The purpose of this study is to analyze priorities of competencies and to find the direction of development of teacher librarian training and retraining program. A total of 238 subjects were used for the final analysis. They were analayzed using IPA, Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. As a result, First, teacher librarians perceived that the importance and performance of teacher and manager competency were higher than information specialist and cooperative leader. Second, they needed competencies of data-science, coding, Internet of Things in the field of information specialist as changing educational environment. Third, they needed competencies of information ethics, copyright instruction, and digital and media literacy education in the field of teacher. Fourth, they needed competencies of facility designing for future education, online and offline school library marketing skills, and establishment of makerspaces and learning commons in the field of ibrary manager. Fifth, they needed competencies of library based instruction, library cooperative instruction, and building a collection related to subject in the field of cooperative leader. Sixth, the highest required competency for teacher librarians was suggested for teacher librarians' role area.
The recently proposed RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) authentication protocol based on a hash function can be divided into two types according to the type of information used for authentication between a reader and a tag: either a value fixed or one updated dynamically in a tag memory. In this paper, we classify the protocols into a static ID-based and a dynamic-ID based protocol and then analyze their respective strengths and weaknesses. Also, we define a new security model including forward/backward traceability, synchronization, forgery attacks. Based on the model, we analyze the previous protocols and propose a new dynamic-ID based RFID mutual authentication protocol. Our protocol provide enhanced RFID user privacy compared to previous protocols and identify a tag efficiently in terms of the operation quantity of a tag and database.
The location awareness is an important part of many ubiquitous computing systems, but a perfect location system does not exist yet in spite of many researches. Among various location tracking systems, we choose the RFID system due to its wide applications. However, the sensed RSSI signal is too sensitive to the direction of a RFID reader antenna, the orientation of a RFID tag, the human interference, and the propagation media situation. So, the existing location tracking method in spite of using the particle filter is not working well. To overcome this shortcoming, we suggest a robust location tracking method with a double layered structure, where the first layer coarsely estimates a tag's location in the block level using a regression technique or the SVM classifier and the second layer precisely computes the tag's location, velocity and direction using the particle filter technique. Its layered structure improves the location tracking performance by restricting the moving degree of hidden variables. Many extensive experiments show that the proposed location tracking method is so precise and robust to be a good choice for implementing the location estimation of a person or an object in the ubiquitous computing. We also validate the usefulness of the proposed location tracking method by implementing it for a real-time people monitoring system in a noisy and complicate workplace.

This paper demonstrates the design and development of asset management systems suitable for the universities full of very various kind of assets. Universities consists of many departments, which have a multiplicity of many experimental. It is very difficult to record and manage assets with hands. In addition, the equipments are moving freely from one lab to another inside the school, which means it is tough to find the location of the assets and so some stuffs that are given lack attention are likely to disappear. So, these things occurring frequently in the university asset management environment should be considered in the design and embodiment of the asset management system. In the proposed system, location recognition of the assets is realized based on a route tracking method, so it is possible to detect the loss of the high priced assets and entrance, export, and lending of them are controlled efficiently. The system is likely to reduce the load of a manager responsible for asset management, because configured to decrease interventions of the manager in overall asset management process. Especially, the proposed system and implementation method will be suitable for small and medium-scale asset management, path tracking, history management.

The electronic attendance management system is being introduced and operated on a pilot basis by some universities and educational institutions. However, most of the related systems have installed and operated the existing barcode and magnetic card systems. Classroom attendance is managed by introducing RF cards, but it causes problems such as recognition distance (less than 5cm) and the need for a check process in which students have to read the card each time with a reader for attendance. Also, it is not possible to respond in real time to the situation of midterm (early leave, absence from the second lecture time, etc.) because it is used in the lecture time of one subject with the record checked once. In order to solve these problems, the various mobile attendance systems proposed to solve these problems are also unable to fundamentally solve problems such as interim attendance and proxy attendance because they check attendance using only the application of a smartphone. In this paper, we use geofencing technology, which is a positioning-based technology that detects the entry and exit of people, objects, etc. in areas separated by virtual boundaries. The proposed system solves the problem of intermediate attendance and alternate attendance by setting the student to automatically record the access record when entering and leaving the classroom set as a geofence with a smartphone. In addition, it also provides a function to prevent unintentional mistakes that occur through the smartphone by limiting some of the functions of the smartphone such as silence, vibration, and Internet use when entering the classroom.
The 'gate non-stop system utilizing RFID (900MHz)', which is the core of this research, is the system which connects RFID to recognize the vehicle information without stopping when a vehicle (trailer) passes a gate to carry in or out containers in a terminal and automatically provides the container information provided by the terminal for the RFLDU device installed in the vehicle. In order to design and implement this, the RFID technical section uses a UHF band (900MHz) RFID tag and a reader and implements a RFID middleware and an application program for smooth data collection and execution (operation). In addition, the system stability was verified through experiments and operations of the system implemented in this research at real harbors/quays, and based on the verified result, the maximization of vehicle (trailer) and terminal productivity and the reduction of distribution cost are expected.

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool for self-image of the teacher librarian by semantic differential meaning scale and to analyse the correlation between their self-image and individual characteristics. This study suggests that the teacher librarians have regarded themselves as friendly, planned, sensitive and cooperative persons as well as persons with discernment. On the other hand, there are some negative self-images such as partial, poor and uninfluential persons plus disregarder and a reserved persons. The educational career of teacher librarians' background has influence on evaluation area of the self-image. This result shows that senior teacher librarians' role performance as a adviser or a leader is very important. So mediator role of KLA and KSLA has to be reinforced to beat the exchange and collaboration between the senior and the junior teacher librarians. It is necessary to appoint the teacher librarians obligatorily in oder to feel their professional security and sense of achievement, also to appreciate expertise of them through role clarification among the human resources of the school library.
In this paper, we have implemented a ubiquitous healthcare system that can measure and check human's health in anytime and anywhere. The implemented prototype are composed of both front-end and back-end. The front-end have several groups: environment sensor group such as temperature, humidity, photo, voice sensor, health sensor group such as blood pressure, heart beat, electrocardiogram, spo2 sensor, gateway for wired/wireless communication, and RFID reader to identify personal. The back-end has a serial forwarder to propagate measurment results, monitor program, and medical information server The implemented sensor node constructs a sensor network using the Zigbee protocol and is ported the tinyOS. The data gathering base node is linux-based terminal that can transfer a sensed medial data through wireless LAN. And, the medical information server stores the processed medical data and can promptly notify the urgent status to the connected medical team. Through our experiments, we've confirmed the possibility of ubiquitous healthcare system based on sensor network using the Zigbee.

It is very important to collect and manage labor information in the construction industry that is labor-intensive. Although research and cases that utilize RFID are increasing for more effective labor management, labor management is limited to the checking-in and -out information management at the entrance of a construction site due to high expense of an RFID reader. Labor and safety information is still managed based on the redundant process that is hand-written in a book and re-input of information by using a personnel-computer. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to develop more effective and efficient process for labor information record and management. This paper presents a prototype application that supports integrated labor information management by incorporating QR-code into RFID-based labor management system and verifies the application through a pilot test and comparison with the existing labor management syste.

Recent developments in internet technologies has enabled widespread growth of embedded systems like Arduino, Raspberry Pi and other smart home systems. A research in the industrial sector on the utilization of the board has been made. The development needs of the embedded board in a reagent bottle case system has been highlighted. Current reagent Management System has to hold and manage the reagent itself is mostly to save the program using handwritten or machine. In addition, there is a risk to the system during the vulnerable zone administrator to manage the situation of the reagent bottle case can lead to a massive fire. In this paper, reagent bottle case RFID readers and data in real-time is monitored by attaching a sensor management through the database and sends a warning message to the mobile device of the administrator in real time during hazardous situations in the reagent bottle case. This is improve the reliability and efficiency of reagent bottle case.
