ISE finds an appropriate intersection interval of the existing estimates collected at every inventory round. Through the simulation results, we demonstrate that the ISE is a fast, accurate, and controllable estimator whose performance is close to that of the collision/idle estimators.
