핫엠보싱 공정에서 PMMA의 마이크로/나노 레올로지 특성 (Micro/Nano Rheological Characteristics of PMMA in Hot Embossing Process)

  • The hot embossing process as a method for the fabrication of polymer is becoming increasingly important because of its simple process, low cost, high replication fidelity and relatively high throughput. In this paper, we carried out experimental studies and numerical simulations in order to understand the viscous flow of polymer film during hot embossing process. As the initial step of quantitating the hot embossing process, simple parametric studies for the embossing conditions have been carried out using high resolution masters which patterned by DRIE process. Under different embossing times and pressures, the viscous flow of PMMA films into micro/nano cavities has been investigated. Also, the viscous flow during the hot embossing process has been simulated by the continuum based FDM analysis considering micro/nano effect, such as surface tension and contact angle.

  • Epoxy resin, as no-hardening, applied for repair and finish materials is used to mix together with hardener. It is advantages that epoxy resin has reaction shrinkage less than other materials and has excellent in water proofing, thermal resistance. The other hands, because ratio of combination of epoxy resin and hardener is fixed, it is not possible to change according to field condition. This investigated suspended time by temperature and hardener ratio. As a results of study, it can select economical ratio of the epoxy resin and hardener according to site situation.

  • In this study, the shear box tests are carried out with cement paste in order to quantify the rheological constants. The materials have four level of water-cement ratios in $0.30\~0.45$, with or without high-range water-reducing AE agent. As the results, it was clarified that the rheological constants of cement paste are dependent on the value of shear strain, and the incremental coefficient of yield value is varied with the water-cement ratio and the dosage of high-range water-reducing AE agent.

  • This paper discussed the relationship between existing flowability test method and rheology test, and rheological flowable behaviour of Non Shrinkage Grouting Mortar(NSGM) based on rheological aspect. Five different grouting products are chosen and W/P are conformed to recommendation proposed by product company to meet KS F 4044. For rheological properties of NSGM, flowable behaviour can be explained by the assumption of Binghan model. Also, relationship between flowability test and rheology index of NSGM is confirmed based on this test. Increase of funneling time and decrease of flow led to increase rheology index.

  • The rheological properties of cement paste system mixed with mineral admixture for the purpose of increasing the strength and improving durability and rheology of concrete were investigated. The results were as follows: The rheological properties of one-ingredient paste system were improved with increasing the dosage of superplasticizer. For two-ingredients paste system, increasing the replacement rate of BFS(blast furnace slag) and FA(fly ash), the yield value and plastic viscosity were decreased compared with non-replacement. In the OPC(ordinary portland cement)-SF(silica fume) system, increasing the replacement rate of SF, the plastic viscosity and yield value increased linearly. In three-ingredients paste system, both OPC-BFS-SF and OPC-FA-SF system, the rheological properties were improved compared with the only replacement of SF. Both two- and three- ingredients paste system, the rheological properties using BFS were improved more than FA.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the fluidity and rheology property of superplasticizer which is necessary using for high flowing concrete fluidity establishment, by changing the substitutional ratio of 6 kinds, and examined the fluidity and rheology properties as time goes by. In the result of this study, the fluidity and rheology properties are differently found and on the effects of admixture for the fluidity, F type is superior and A type is lower than others. Besides, F type is the mose superior values in the time goings.

  • This study is aimed for investigating the rheology property and fluidity of superplasticizer which is necessary using for high flowing concrete fluidity establishment. Therefore, this study is analysis the rheology property and fluidity by different according temperature and elapsed time. From the results, the fluidity and rheology value were different according temperature. Over 2$0^{\circ}C$, the flow value of A, B, C, D, E type is increased, according as the increase of temperature, but the flow value of F type is decreased.

  • The Hot Embossing Lithography(HEL) as a method fur the fabrication of the nanostructure with polymer is becoming increasingly important because of its simple process, low cost, high replication fidelity and relatively high throughput. In this paper, we carried out experimental studies and numerical simulations in order to understand the viscous flow of the polymer (PMMA) film during the hot embossing process. To grasp the characteristics of the micro patterning rheology by process parameters (embossing temperature, pressure and time), we have carried out various experiments by using the nickel-coated master fabricated by the deep RIE process and the plasma sputtering. During the hot embossing process, we have observed the characteristics of the viscoelastic behavior of polymer. Also, the viscous flow during the hot embossing process has been simulated by the continuum based FDM(Finite Difference Method) analysis considering the micro effect, such as a surface tension and a contact angle.

  • This paper tried to catch the fluidity and rheology nature of paste, using the W/P, flay-ash and additional amount of superplasticizing agent as experimental factor. Form result of experiment, as the amount of superplasticizing agent increased, fluidity increased and the rheology decreased. As the substitutional ratio increased fluidity decreased, the rheology tended to increase, additional amount of agent to gain high flowing range is different according to w/p, but this experiment shows about 0.5~1.0% in fly-ash 10~30% substitutional range, 1.0~1.5% in fly-ash 50%.
