최근 스마트 시대에 디지털 컨버젼스(digital convergence)의 대표기기로 대두되고 있는 태블릿 PC는 휴대전화와 컴퓨터의 기능을 바탕으로 장소의 제한 없이 네트워크에 접속할 수 있다. 이는, 개인의 일상생활에서 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 실정이다. 10년 이상 e러닝이 주도해 온 IT교육시장에서 스마트러닝으로의 변화는 새로운 플랫폼을 구축하는 그 이상의 의미를 가진다. 스마트 러닝은 기존의 수직적인 학습방식을 수평적, 참여적, 지능적, 그리고 상호작용적인 방식으로 전환하여 학습의 효과를 높였다. 이러한 트랜드를 반영하여 스마트러닝의 장점을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 학습자 중심의 컨버젼스 러닝시스템(learning system)을 구현하고자 하였다. 또한, 영어의 중요성이 대두되면서 영어 인증시험에 대한 관심이 날로 커지고 있다. 그리하여 바쁜 일상생활 중에서 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않고 태블릿 PC를 통하여 영어 인증시험을 공부할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 기획하였다. 본 LEMON(Learn English Mobile ON-air) 앱(application)은 영어 학습 시간이 충분하지 않은 대학생 및 직장인 등을 대상으로 TOEIC, TOEFL, TOEIC SPEAKING 영어 인증시험에 대한 학습이 가능하도록 구현하였다.

This paper propose the method of U-learning system which is the $21^{th}$ core IT fields of the knowledge based information-oriented society, which is digital convergenced ubiquitous with e-learning. It will be a word "SMART" if we will select a word which used the most popularly among the all medias. We use products included a word "smart" such as smart phone, smart TV, smart grid, smart key. These products were made by "smart technology". We know that our society is evolution to IT conversions. There are examples such as smart car, smart home, smart learning or education. Therefore, we are described trends and future of products including smart technologies.

Having been speed development of information delivery using the mobile phone, it is generalization. The Mobile has one of the importance for their information searcher as tool. It is widely recognized that tourism information can be defined as useful and reliable reference which significantly influence the traveler' decision-making. This paper presents pioneer and ongoing study of the method for the pinpionting mobile tourism information system with RTLS, 2D Barcode and mobile phone itself. And, this paper relief that benefit and influence of TCO a view on the business administration points.

최근 Web 서비스, MP3, 동영상 재생, 무선통신 등 다양한 기능을 제공하는 스마트폰, 테블릿 PC와 같이 베터리로 동작하는 디지털 컨버젼스 기기들의 사용량이 증가되었고, 이러한 이동형 임베디드 기기들은 베터리 용량에 따라 사용시간이 제한된다. 그렇기 때문에 기기들의 평가항목 중 전력소모라는 성능지표가 대두되고 있으며, 소비전력을 낮추기 위한 저전력 기법이 전 세계적으로 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동형 임베디드 기기에 사용 가능한 cnu_RTOS에 DPM(Dynamic Power Management)과 S3C2450에서 제공하는 DPM(Device Power Management)을 이용한 저전력 기능을 구현하여, 소비전력 감소율을 측정하였다.

This paper describes a digital convergence platform(DCP) which is implemented based on the MPEG-21 multimedia framework. DCP is a newly proposed solution in this research for the convergence service of future home multimedia environment. DCP is a common platform designed to have the feature of reconfigurability, by means of S/W. which supports to run diverse digital multimedia services. A distributed peer to peer service and transaction model is also a new feature realized in DCP using the MPEG-21 multimedia framework. A prototype DCP is implemented to verify its functions of multimedia service and transactions. The developed DCPs are networked with IP clustering storage systems for the distributed service of multimedia. Successful streaming services of the MPEG-2/4 video and audio are verified with the implemented test-bed system of DCP.

TCG(Trusted Computing Group)는 더욱 안전한 컴퓨팅 환경의 구현을 목적으로 설립된 업계 컨소시엄으로, 데이터의 신뢰성을 제공하기 위하여 TPM(Trusted Platform Module)으로 불리는 신뢰의 기본을 제공하는 핵심 하드웨어의 사용을 제안하고 있다. 최근 모바일 디바이스의 성능 향상에 따라 다양한 응용들의 지원이 가능해지고, 네트워크를 통한 소프트웨어의 업데이트 및 응용프로그램의 다운로드 등이 가능한 개방형 플랫폼으로의 변화에 따른 디지털 컨버젼스는 TMP(Trusted Mobile Platform)라는 새로운 모바일 플랫폼용 규격의 사용을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 고에서는 기존 컴퓨팅 환경과 모바일 플랫폼에 핵심 보안 모듈인 TPM 기술의 국내 외 기술의 동향과 핵심 요소들에 대한 기술적 개념들을 살펴본다.

디지털 컨버젼스 시대에 다양한 기술들이 고정된 기기보다는 Mobile 기기들에 집중되고 있으며, 이에 따라 보다 효율적인 통신 방식에 대한 차세대 이동통신 기술표준의 중요성은 증가하고 있다. 흔히 기술표준과 관련한 필수특허(Essential Patent)란 기술표준규정에 따라 제품 또는 방법을 실시하는 경우 해당 특허의 claim을 침해하게 되는 특허를 의미한다. 표준필수특허는 개별 라이센싱(licensing)을 통해 활용될 수도, 특허풀(Patent Pool)을 통해 활용될 수도 있기 때문에 Prosecution단계에서부터 각 활용형태에 따른 고려가 필요하다. 한편, 표준필수특허의 창출 과정에서, 출원 후 보정을 통해 필수특허를 창출하는 것의 적법성, 묵시적 라이선스(Implied License) 문제, Claim의 주체 문제 등이 문제될 수 있으며, 각각에 따른 대응 전략이 필요하다. 또한, 표준필수특허의 활용과정에서 반독점법상 견제에 대응하기 위한 FRAND 조건, 선언 의무 위반 등이 문제될 수 있다. 본고에서는 표준필수특허의 창출 및 활용에 있어서 법률상 문제와 이에 대한 대응 전략에 대해 알아본다.

This paper proposes a method of implementation of digital convergence platform(DCP) which enable the service of broadcasting, communication, multimedia and home automation. Also digital convergence platform based on MPEG-21 multimedia framework can be a model to provide a distributed electronic commerce environment of multimedia and to manage of it. Platform hardware is implemented using a general purpose CPU and high performance digital signal processor and has peripheral units for network and multi I/O. It is able to run applications of multimedia which has variable formats on DSP. In addition, a personal transaction of multimedia packaged with MPEG-21 multimedia framework is provided on digital convergence platform. Like this, digital convergence platform bring up a new architecture of multimedia systems using a new generation network.

This paper proposes a Distributed Transaction models based on the multimedia framework (MPEG-21) in digital convergence environment. Digital media market is growing up rapidly according to the extension of internet and universality of multimedia contents. So, importance of the effective management with the production and distribution of produced multimedia contents is becoming larger. For effective management of multimedia contents, the multimedia contents which are represented with different standard each other can be processed adaptively in the variable network environment. A free compatibility among the different terminals and standards are the essential particular should be offered for the digital convergence environment. A multimedia framework supports this compatibility and various multimedia services. In this paper, the Distributed Transaction models that multimedia contents can be circulated among the individual users safely and freely are proposed and the relation technologies are described.
