Being able to quickly locate valuable medical equipment is critical inside hospitals. In order to utilize limited budget and resources efficiently, accurate locating or tracking is required in many fields. In this research, we focus on how to find the location of missing assets by using RFID in real time indoors to track equipment. When equipment needs to be searched, the purpose of a RFID device is to minimize the time, investment cost and effort spent searching for the equipment. Thus, this research presents a mathematical model of using RFID (both handheld reader and stationary reader) for efficient asset location. We derive the expected time of locating RFID-tagged objects in a multi-area environment where hand-held RF readers are used. We then discuss where to deploy stationary RF readers in order to maximize the efficiency of the search process.

The OpenDaylight controller has been receiving significant attention as one of the enabling open source framework for SDN, and this paper analyzes the architecture and procedure of OpenDaylight based controller cluster. The OpenDaylight controller cluster uses shard based distributed datastore and Raft algorithm to maintain consistency among controllers inside a cluster. The performance evaluation analyzes the leader re-election time as well as latencies of CRUD and Routed RPC according to cluster size, shard role, and sharding strategy, and we discuss the optimal operation strategy for OpenDaylight controller cluster.

행정자치부는 지식정보화시대에 부응하는 표준 ${\ulcorner}$사이버 혁신선도마을${\lrcorner}$을 조성하여 각 지역별 주민과 행정간 서비스 전달체계의 획기적 개선을 통하여 모범 사례가 될 수 있는 행정과 주민 모두에게 도움이 되는 시스템을 구축하기 위한 전국적 사업을 진행하였다. 이 사업을 위하여 전국적 공모를 하였는데 여기에 선정되어 정부의 예산지원과 지자체의 적극적 지원으로 이 사업을 시작하게 되었다. 사업내용은 면과 17개 마을 간의 화상회의 , 원격방송, 홈페이지 , 마을별 PC사랑방 구축이었다. 이를 통해 얻는 이익은 시간적 경제적으로 이익이 될 수 있는"꼭 사용해야 하는 정보화 도구" 를 구축하는 것이고, 이장 등 마을 핵심리더들과 노년층의 정보화 도구에 대한 활용도 제고 "행정 서비스로 주민 간 의사전달 체계" 의 근본적 구조 개혁을 가져왔다. 또한 언제 어디서든지 사용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스형으로 만들어 주민 정보화마인드를 심어주었으며 , 타 기관에서도 사용할 수 있는 " 표준,보급형 " 모델을 창조하였다.

뜨거운 무더위가 기승을 부리던 지난 여름 7월의 한날. 동국대학교에 경영학과 3학년에 재학 중인 여대생 3명이 한국자동판매기공업협회 사무실을 찾았다. 이들의 방문목적은 일본 자판기 시장 탐방을 위한 사전조사로 국내 자판기 산업의 현황과 과제를 알기 위해서였다. 그들은 국내 자판기 산업에 대한 뜨거운 호기심으로 궁금해 하던 질문을 연방 쏟아 냈고, 얼마 후 일본을 떠났다. 그들이 이런 탐방을 가능하게 했던 것은 국가 청소년위원회에서 지원해 주는 '청소년 해외연수프로그램' 덕택이다. 청소년의 국제적인 능력을 배양하고 글로벌리더로서 성장할 수 있도록 지원해주는 이 프로그램에 '자판기'를 탐방과제로 제출한 게 선정이 되어 일본 자판기 시장 탐방을 지원받게 된 것이다. 끊임없는 도전 정신을 갖춘 대학생들이 자판기 시장을 보는 시각은 어떤 선입견도 거부한다. 반면 자판기 업계에 종사하는 사람들은 노상 봐 오던 자판기 시장을 무덤덤하고 타성에 젖은 시각으로 보기 쉽다. 이런 점에서 그들의 일본 시장 탐방은 보다 참신하고 객관적인 시각을 가질 수 있다. 일본 자판기 시장을 좌충우돌 누비며 탐방을 완료한 그들의 탐방기가 욕심이 났던 이유가 여기에 있다. 흔쾌히 원고 게재를 허락해준 탐방단 황혜원님, 정달래님, 박계령님, 이혜원님에게 감사드리며, 지금부터 그들이 안내하는 "일본 자판기 시장 탐방기"를 따라가 보자.

본 연구에서는 2톤 미만 소형선박에 대한 효율적인 안전관리를 위하여 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)시스템의 실제 해양환경에서의 도입타당성을 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 FRP Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic 선박을 중심으로 목선과 알루미늄선에 태그를 부착하고 이동형 Reader를 활용하여 태그정보를 확인하는 실제 해양환경 인식실험을 실시하였다. 해양환경 인식실험을 위하여 4종의 태그를 선정하였으며 다양한 각도에서 인식률 및 인식거리를 측정하여 그 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 특히, 선박에 설치된 무선설비로 인한 전파장애, 염분, 수분, 온도 등 열악한 해양환경에서 무선인식(RFID)기술의 기술적 환경적 문제점 유무를 분석하였으며, 2톤 미만 소형선박 소유자의 편의성 제고를 위하여 유관기관과의 관련정보 공유를 통한 연계방안으로 무선인식(RFID)기술을 적용한 효율적인 선박안전관리체계 구축방안을 강구하여 선박등록 및 검사업무에서의 활용방안을 제시하였다.

평가위원추천시스템은 평가대상과제와 전문가간의 과제일치도와 평가위원의 공정성 및 전문성을 고려하여 평가대상과제에 대한 평가위원후보를 선정하기 위해 개발된 시스템이다. 본 시스템 개발 및 활용을 통해 평가 전문기관으로서의 위상 및 신뢰성을 강화하였고, 자동화된 업무 프로세스를 진행할 수 있어 평가관리 업무의 효율성이 획기적으로 향상되었다.

The fact that cooperation is an essential factor for foodservice industry success has been discovered by many business leaders. Success in entrepreneurial businesses depends upon cooperation. However, there has been a lack of studies done about cooperation in the service industry, particularly levels of cooperation among foodservice employees in an organization. This study is designed to understand the antecedents, servant leadership and trust in co-workers that have a resulting influence on cooperation among foodservice employees. To achieve the study objective, 191 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The following is a summary of my verified analysis. First, servant leadership have a positive influence on trust in co-workers. Second, trust in co-workers has a positive influence on cooperation among foodservice employees positively.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of directors' leadership and teachers' self leadership on teachers' efficacy. The participants were 217 teachers in private day care centers. LBDQ (Halpin, 1967), RSLQ (Houghton & Neck, 2002), and a teachers' efficacy questionnaire (Kim & Lee) were used. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, teachers cognized that directors' leadership was very high. Second, directors' leadership was clustered by 4 types: human oriented, task oriented, leader and deficient type. And, teachers' efficacy was clustered by 4 types: leader, restricted, compensated and task oriented type. Third, directors' task oriented leadership, human oriented leadership, and teachers' self leadership (self punishment, self-goal setting, self observation and self esteem) affected teachers' efficacy. And directors' human oriented leadership and teachers' self leadership (self punishment and self-goal setting) affected teachers' personal efficacy.

This research is aimed at looking into the effect of the leadership of a leader of a guard martial art on majors' exercise results. For this purpose, this research selected the present students of guard science-related department as a population as of the year 2008, and finally used the data from the 259 questionnaires collected mainly from the first-year students to the third-year students among the man & woman majors in Taekwondo at colleges across the country by using convenient sampling. To achieve research results, this research set a statistical significance level at $\alpha$=.05. A guard martial art leader's positive leadership can help Taekwondo majors improve their exercise results, so a leader is encouraged to show a leadership pattern having respect for objective, reasonable majors in tune with the paradigm of swimming with the stream of times rather than a traditional leadership pattern-lopsided communication. In addition, Taekwondo majors' potential for growth could get bigger, and visible results could also increase when a leader makes a positive effort to induce majors into making definite suggestion of their vision and growth at an all-inclusive viewpoint.

Transformational leadership(TL) is an effective job resource that can lead to innovative behavior. The new concern is to identify the mechanisms by which innovative behaviors persist, taking into account factors such as mediator. Therefore, this study intends to identify the mediating role of job engagement in the relationship between sub-factors of TL and innovative behavior. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 671 employees who are highly related to innovative behavior in public, private firms and utilized a structural equation analysis, mediation analysis to verify hypotheses based on previous studies. As a result, charisma and intellectual stimulation, which are sub-factors of TL were proved to influence innovative behavior through job engagement. The results of this study imply that companies need to utilize the measurement tool of job engagement and select leader with charisma and intellectual stimulation to sustain innovative behavior.
