The regional differences between urban and rural areas make many diverse differences. There are various differences between urban and rural areas such as economic gap and cultural gap. There is also a difference between urban and rural areas in accessing and utilizing information. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between the information gap and the income gap among farmers and fishermen groups, where information gap is considered to be more serious than other groups. In other words, we tried to examine whether the information gap between farmers and peasants affects the income gap. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between informatization level and income of farmers based on the information gap index and survey results conducted every year by the government. The results show that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the informatization level of farmers and household income. In addition, the trend of the regression coefficient is positive, suggesting that the government needs various informatization policies to increase the informatization level of farmers.

This study is aimed to verify the impact of health literacy on communication competence in nursing students. 104 nursing students participated in this descriptive research with an online self-reported questionnaire from May 3 to 21, 2021, at a university located in G city. The data were analyzed by two-sample t-test, ANOVA and hierarchical regression with SPSS program. The score of health literacy was 48.62/66 and the communication competence was 59.60/75. More than half perceived that the average reading level of Korean adults was higher than the actual. subjective health status(β=.309, p<.001), health literacy(β=.284, p=.002) and subjective academic grade(β=.235, p=.009) had significant influence on communication competence in the nursing students(F=10.546, p<.001). The explanatory power increased 7.3% more by adding health literacy(F=10.339, p=.002). To enhance communication competence of nursing students, more systematic curriculums to improve health literacy are needed.

LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)는 디지털 기기의 주요 구성 요소이며, 모든 크기의 FPD (Flat Panel Display) 시장에서 지배적인 시장점유율을 보인다. 그러나 많은 전문가들은 LCD 산업이 수년 내에 OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes), 3차원 디스플레이, 플렉서블 디스플레이와 같은 차세대 디스플레이 기술의 강력한 도전에 직면할 것이라고 예상한다. 이러한 경쟁환경에서 LCD 산업이 살아남기 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 LCD 산업의 경쟁력의 원천을 밝혀내고, 이를 극대화하는 전략적 방향을 제시한다. 이를 위해 먼저 LCD 산업구조와 가치사슬을 분석하여 LCD 산업의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 기본적인 전략적 대안을 개발한다. 이 단계에서 얻어진 통찰력을 바탕으로, 인과지도(causal loop diagram)와 시스템 다이나믹스 (system dynamics) 방법론을 활용하여 기존의 LCD 산업구조에서 판매량, 시장점유율 및 이익 등의 핵심 지표에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 구조적 특징을 규명한다. 또한, 여기서의 다이나믹스 모형을 바탕으로, LCD 제조업자의 관점에서 프로세스 역량을 극대화할 수 있는 전략적 대안을 모색한다.

디지털 경제시대의 급격하고 빠르게 변화하는 경영환경 가운데 e-비즈니스 기술과 인력의 확보는 국가 e-비즈니스 산업 확산과 기업 발전에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 이에 관하여 e-비즈니스 인력에 대한 직무의 정의와 이에 요구되는 역량 및 기술, 수준의 결정에 대해 e-비즈니스 산업전반에서 통용될 수 있는 기준이 시급히 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체계적인 e-비즈니스 스킬표준(skill standard) 제시를 위해서 일본, 영국, 미국의 스킬표준과 국내환경을 벤치마킹하고 전문가 자문을 통해 e-비즈니스 스킬표준을 도출하였다. 스킬표준 프레임워크(skill framework)로서 3분야 10직종 22전문분야로 구성된 직종분류 체계를 도출하고 이에 대응하여 직종(career)에 따른 수준(level)별 e-비즈니스 연수로드맵을 도출하여 바람직한 기술습득코스(career path)를 제시하는 e-비즈니스 스킬표준을 제시하였다.

4차 산업혁명이 도래하여 사회 전반에서 혁신적인 변화가 일어났다. 이에 따라 2022 개정 교육과정에서는 미래 사회가 요구하는 소양 및 역량 강화를 위하여 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence, AI)·소프트웨어(Software, SW)교육을 비롯한 디지털 기초 소양을 강화하는 것을 개정의 중점으로 설정하였다. 이처럼 SW교육은 정보 관련 교과를 비롯한 타 교과에서도 중요하며 따라서 비 정보과 교사도 SW관련 교육 내용을 이해해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 비 정보과 교사에게 SW연수를 실시하였고, SW교육 수업 전문성의 변화를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 사전 검사에 비해 사후 검사 결과에서 통계적으로 유의한 상승을 확인하였다. 이는 SW연수가 비 정보과 교사의 SW교육 수업 전문성 함양에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 의미한다. 그러나 본 연구는 단일집단으로 이루어진 실험을 설계하여 실시하였으므로, 이러한 변화가 처치로 인한 것인지 확인할 수 없다는 한계점이 있다. 그러므로 통제 집단 및 실험 집단 선별 과정을 거친 후속 연구 설계가 요구된다.

Wired and mobile Internet has led to increase in online broadcasting content market size. In particular, the fast-growing smart devices like smart phone and tablet PC in mobile Internet market has accelerated the growth of online broadcasting content service market. Meanwhile, the illegal distribution of online broadcasting content has been widespread in this market. There are also significant transaction costs, search costs, contracting and coordination costs in online broadcasting content market. MCP(Master content provider) which is a content distributor has been playing a critical role in preventing illegal content distribution, reducing costs and removing inefficiencies of online broadcasting content market. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the competency of MCP to streamline the online broadcasting contents market from the resource- based view. And this study conducted a case study to explain the status of online broadcasting content market and define what kinds of problems and issues are there in the market in a systematic way. The case study also showed how MCP competency plays an important role in reducing administrative and transaction costs and in solving illegal content distribution and other inefficiencies of the online broadcasting contents market.

In this study, a prototype design model was proposed for developing an online recruitment system through multi-dimensional data crawling and social media analysis, and validates text information and video interview in job application process. This study includes a comparative analysis process through text mining to verify the authenticity of job application paperwork and to effectively hire and allocate workers based on the potential job capability. Based on the prototype system, we conducted performance tests and analyzed the result for key performance indicators such as text mining accuracy and interview STT(speech to text) function recognition rate. If commercialized based on design specifications and prototype development results derived from this study, it may be expected to be utilized as the intelligent online recruitment system technology required in the public and private recruitment markets in the future.

The purpose of study is desirable and effective conflict management plan and professionally, to promote sustainable job skills beyond. Therefore, the public agency information security professionals to find the causes of conflict and the level of suffering, the relationship, says the help of a job withdrawal intention and job satisfaction relationship further. The results indicated that there are differences in the factors of job withdrawal intention, conflict levels, job satisfaction, according to socio-demographic characteristics. Awareness of conflict factor increases the higher level of conflict. Job satisfaction, negative impact on the job withdrawal intention. We expect to contribute to the field of information security training key personnel in the future as a result, leaving the job to conflict prevention and mitigation, and minimized by applying the improved policies and institutions.

This study aims to build an AHP model that evaluates the priority of cyber security policies for the Azerbaijan information system. For this, 4 factors were constructed from components of ITU National Interest Model, whereas 5 alternatives were based on the best practices of the eight developed countries leading the cyber security field. Using the questionnaire, 24 security experts evaluated the strategic priority of such factors or alternatives. The analysis results using the AHP software showed that homeland defense and economic well-being were the dominant aspects of cyber security policy, whereas capacity building and infrastructure were the main concern of cyber security elements for Azerbaijan. This study presents the strategic priority of cyber security policies that can be adopted by Azerbaijan government. This study can contribute to developing the national cyber security guide of Azerbaijan.
